Wish we could have stayed longer than 2 nights one day. Comfortable bed. Good shower and amenities. Good location too Staff are brilliant. Very helpful and friendly. Didn't eat in tho. Swimming pool was great! Didn't go in till 5pm. Just wat I needed. Yes I would return.

Top notch quality. Food are delicious. Very clean and awesome ambience. Awesome place. Very people oriented and their services are very consistent and high standard. Kudos to all the staffs and management behind the scene. Very good attention to detail when you are dining at the buffet restaurant. Prompt and very alert staffs.

Great location if you want to be in the shopping district. 1.4km walk to the Botanical Gardens. Rooms spacious and had a lovely king sized bed. Buffet breakfast abs lunch delivered a high quality and international choice or dishes. Thank you Orchard Hotel and QANTAS for putting us and the whole plane up as our flight delayed for 24 hours

I used dayuse.sg to reserve a room for the day, and it worked very well! The hotel is beautiful and modern, with restaurants on-site. I ate at the buffet-style restaurant in the lobby and was pleasantly surprised. There was sushi, roasted meat, a variety of desserts, and much more. The room was sleek and modern, clean and comfortable. Very nice overall, and I'd definitely consider staying here again during my next visit!

Excellent location, neat and clean spacious rooms and tasty food.. However something inconvenient was the Checkin process.. Once u reach the check-in counter they will take the passport and check it. Later they will take you to a computer based self checkin counter and do the checkin.. I had a sleepless night and wanted to sleep asap.. But this check-in process was testing my patience.. They are not providing u bottled water, a water filter is provided in the room.. Every time u need water, u will have to switch on the filter and collect water.. Not easy at night, if u need some water while sleeping.. ( they have provided a jug for collecting water from the wash basin, for pouring into the filter. But the height of the jug is more than the height of the filter so that u can't collect the purified water in the same jug for drinking at night)
