My family has stayed at this hotel twice, both times in a Signature room, and we’ve had a really great experience. The room was clean, cozy, and nicely designed. It was also spacious, which was perfect for our family. We loved having a small lounge area in the room where we could sit and relax together. The location is very very convenient, only 2 mins from a bus stop, close to Orchard Road. Breakfast was definitely one of the highlights. There were lots of food options with different cuisines to choose from, so everyone could find something they liked. From the front desk to the restaurant team, everyone was super friendly and helpful. They were always smiling and willing to assist, which made us feel very welcome. Overall, this is a hotel we’d happily come back to again.

I had a wonderful stay at Orchard Hotel Singapore. The location is excellent, the room was comfortable and clean, and the overall atmosphere felt warm and welcoming. Special thanks to Joanna Er for her outstanding service. She was professional, attentive, and genuinely caring, making the entire experience even more pleasant. Her kindness and efficiency truly made a difference and left a lasting impression on our stay. Highly recommended, and I would definitely choose Orchard Hotel again when visiting Singapore!

I’ve been staying at Orchard Hotel since 2011, and I keep coming back — now with two kids, it feels even more convenient and comforting. What I truly love is the hospitality — from the moment you step into the lobby until the thoughtful cleaning service. Special thanks to Tom, who kept our room spotless, neat, and always with a kind smile. It’s the little details that make a stay feel like home. The location is unbeatable — walking distance to almost everything you need around Orchard, and just a short stroll to the park, which is perfect when traveling with children. And the breakfast… hands down the best. I honestly had the best nasi lemak I’ve ever tried here. Thank you for always making our stay memorable. We will definitely come back. 🤍

Rooms are big and location is pretty convenient but other than that, there’s really nothing else good about this hotel. Rooms are really old and dated, especially the toilet. Rooms are really noisy in general - had an adjacent room that kept their door open the entire time while they were shouting across the hallway to another room and showering their shrieking baby. Called the front desk about the noise disturbance and was met with an extremely rude staff that brushed it off with a “aiya they are just talking la”. That’s customer service for you i guess 🤷🏻‍♀️ I have to commend the lovely housekeeping team who was always accommodating while i was working in the room. Just don’t expect peace and quiet at this hotel i guess. Definitely not 5 star service and definitely not a 5 star hotel.

Booked for two nights stay in room 940. Check-in was smooth and the room & toilet is spacious. However, i am quite disappointed with my stay this time and there is a need to improve the downside area. 1) aircon was not cold eventhough had adjust the room temperature to the lowest degree with high speed fan and not sure if the aircon was auto off and on for the first night. 2) tv channel keep on stuck and quite hard to use chromecast for screen mirror. 3) found a worm at jacuzzi side (as per attached photo)
