We had 2 nights at the Voco. It is an amazing Hotel with amazing staff. We had an issue as soon as we got out of our cab. The Voco staff we onto it straight away. They called and checkied in on us to see everything was happy. The room was amazing with a super comfortable bed. Breakfast was beautiful, with 1st class service. I strongly reccomend anyone to stay here. You won't be dissappointed. The concierge sevice was A1+. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

April 2025 From the day we checked in to checked out the hotel staff and workers have been so consistent with their exceptional customer service and guest relationships. This hotel offers everything you need for comfort and safety. They promptly responded to our needs and provided the best possible ways to accommodate. Special mentions that needs to be recognized are the following employees; • Jared Lim who made it possible for me to enjoy the beauty of Singapore by securing a wheelchair for me during my entire stay. • Hanny Sani who always check on us for our comfort, needs and well being. • Muhammad Aqid who did online ticket purchase to avoid long line up in our chosen attraction. • Ismael who helped me with online check in for our cruise together with Aida Qistina. • Hamizan, Eden and Terrence who always welcome us with smile and help my husband with my wheelchair. • AYUB whose quick action prevented a could have been unfortunate injury to me and my husband. Rest assured we will stay with Voco on our next trip to Singapore. At Voco Orchard you come as a friend and leave as a family.

The staff is incredibly nice, but I want to give a special shoutout to Joo at the reception. She was not only extremely helpful but also genuinely sweet. Her willingness to assist with any request truly stood out. It's rare to encounter someone who is so dedicated to providing excellent service.

The staff were friendly, attentive, and truly went above and beyond to make my dining experience unforgettable. From the delicious food to the warm atmosphere, everything was top-notch. We started working with Voco Orchard post covid after Singapore open its doors to the world and being officially appointed by BNI Singapore in late 2021 as the official vendor to provide hotel venues for BNI Chapter meetings and training workshops. From Jan 2022 till todate, we have been holding monthly and subsequently weekly BNI chapter meetings in this hotel property. Over these past 3 years, it has been an enjoyable experience for our client as hotel chef & support team continue to surprise us with many happy and pleasant experiences. Sales support staff such as Corina, Melissa and banquet team which include Lina, Xinhui, Alvin, Ashok, Jovin and Vincent etc as well as Chef team comprising of Charles, Ah Loon, 高佬 etc were just amazing who never fail to support as and when required. Kudos to Mandy Chan who always rise to the occasion whenever we call for support in times of last minute need. Attractive prices no doubt is one of the main criteria to consider when choosing a suitable venue besides its ambience and location. However more importantly is the human touch which need to be consistently present for one to feel homely and at ease whenever they hold their meeting at a venue weekly day in day out. It would be perfect if hotel could reduce their carpark charges to no more than $10 nett per entry as current fees is still deemed relatively high! Thank you to the team at Voco Orchard especially Melissa & Chef Charles patience with my 'demands' as am aware I may be 'stubborn and demanding' occasionally. Grateful to all for your tolerance and 包容 as always!
