We spent two nights at the hotel and our room, the service, and the location were all absolutely fantastic. I would like to specifically mention our housekeeper, Vanu who has done an excellent job regarding our room. Everything was thoroughly cleaned, we received surprises and the issue with our toilet’s water tank was sorted out as soon as we left the room. This is all thanks to her. We would definitely recommend the hotel to anyone who is thinking about visiting Singapore without hesitation.

We had a two night stay here, staffs were so nice. Location is superb for us, easy to go to everywhere where we want. Room is specious, comfortable and has nice city view. Hotel has some age, we can feel there are some smells in the corridor and shower can’t work perfectly, also water pressure isn’t enough for us.

We had 2 nights at the Voco. It is an amazing Hotel with amazing staff. We had an issue as soon as we got out of our cab. The Voco staff we onto it straight away. They called and checkied in on us to see everything was happy. The room was amazing with a super comfortable bed. Breakfast was beautiful, with 1st class service. I strongly reccomend anyone to stay here. You won't be dissappointed. The concierge sevice was A1+. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the voco Orchard Hotel in Singapore, and I must say, my experience was truly exceptional, especially considering an unfortunate incident during my visit. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm and welcoming, making me feel right at home. However, my stay took an unexpected turn when I injured my knee. I was quite distressed, but the hotel staff quickly sprang into action. The first aiders were incredibly attentive and compassionate. They assessed my injury with professionalism and care, ensuring I was comfortable and had everything I needed. What stood out the most was their genuine concern for my well-being. They not only provided immediate first aid but also followed up to check on me throughout my stay. Their kindness and support made a challenging situation much more bearable. It’s rare to find such a dedicated team that goes above and beyond to ensure their guests feel cared for. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, with modern amenities and a fantastic location right in the heart of Orchard Road. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped, making it a perfect retreat after a long day of exploring the city. Overall, my experience at voco Orchard Hotel was marked not just by the quality of the accommodations, but by the outstanding service provided by the staff. I left feeling grateful for their kindness and support, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Singapore. This hotel offers everything you need for comfort and safety. They promptly responded to our needs and provided the best possible ways to accommodate. Special mentions that needs to be recognized are the following employees; • Jared Lim who made it possible for me to enjoy the beauty of Singapore by securing a wheelchair for me during my entire stay. • Hanny Sani who always check on us for our comfort, needs and well being. • Muhammad Aqid who did online ticket purchase to avoid long line up in our chosen attraction. • Ismael who helped me with online check in for our cruise together with Aida Qistina. • Hamizan, Eden and Terrence who always welcome us with smile and help my husband with my wheelchair. • AYUB whose quick action prevented a could have been unfortunate injury to me and my husband.
