A Comfortable Stay at Hampton Marjan Island We had a nice stay overall at Hampton Marjan Island. Check-in was smooth and the reception team was very helpful—big thanks to them for a kind favor that we truly appreciated! The room was clean and comfortable, which made for a relaxing stay. It had a partial sea view, though it mostly overlooked a construction site, and there was some drilling noise during the day. Thankfully, it was quiet by evening and we got a good night’s sleep. The hotel was surprisingly busy for a weekday—seemed like a large group or event was taking place—but the staff handled it well. The facilities are above average and still feel fresh and new, which is a plus. Breakfast was lovely, with a good selection of items. We’d love to see more variety of fruits next time, but overall it was a great way to start the day. With a few small improvements, this place could easily become a top spot for a quick escape!

We stayed at Hampton by Hilton for 3 nights and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. Here’s why: 1. Beach not available – One of the main reasons we booked this hotel was for the beach access. However, the beach is currently under heavy construction, and it’s not just noisy during the day – the loud construction work continues even at night, which made it difficult to relax or sleep. 2. Alternative beach access is poorly handled – They offer access to the DoubleTree Hilton beach, but guests from Hampton are placed at the far end in a very small corner, packed together like sardines. We were not allowed to use sunbeds in other areas, even though the beach and pool are technically shared. It felt restrictive and unfair. 3. TV experience is outdated – We wanted to watch a movie, but the Samsung TV only supports Android screen mirroring. There’s no Netflix app, just YouTube. ALL of the TV channels were in Arabic, with no international content. 4. No valet service. The only positives were the friendly and helpful staff, and the bed was very comfortable. They truly tried their best, which we appreciate, but sadly the overall experience didn’t meet expectations.

I had vacation on this hotel last year and even now I remember this time with a big pleasure. So I would like to thank staff for this 🫶🏻 First of all receptionist Abdel Ghany was helpful and nice. Rooms are big enough and clean with balcony and beautiful sea view. Beach was big enough, but wracks under water were too much. A lot of entertainment near the swimming pool. Breakfast, dinner and lunch were distinguished and delicious

I recently stayed at Hampton by Hilton at Marjan Island and expected high level of service and comfort, given its 4* rating. Unfortunately my experience fell far short of expectations. First of all noise from construction and maintenance around the hotel, secondly the staff couldn't manage with the number of guests because the hotel was super occupied from 99% of Russian guests, thirdly very aggressive and rude staff at the open buffet, fourthly unprofessional behavior of room service staff on the checkout and almost forgot the cherry on the cake - cockroach at the reception desk. Definitely it was my first and last time staying at this hotel.

One of the best value for money staycations weve ever had in the UAE, it is a ptractically new hotel on a prestine new location in Ras Al Khaimah. The number of things you can do just inside the hotel is so many that you dont need to go out of the premise. They have everything from a kids club to 3 pools and a beach! More than 3 restaurants and a lot of events during the night. All that for a very reasonably priced nightly rate! There are some crinkled side to the hotel but the value definitely compensates for any issues that we have faced during our stay. Food is reall good considering that the buffet dinner is only for 100AED. will definitely be back not only for the location but also to the staff who redefined hospitality.

We had a fantastic stay at the Radisson Blu on Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah — a beautiful resort with stunning views, comfortable rooms, and a relaxed beachfront atmosphere. One of the highlights of our visit was dining at Lamed restaurant, where the food was consistently delicious and the service truly stood out. A special mention goes to Masood, Diana and Mustafa, who works at Lamed — there warm hospitality, attention to detail, and friendly nature made our dining experience exceptional. Masood went out of his way to ensure we felt welcome and taken care of, and it's that kind of service that really elevates a stay. We highly recommend this resort for anyone looking for a peaceful and memorable getaway.

I would like to give a special thanks to Karina from the animation team. She is amazing at yoga, very kind, and full of positive energy. She truly loves what she does, and it shows in the way she interacts with everyone. Her warm and friendly personality made our stay even more enjoyable. Everyone loved her! Disappointed by Noise and Lack of Support I was genuinely looking forward to my stay at Radisson Resort Ras Al Khaimah, but unfortunately, it did not meet expectations. The biggest issue was the constant noise caused by a dinner event by the pool, organized by the hotel itself. It went on well into the evening and completely disrupted the peace and relaxation I had hoped for. What made the situation worse was the lack of empathy and support from the staff. When I raised the issue and requested a room change, I was told that I would have to pay an additional charge to move—despite the fact that the disturbance was not caused by me, but by the hotel’s own activities. I was really disappointed by how the situation was handled. For a property that positions itself as a resort and retreat, I expected more consideration for guest comfort. Sadly, this experience left me questioning whether I’d return.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Radisson Hotel in Ras Al Khaimah, and it was an experience to remember! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm hospitality and exceptional service. One highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the entertainment and activities organized by the amazing animator, Karina. She is incredibly talented and energetic, always going above and beyond to ensure that guests of all ages have a fantastic time. Her enthusiasm is contagious, and she manages to create a fun and engaging environment for everyone. Whether it was pool games, or activities for the kids, Karina’s presence made every event special. The hotel's facilities are excellent, with comfortable and well-maintained rooms, a beautiful pool area, and various dining options that cater to all tastes. The staff throughout the hotel were consistently friendly and attentive, making our stay all the more pleasant. Overall, I highly recommend the Radisson Hotel in Ras Al Khaimah for anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable vacation. Yesterday me along with a couple of my friends went to the hotel for a private official event. The security agent there asked us in an interrogative tone regarding our visit and told us that the event is over. He wasn’t even taking up our car for the valet. Somehow we entered the hotel lobby after telling him that we will check it out ourselves, he followed us and asked us TO LEAVE the hotel as the event was over. We called our event manager and it was pretty much going on. This is absolutely rude and disrespectful. These people are divisive based on your appearance and monetary appeal. I deserve an apology for this. HILTON, take note.

I am very disappointed with Hilton this time. I visited for a night stay and the room was sea view on 4th floor. The toilet was smelling very bad. I had to call them 3 times for someone to come and check. Later, they came and said that they applied chemical. It was just normal toilet cleaner and the smell remained once the smell of toilet cleaner eventually faded. It was smelling the same for the whole stay and really is unexpected and unacceptable from a brand like Hilton. How could they be so irresponsible allocating such rooms to visitors without addressing or fixing the issue. Apart from this, which spoiled my experience in rooms we enjoyed and had great time.

Had a superb stay with my family at the hotel - the biggest highlights were the room sizes, breakfast selection and the kids waterpark - had a great canopy covering the park from the sun so we could all spend a good amount of time there, wife and I also had fun on the slides. The worst Experience in my life, Staff are very rude and have Ego, They are not welling to listen epically in the restaurant (almarjan team) like you are pigging from them, the restaurant not organized the food repeated, the menu not serving all nationalities the food cold I saw residents holding food from trays with no spoons and no one stop them, they came to my table more than 4 times while me and my family eating to count us in very bad way with no respect . I requested Birthday cake for my husband 11am they told me OK at 10 pm they told me can we postpone it chef needs 3 hrs to finish it Rooms with no hygiene kit and room. They really disturbed my vacation. Not recommended at allllll
