My family has stayed at this hotel twice, both times in a Signature room, and we’ve had a really great experience. The room was clean, cozy, and nicely designed. It was also spacious, which was perfect for our family. We loved having a small lounge area in the room where we could sit and relax together. The location is very very convenient, only 2 mins from a bus stop, close to Orchard Road. Breakfast was definitely one of the highlights. There were lots of food options with different cuisines to choose from, so everyone could find something they liked. From the front desk to the restaurant team, everyone was super friendly and helpful. They were always smiling and willing to assist, which made us feel very welcome. Overall, this is a hotel we’d happily come back to again.

I had a wonderful stay at Orchard Hotel Singapore. The location is excellent, the room was comfortable and clean, and the overall atmosphere felt warm and welcoming. Special thanks to Joanna Er for her outstanding service. She was professional, attentive, and genuinely caring, making the entire experience even more pleasant. Her kindness and efficiency truly made a difference and left a lasting impression on our stay. Highly recommended, and I would definitely choose Orchard Hotel again when visiting Singapore!

The breakfast was awesome with options for every palate! The aesthics in the lobby was beautiful. Housekeeping by Naveen was top tier. He was so attentive, informative and resourceful with ensuring our concerns were addressed. He was just a 10/10. Now for areas of improvement: we had twin beds, but we were expecting full sized beds. We were told that was the normal size bed when requesting separate beds. The TV streaming was horrible. I watched HBO and Discovery channels and I could never follow the plot because the picture would freeze for 45 seconds sometimes and you would miss the whole plot. They tried to fix it, but it was that way our 8 nights. The AC seemed like it was turned off at nights, as we would get hot-probably motion sensor, as it was cold during the days. They said they fixed it, but it got hot at nights again. Overall, the hotel is beautiful with a great location for shopping and eating with everything in walking distance.

I’ve been staying at Orchard Hotel since 2011, and I keep coming back — now with two kids, it feels even more convenient and comforting. What I truly love is the hospitality — from the moment you step into the lobby until the thoughtful cleaning service. Special thanks to Tom, who kept our room spotless, neat, and always with a kind smile. It’s the little details that make a stay feel like home. The location is unbeatable — walking distance to almost everything you need around Orchard, and just a short stroll to the park, which is perfect when traveling with children. And the breakfast… hands down the best. I honestly had the best nasi lemak I’ve ever tried here. Thank you for always making our stay memorable. We will definitely come back. 🤍
