  • Breakfast in the RBG Restaurant (6.30am to 11am)
  • Lunch (12.30pm to 3.30pm) and dinner (6pm to 10pm) in the RBG Restaurant daily or at La Med a la carte restaurant with prior reservations
  • Snacks served at the Shelf Pool Bar and on the beach (11am until 7pm)

All-You-Can-Drink package available at RBG, La Med, Shelf Pool Bar and the beach (11am to 11pm). Beverages offered include:

  • Radisson Resort still bottled water, soft drinks, packaged fruit juice, coffee, tea, iced coffee, iced tea, espresso, cappuccino, latté, macchiato

We stayed at Radisson Resort, Marjan Island for a family staycation. While the property is modern and fresh, it feels more like a compact city hotel than a true resort. The resort itself is quite small—almost a mini resort. It features kids club, spa, three swimming pools: a central kids’ pool with water slides and two rooftop pools. All pools are relatively small, and surprisingly, the kids’ pool is not temperature-controlled. There are multiple on-site restaurants and cafés, along with a small private beach overlooking the island development. However, the beach only opens at 7:30 AM and closes by sunset, limiting usability. Green spaces are minimal, which further reduces the resort-like feel. As of early 2026, the hotel is sandwiched between two active construction sites, making it noisy and far from tranquil. This was not disclosed at the time of booking, which was disappointing for a globally respected hotel brand. Given the surroundings, this property does not currently offer a peaceful escape and is best avoided until construction is complete—likely 4–5 years from now. The rooms are clean, modern, and very minimalist. We stayed in a family suite, but seating was limited to a small sofa bed and one chair. Storage and side tables were barely functional. Despite having a smart TV, there was no screen mirroring or casting, which felt outdated. Bathrooms are compact, with no bathtub, though basic amenities are provided. We opted for half board, but both dinner and breakfast were underwhelming. Food variety was limited, breakfast was average at best (no Greek yogurt), bakery quality was poor, and most importantly, food temperatures were not properly maintained, especially at dinner. Check-in was another drawback. The process was unnecessarily slow, with IDs for all family members scanned individually, taking 10–15 minutes just to receive room keys. Overall, the hotel offers reasonable value for money, but it is not a true resort experience. While it has pools, a beach, and a spa, everything feels compact and exposed. Ongoing construction and lack of seclusion make it a poor choice for a relaxing getaway at this time.

WiFi was very bad. Couldn't even download attachments from emails. Breakfast was ok. Dinner was just ok. Bland food, no taste, had to add Hot sauce on everything. They should at least make pizza for kids. The fish fingers were nice like uk. Chicken nuggets not bad. Wouldn't recommend if you like good food. Entertainment for kids in a small room. Lovely beach. Staff excellent and very helpful. I actually gave the hotel 4 starts because of all staff from receptionist to waiters to cleaners. They were fantastic. Fire show great.

The experience was great! the Resort feels very homey and welcoming. I highly recommend it. Everything was excellent, aside from a small area under construction, but it really wasn’t a big deal at all. Overall, a 10/10 experience. The staff are incredibly kind, and the atmosphere is just as lovely. I also appreciated the thoughtful details, like having translations on signs and a few familiar snack options , it shows real care for guests from different backgrounds. I’d definitely come back again.

This 4-star hotel offers a pleasant and comfortable stay. It is located about 1.5 hours away from Dubai, which makes it a great option for guests looking for a quieter and more relaxing environment. The rooms are clean and well maintained. Special thanks to Arif, who takes great care of the room — his work is excellent, and he is always friendly and professional. Overall, a very good hotel with great service. Highly recommended.
