We stayed at Hampton by Hilton for 3 nights and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. Here’s why: 1. Beach not available – One of the main reasons we booked this hotel was for the beach access. However, the beach is currently under heavy construction, and it’s not just noisy during the day – the loud construction work continues even at night, which made it difficult to relax or sleep. 2. Alternative beach access is poorly handled – They offer access to the DoubleTree Hilton beach, but guests from Hampton are placed at the far end in a very small corner, packed together like sardines. We were not allowed to use sunbeds in other areas, even though the beach and pool are technically shared. It felt restrictive and unfair. 3. TV experience is outdated – We wanted to watch a movie, but the Samsung TV only supports Android screen mirroring. There’s no Netflix app, just YouTube. ALL of the TV channels were in Arabic, with no international content. 4. No valet service. The only positives were the friendly and helpful staff, and the bed was very comfortable. They truly tried their best, which we appreciate, but sadly the overall experience didn’t meet expectations.

I had vacation on this hotel last year and even now I remember this time with a big pleasure. So I would like to thank staff for this 🫶🏻 First of all receptionist Abdel Ghany was helpful and nice. Rooms are big enough and clean with balcony and beautiful sea view. Beach was big enough, but wracks under water were too much. A lot of entertainment near the swimming pool. Breakfast, dinner and lunch were distinguished and delicious

Be aware: I don’t normally write bad reviews, but I feel I must share my experience so others can make an informed decision. The hotel is surrounded by multiple construction sites, and the noise levels were unbearable—drilling started at 6:30 AM and continued until 10 PM! It was incredibly loud, and we couldn’t sleep for the entire eight-night stay. I spoke to the manager, Hasan, who offered no real help other than moving us to another room—also in the middle of a construction site (see photos). I have also recorded videos from 6:30am but will upload later. I recently suffered a loss in my family and kindly requested an early checkout so we could get some much-needed rest, but the hotel showed no sympathy. I understand that development on the island will continue for another two years (until the end of 2026), so consider this your warning. As for entertainment, the hotel has the same singer performing every single night. While she is lovely, I expected more variety from Hilton. The food is very average, with long queues and a limited selection. Beyond the hotel, there’s only one mall, which the hotel provides a shuttle to and from. However, there isn’t much there, making the trip feel like a waste of time. My advice: If you can afford it, go to Dubai instead.

Absolutely happy with the accommodation. Clean, nice hotel, excellent service. Staff always helpful as long as you respect the rules. Does not distinguish the origin of the guest. WhatsApp communication perfect. Beach clean, sun beds and towels always enough. Meals tasty and plenty of everything. The food is different every day (same type of meat, different preparation and taste). There is always beef, chicken and some kind of fish. Lots of salads to make your own. Fewer alcoholic drinks, which is understandable given the location. Water is always available and can be delivered to your room on request. The only negative is the Russian guests who could at least learn please, thank you and where to queue when there is a queue. Unfortunately, this is not the fault of the hotel.

We spent a week at the hotel with our family, everything was great, they cleaned every day, everything was beautiful, neat, very polite staff, delicious food. I would like to add more seafood and fish. There was not enough quiet music by the pool. There is always something for children to do - there is a separate pool for the little ones, the main pool is also divided into parts, for children and adults, there is also a children's room where you can leave your child with a nanny, there the children play, do crafts, dance. We recommend this hotel for a family vacation.
