The rooms were clean and comfortable. While the hotel itself is a bit older, it’s incredibly well maintained, even better than some of the newer hotels I’ve stayed in. The location was exceptional, it was nicely tucked away from the dodgier parts of the city, yet still within easy walking distance to everything. A great balance of comfort, charm, and convenience.

I had a great stay at Orchard Hotel Singapore! The room was always clean and comfortable—special thanks to Ivy from housekeeping, who left a lovely note and clearly took pride in her work. Her thoughtful service really added a personal touch to the experience. Thank you for making my stay so pleasant!

We’re currently staying here at Orchard Hotel and I just have to say—we’re really enjoying it so far! Our room is so spacious, which I really appreciate. It doesn’t feel cramped at all—there’s room to move, relax, and just feel at home. And the bathtub? Total game changer. I’m loving every soak. 🛁 The staff are absolutely amazing—everyone’s been so friendly and accommodating. A special thank you to Mahendram, who’s been taking care of our room. He got us the slippers and coffee I asked for right away, which I was super grateful for. Such great service! One of my favorite features in the room is the voice assistant—I love love love it! It’s so cool being able to control things with just my voice. Also, the room has plenty of outlets, which is a huge plus when you’re charging multiple devices at once. No scrambling for plugs here! We also always come back to a clean and tidy room, which makes the stay even more relaxing. So far, it’s been a really wonderful experience—and we’re definitely enjoying every moment. 😊

I stayed for two nights on July 24-25, 2025. As a 5-star hotel, the staff and facilities were, as expected, good. It's not particularly luxurious, but in the room, there was a touch-screen device that could be set to Japanese, allowing guests to send requests to the staff (I didn't use it). The hotel breakfast was quite good. The location is a bit far from Changi Airport, but it's in a shopping district, which is very convenient, and there's a 7-11 nearby. However, it's a bit of a walk from the subway station and can be hard to find. Unfortunately, my room was not ready despite having a reservation. There was also an issue with my credit card at checkout, but the staff handled it politely, and I was able to leave the hotel feeling satisfied.

I stayed here for 3 days during my visit to Singapore. In terms of location, this hotel is very strategic, close to various restaurants and shopping centers. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the hotel is not well-maintained. Starting from the hotel slippers that smelled terrible, to the bathroom tissue that also had an unpleasant odor. It was really frustrating. Not only that, the hotel room itself is too cramped, especially the bathroom. They forced a small bathtub into the space, which is unnecessary and only makes the bathroom feel even more cramped. Moreover, they don’t provide mineral water. Instead, they only provide empty bottles that we have to fill with tap water to drink, which is absolutely inappropriate for a five-star hotel standard. Additionally, the hotel staff is not very friendly; only a few of them are welcoming and smile, while the rest are rude and unfriendly. The only thing I enjoyed during my stay here was the breakfast. Almost all the food tasted good, and the menu was quite varied.
