⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We stayed at Moon Palace in Ocho Rios from November 17–19, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. I want to give a special thank you to Shelly, Taneish Warren, Lattanya, and Denesha from the Buccaneer Reef restaurant. their service was exceptional. It was my son’s birthday, and they treated him like absolute royalty. Our room was beautifully decorated, and that was a surprise!! they sang for him twice, and he even received a slice of birthday cake. We were not expecting such a thoughtful and heartwarming celebration. This was our first time visiting Moon Palace Ocho Rios by the way. and the hospitality, warmth, and professionalism of the staff made our stay amazing. Thank you to everyone who made our experience so special you truly made us feel welcomed and celebrated. We will definitely return! Very very soon

From the moment I arrived I could tell that my stay would be wonderful. I was greeted with a cold towel and welcome drink by courteous members of staff. The property was clean and based on the layout I found it easy to get around. They had a wide variety of food and everything I had was flavourful. The room I booked was spacious and had an amazing view not to mention the 24/7 room service which had generous portions. There is also a game lounge and great nightly entertainment. Above all the staff served with pride and made me feel special during my stay.

The deluxe family room is very small. As you walk into the lobby it looks great, but you get to your room which is disappointing. Calling reception everything you ask for ie: coffee, soap, ect they tell you 15 minutes, hour later still no show, so you have to call again. So overall I don't rate this as a 5 star. Service more like a 3 star. Evening entertainment is not that good. Day entertainment at the pool is ok. Staff are very friendly. Reception alot of them tell you things what are incorrect, so maybe abit more training is needed. Overall had to make the best of it, for are granddaughters age 11 & 14. For Xmas, but would not come back to this hotel. Moon palace.

This was my very first experience with an all inclusive resort, so not much to compare to. As far as moon palace goes, I didn't find it very beginner friendly, or welcoming to newcomers. I really didn't know much about the resort as far as where things were, which restaurants to go to, etc. or even just the way around. Except we were required to attend a presentation that took the first half of our first day where my husband and I were pressured into buying a membership without even knowing what we were purchasing. We were basically told now or never. We said no, because again we just got there, didn't know if we wanted to do this again and was told now or never for a good deal, and once we said no, we felt as if we weren't welcome anymore. The credits we received for excursions came with exceptions and not all eligible for credits, so still a lot of out of pocket at the end of the day. We tried most restaurants, the food was just ok. Many things were consistently unavailable. The rooms however, were very clean and comfortable, and the service from the staff was exceptional!! Also, the beach was the best part.

THANK YOU to the staff of Moon Palace Jamaica. Food - quality, taste and variety. No shortage of anything. If a dish emptied quickly i.e. oxtails, they replaced it quickly. and Service is ALWAYS amazing. This was our second time as the resort, this time as members. We didn’t experience any issues due to the hurricane. We were in Building 3 North Tower 11th floor. Not great at all. View was of a parking lot, swamp area and part of the city. Extremely loud music till well into the morning hours and dog barking all night long. We reserved a Standard room - not as great as the first time we came ( we had a deluxe rm in building 2). Older and smaller. As members I would I thought we would get a nicer room options especially since the resort was not as busy. They offered an upgrade for $600 USD for the duration of our stay. Christmas tree lighting event was beautiful. Couldn’t hear the MCs well too muffled Suggestions: - Try to be on time with the presentations, after all this is people’s vacation.Presentation breakfast was scheduled for 8am we had to wait till 8:15 before heading to breakfast - Areas of the hotel and the game room were extremely cold - Have to have more than 1 volleyball. Playroom (where you get the water toys) doesn’t open till 10 but pool open at 9 - Magician should have been displayed on the screen. Couldn’t see anything if you were any further back than 10 rows. - Need better transportation for members. We were treated no different than non members. Scheduled bus departure was 9am and we didn’t leave the resort till 9:45. BUT the porters did such an amazing job dealing with 300+ people leaving at the same time. Shoutouts to: Gondola restaurant - Rayon, Agents - Janelle, Tia, Kashera, Leroy and Tamar presentation, Julienne at Momo, Miguel at Pier 8, Sandrine - at the spa, great deep tissue massage, Travis on room service delivery, Chadd at pool with water slide, Buffet - Shosondra. There are so many great workers sorry I forgot to write down some names. Let me put it this way, there was NO bad service..

Just WOW! There are so many things to love! One of the BEST is the staff! Friendly, approachable and service oriented. Gerry is fantastic! The grounds, spa, rooms and private beach are top-notch! And the FOOD!😱 The fish and wood fired pizza are incredible! Love the whole vibe!

Best hotel I've ever stayed at! Super friendly staff that made you feel like family. Very welcoming and inviting. They all introduced themselves to us and always remembered our names. I will of course recommend this to anyone who comes to visit Ocho Rios. The amenities were amazing as well. from the nightly dessert selections placed in our room, the paddle boards kayaks and sailboats, there were just so many fun things to enjoy. we were also able to stay for the Tuesday night meet and greet with all the staff and managers and an open bar, and then a very lovely dinner on the beach in a buffet format. There was also Thursday movie night which had a nice James Bond movie displayed on a large projector out on the beach. overall, if I could give this higher than five stars I would! It was the best resort I've ever stayed and I would recommend it to anyone and everyone.

Our second time here and its truly the best. An FYI that they are fully operational following the hurricane. The most relaxing week. We’ve already booked to come back in 2026 🇯🇲 🏝️ ☀️ 🏊‍♂️

I must say this place is absolutely perfect!! Not a single complaint. The wife and I are frequent travelers. We travel several times a year. I will have to say that this place is by far the best place we have ever stayed. We have stayed at huge all inclusives and luxury villas. But this place trumps all of them. We love how small and private it is. (Which explains why so many celebrities choose to stay here) The rooms are very clean with stunning views. The service is excellent. Staff know privacy and space. They don’t overwhelm you but are very attentive. Once you choose a place to relax on the beach and go for a swim, within minutes they set up your chairs with towels and linen. The food was delicious . The waiters know how to properly seat people with privacy and space in mind. All the staff are clean and professional. They have a beautiful sweet Labrador named Shadow that spends all day on the property and knows basic commands and loves to swim and fetch. Fun fact: Shadow is their 5th generation pet! You can grab her leash and hang out with her for as long as you like. She’s super sweet. I met one of the owners and he was very approachable and was very attentive of your needs. The wife and I have been looking for a place where we can come to every 6 months for 5 days to reboot since our business is so demanding. We found it!!! I am super excited to become a familiar face and establish great relationships with the staffs. The Morrows Family has owned this place since the 50’s and you can tell what their vision is. To be a place of privacy, safety and most of all relaxation. I highly recommend this place. I am now a regular customer at The Jamaica Inn. Thank you to all the staff for such a wonderful experience. See you in 6 months!!!

🇯🇲 Hello from the peaceful and tranquil beachfront resort of Jamaica Inn! 🥰 The purest definition of “disconnect”. With no televisions in the rooms, you are guaranteed to reconnect with nature, the sea, yourself and your partner if you bring one. Singles are certainly comfortable here as well! Classic and authentic in nature and decor, it feels like you’ve taken a step back in time to when things were “simple” and “unpolluted”. Let’s just say, I happy we made it apart of our “mini-moon” trip! Perfect for decompressing from the busiest of the wedding.

It's not the building, views, or even the food that keep us coming back. We just completed our sixth stay here over the past 15 years and some of the same employees are still there. Getting to know the staff is truly the best part. The managers, Omar and Marvin, are running this place as if it was their own home. Always checking on guests by name, checking the food, and really caring about the experience. You will certainly find prettier rooms with fancy bathrooms all over the Caribbean, but you'll never find better hospitality and personalized service. If you want anything all, just ask. They'll do it! Special lunch? Unique drink? Just ask! They even provided coffee beans in my room so I could grind my own coffee. Those little touches make all the difference in the world.

My spouse and I recently returned for a stay at the Sandals Royal Plantation. This resort is such an incredible place to rest & relax. It’s a boutique-style experience that we love! The service here is exceptional! Every team member we encountered was kind, attentive, & genuinely committed to making our stay memorable. The service feels like it comes straight from the heart. We’ve been to various sandals and SRP is by far our favorite. The entire staff is wonderful and friendly. You feel so welcomed! I believe it all starts with Omar the GM who I cannot say enough about. The fact he knows every guest by name is amazing! He walks around and is present even made ice popsicles 😁 as I told him he should make them and did not disappoint. Our butlers, Duwainey and Richard are out of this world with class and we call them our friend!!! Another individual I want to mention is Simone who gave so much of herself not only to us but to all the guests. This is our second visit to SRP and looking forward to our next visit August 2026.

Our first visit and definitely not our last. Tamara and Carlos are phenomenal butlers! Could not ask for better. All the restaurants were exquisite and food was amazing. Water sports crew very helpful and efficient. All staff were always smiling and pleasant. If you are looking for a quiet getaway in a beautiful place, this is it. What truly makes this resort so special are the staff — every single member of the team is incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely committed to making your stay unforgettable. The food is of excellent quality with an impressive range of choices to suit every taste. The hotel itself is spotless, beautifully maintained, and set within stunningly landscaped grounds. The beaches are pristine, raked and cleaned daily, making them the perfect place to relax and unwind. The entertainment team deserves a special mention — they organise excellent shows and activities that are varied, fun, and of outstanding quality. Every evening brings something new and enjoyable, creating such a lively and welcoming atmosphere throughout the resort. The Wobbly Peacock Bar is another highlight! With Garnet, the amazing chief barman, you’ll never have to ask twice — he remembers your favourite drinks before you even request them, and they’re waiting on the bar with a smile.
