My family and I stayed at voco Orchard Singapore from 10–12 August for a Family Fun-cation, and it was nothing short of wonderful. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and made to feel at ease. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-designed, providing us with both comfort and convenience throughout our stay. What impressed me most was the impeccable service. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, attentive, and genuinely dedicated to ensuring guests had the best possible experience. The team went above and beyond in small yet thoughtful ways, which made us feel right at home. The dining experience was equally delightful. Food at Opus Bar & Grill was amazing! Breakfast offered a wide selection of fresh, delicious options, and the Club Lounge provided a relaxing atmosphere with excellent food and drinks. The quality, presentation, and variety truly stood out. I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to Chef Jiayi, Ali, Sujeh (at the Club Lounge), Kelvin (housekeeping), Push (Opus Bar & Grill), Sabrina (Front Desk), and Amanda Ong (Marketing) for their warmth, professionalism, and personal touches that made our stay so memorable. Their commitment to service excellence reflects the spirit of voco Orchard and is the reason we look forward to returning. Overall, this was a stay filled with comfort, great food, and outstanding hospitality — a perfect family getaway that we will cherish.

I had a wonderful stay at Voco Hotel Singapore and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city! From the moment I arrived, the service was excellent — warm, welcoming, and professional. One of the standout features for me was the spaciousness of the rooms. It’s rare to find hotel rooms in Singapore that are so generously sized and thoughtfully designed. The layout is both modern and comfortable, with plenty of room to relax or work. Special thanks to Mr. Kelvin, who truly went above and beyond during my stay. His attentiveness, professionalism, and friendly demeanor made a big difference. It’s always a pleasure to be looked after by someone who clearly takes pride in their work and genuinely cares about guest satisfaction. Sometimes, good customer service is expected but then there are moments when you're treated so well, it feels like you're with family. That was exactly my experience at voco Orchard. From start to finish, everything was top-notch the staff, the connoisseur’s attentiveness, the hospitality... it all left me genuinely touched. In fact, it left me wishing I could do more for them, simply to return the kindness they showed me. This was easily one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had across all my travels worldwide. I’m more than happy to recommend this place to anyone looking for not just a stay but a memory. The food? Excellent. A must-try is their Thai-based soup with noodles and a perfectly cooked jumbo prawn sitting on top absolutely delicious and unforgettable. The breakfast spread is fantastic, and even more impressive is the thoughtfulness of the staff. A special thank you to Aqid, who went above and beyond to help including making sure a suit left behind by my colleague was transferred safely to my next hotel. That kind of service is truly rare.
