I had an amazing stay at the voco Hotel on Orchard Road. The location is absolutely unbeatable—right in the heart of everything, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and all the excitement the area is known for. Our twin-share room was excellent. The king single beds were incredibly comfortable and definitely a welcomed touch after long days exploring. The room felt clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed. The service was outstanding from start to finish. Every staff member we interacted with was friendly, helpful, and genuinely committed to making our stay enjoyable. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and would absolutely stay again!

I had a very pleasant stay overall. The location is excellent, and my room was spacious, clean, and larger than the average Singapore hotel. Having a balcony was a rare bonus, and I really enjoyed the fresh air. The executive lounge was a great place to work and meet — quiet, comfortable, with good food throughout the day. The lounge staff also took very good care of me. However, there were a few service issues. During check-in, I was given two room keys and was told they would grant access to the executive lounge, but neither card worked. I had to go to the lounge and ask the staff to fix it, which wasn’t a great first impression — something as simple as lounge access should be set up correctly from the start. The breakfast experience also needs improvement. The restaurant was very crowded, and the staff at the entrance seemed inattentive and often on his phone. He directed me to tables at the corner inside which look no-reservation, but there are phones on them to reserve the tables. so I had to find seating myself, then when I was leaving the restaurant, he was also on the phone again. The space inside the restaurant was tight, the egg station was slow with long lines, and one of the coffee machines wasn’t working. Everything else about the hotel was excellent, but the service inconsistencies at check-in and breakfast did not meet the standard of an IHG 5-star property.

I love staying in Voco Hotel. The rooms are clean and spacious and the walk in rain bath is excellent. The bathroom is very clean and spacious. The bedding is extremely comfortable with sweet dreams till the morning. Location of Voco is very convenient situated in the prime shopping belt. The breakfast selection is of a a great variety.

Stayed at the wonderful and super friendly Voco Hotel on Orchard Road Singapore. A wonderful hotel and always a great experience. Want to pay particular attention to chef Jiayi in the Club Lounge on 22nd floor. She makes the most perfect Scrambled Eggs on Toast. Always superb and exactly how I like it. She’s a credit to the hotel and of course has a wonderful team of colleagues making the experience even better.

A refurbished hotel for sure. The rooms were just fine. Nothing special really. The breakfast was great if not a little pricey. Room service was fast, efficient, and expensive but that comes with the territory. The staff is beyond outstanding. At every turn they were helpful, courteous, and right where the needed to be. I had a special request for a room and the were able to accommodate on my second night. They even moved my luggage. Very helpful. I'm what you would call a professional traveler and if I say something was good that is high praise for sure. I'd stay here again and since I have some contracts in the works, it is highly likely that I will.
