Ocho Rios

Ocho Rios may be one of Jamaica’s fasting growing resorts but it still maintains a captivating charm which makes it a great place to chill out and get the full flavour of laid-back Jamaican life. You won’t struggle to find a great place to eat in Ocho Rios - there’s something to keep everyone’s taste buds suitably tantalised from fine dining restaurants to beachfront snack bars offering chicken jerk and other local favourites. There’s no shortage of activity after dark in Ocho Rios, with a myriad of pulsating nightclubs for dusk till dawn dancing and charming beach bars where you can enjoy live reggae and jazz music. To immerse yourself in Jamaican culture and history it’s worth visiting Seville Great House Plantation and Heritage Park and Rio Nuevo, the site of the battle between the English and Spanish in the 1600s.
