We just got back from a week at the Solara and boy do we miss it! I will say I was a little nervous based on some reviews I had read, but after staying there I am not quite sure where those people stayed because it sure as heck wasn't the Solara we stayed at. We arrived late so we didn't explore until the next morning. My kids and I immediately met Lynn and she was so welcoming and excited to tell us all of the things they had going on for kids the week we were there. She also was a great source of information regarding places to eat around the resort. She takes pride in her job and it certainly shows. Mimi was also someone that needs a special shout out. She was constantly walking around the pool making sure everyone was ok, and trying to locate seats for those who didn't have one. It's very obvious that she loves what she does. The food and drinks were great as well.. My children in particular loved the chicken fingers. I'm not quite sure how they are surviving without them to be honest :). The prices were very reasonable and the service was spectacular. One of our favorite bartenders was Adrian. He was such an incredible and hard working man (who we liked to tease asking if he ever had a day off). My children enjoyed the surfing lessons as well. It does cost extra but the price isn't bad at all. Upon a suggestion from Lynn we purchased a punch card so that all of my children could try it (one is a bit of a chicken so we didn't want to waste the money if he didn't like it). The instructors were some of the greatest. They took their time with my children and really wanted them to succeed, despite some pretty hilarious wipe outs. Our townhouse was so clean, close to all the amenities and was also very quiet. We had a spectacular week at the Solara and honestly can't wait to go back and see all of the wonderful people that made our trip such a memorable one.

Rooms and house was great. Regular basic amenities were non existing. Had to buy a BBQ lighted, salt and pepper, coffee filters etc. Not ideal to communicate with the agency and not the actual home owner. Pool was freezing. Used it as a cold plunge only. If you plan on using it, pay the extra money ahead of time. No hot tub at main pool which was surprising. Pool there was warm though.

The resort was really beautiful and very nice! My girlfriend and friends felt like kings and queens staying at the resort, and all the workers were extremely nice! The restaurant was very good, however, a little too pricey, I think, but again, it's a resort, so it makes sense. Overall, it was a very good experience!

We celebrated our Birthday there and we were very pleased with the service! Our house was just what we expected and more ! We really enjoyed our space and Accommodations supplied! We will return for Another stay for sure!

We are renting from Deconova I don't recommend, they don't answer the phone or emails when you need them. Our children found use womens products in the garbage cans. They turned the power off on us. That's when they finally answered a phone call. The house need some fixing and a much better cleaning
