Stay Dates: 31 May 2025 - 5 June 2025 Room Type: Premier King Room (without breakfast) I recently had the opportunity to stay at the Orchard Hotel Singapore, and it offered a blend of comfort and convenience during my trip. The hotel's prime location near Orchard Metro Station makes it easy to explore the city, and it's surrounded by numerous shopping malls, which are just a short walk away — a perfect setup for those keen on shopping and dining. Upon entering my Premier King Room, I was pleased to find it spotlessly clean and well-maintained. The modern furniture contributed to a welcoming environment, which I appreciated. However, it's worth noting that the room was quite small. Given the higher price point of the hotel, I expected a little more space for relaxation. Another downside I encountered was the lack of complimentary water service; I found that water needed to be purchased. While there were complimentary coffee and tea-making facilities in the room, it would have been a nice touch to have bottled water available without an additional charge. This omission felt a bit unexpected for a hotel of this caliber. The service I experienced was satisfactory, but again, for the price, I anticipated a slightly elevated experience. While I enjoyed the cleanliness and the superb location, the limited space and the need to buy water might deter some travelers, especially those who prioritize budget-friendly amenities.

Orchard Hotel is our favourite hotel to stay when we are in town. Excellent staff from front desk to their cleaning staff. In particular, Anna from the house keeping staff who was very friendly and responsible when she was cleaning our room. Room was very clean. Keep up the good work.

One of the hotels I've ever stayed at. Very high spec, Attention to detail is top notch. Interior design is so well done. Absolutely no issues at all. Room service meals are also brilliant if you need food at any time. Will definitely be back at this hotel when I visit Singapore again.

I stayed here for 3 days during my visit to Singapore. In terms of location, this hotel is very strategic, close to various restaurants and shopping centers. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the hotel is not well-maintained. Starting from the hotel slippers that smelled terrible, to the bathroom tissue that also had an unpleasant odor. It was really frustrating. Not only that, the hotel room itself is too cramped, especially the bathroom. They forced a small bathtub into the space, which is unnecessary and only makes the bathroom feel even more cramped. Moreover, they don’t provide mineral water. Instead, they only provide empty bottles that we have to fill with tap water to drink, which is absolutely inappropriate for a five-star hotel standard. Additionally, the hotel staff is not very friendly; only a few of them are welcoming and smile, while the rest are rude and unfriendly. The only thing I enjoyed during my stay here was the breakfast. Almost all the food tasted good, and the menu was quite varied.

I'm stayed here under corporate promo. Good: Carpark is complimentary just register at concierge. Aircon is cold. Swimming pool is clean and a separate small jacuzzi pool for young kids. Breakfast buffet variety is good and tasty. There's kids food section during the easter buffet. There's high chair and children cutlery during dinner but not during the breakfast. There's baby crib for kids. I like that there's anti slip mat for the bathtub. Wifi is stable. Can be improved: As I'm here under package, the dinner buffet as discussed in the email was included but the counter staff keep telling me they can't find my reservations. The tv reception is quite bad. Some tv channels take very long to load or don't work. There is no bathrobe. I can't wear a bathrobe to the swimming pool so had to walk wet all the way back to my room. The room is not very soundproof, can hear the sounds from next door.
