Hotel is well positioned with adjoining shopping mall which has a good supermarket. Paid extra for a Signature Room which was nice and was well serviced. Service at Breakfast was terrible with long queues experienced every morning of our five night visit. Food for breakfast was plentiful.But due to the amount of people to be served it was chaotic to move around. Not sure what the hotel can do to improve this experience, but it needs to be fixed. Service on check out was nothing short of awful. One poor receptionist trying her hardest to service 4 people checking in. 6 people including us waiting to check out. Nobody around to ask for another person to help the receptionist. Finally, another (very unhappy) receptionist arrived. Never acknowledged that people had been waiting for a while to be served, no apologies given, no eye contact with people waiting. Very Very Bad Customer Experience. Happy to provide date and time this happened

The breakfast was awesome with options for every palate! The aesthics in the lobby was beautiful. Housekeeping by Naveen was top tier. He was so attentive, informative and resourceful with ensuring our concerns were addressed. He was just a 10/10. Now for areas of improvement: we had twin beds, but we were expecting full sized beds. We were told that was the normal size bed when requesting separate beds. The TV streaming was horrible. I watched HBO and Discovery channels and I could never follow the plot because the picture would freeze for 45 seconds sometimes and you would miss the whole plot. They tried to fix it, but it was that way our 8 nights. The AC seemed like it was turned off at nights, as we would get hot-probably motion sensor, as it was cold during the days. They said they fixed it, but it got hot at nights again. Overall, the hotel is beautiful with a great location for shopping and eating with everything in walking distance.

⭐ 2-Star Review I initially rated this hotel 2 stars due to a very poor reception experience. Honestly, I would have given only 1 star because of the smelly room, weak air-conditioning, and extremely rude female reception staff I encountered on 1st November. However, Mr. Navin truly saved my day. After I called customer service and went down to meet him, he immediately upgraded me to a more spacious and comfortable room — without even knowing the issues I had faced earlier. Staff like Mr. Navin deserve recognition and appreciation for their professionalism and kindness. Unfortunately, the rude lady at the reception is a complete contrast and should not represent a 5-star hotel. During breakfast, I also experienced poor hospitality when a staff member rudely asked me to leave while I was still seated — apparently because others were waiting in line. I had paid for the breakfast, and it’s my right to dine in peace. Because of that unpleasant experience, I skipped breakfast for the rest of my stay. Overall, you can find better hotels nearby offering friendlier service and better value. I will recommend my company to blacklist this hotel due to its arrogant and unprofessional staff.

We had an excellent staying at the hotel. Mahe was brilliant in keeping our family room clean and ready everyday. Cleanest and staff service and attention were great. Breakfast was too. We hope to repeat the experience sometime soon. Thank you for all the work and dedication people put to offer such a high quality service.

Stayed for a week here with family and friends. The rooms are big and spacious. Room amenities are also good. Location wise hotel is not good if u prefer to use public transport. This hotel is at the start of Orchard road which is one way. MRT is arnd 20 mins walk and even the nearest bus stop while returning is 20 mins walk. Nearby not many good food options. Breakfast options very limited and repetitive if you are looking for Indian options. Restuarant Staff is super rude. They treat you very badly and specially if you are Indian. There is a particular lady named Tina who is at the restaurent reception who is very very rude. She treats the guests badly. Even the person who is at the Indian live counter very arrogant. The reception staff also not very welcoming except for the lady named Ms. Gayle who was very helpful. In summary hotel is OK but the staff needs to understand they are into hospitality sector and should be treating their guests with respect.
