The rooms are great but they need to remove the headboards they are stained and it doesn’t look good. First 2 pictures are from D building room 429. They switched rooms to building B room 511 same issue last two pictures. I suggest removing headboards and add a nice background picture. Otherwise I highly suggest this hotel. I loved the pool area. I watched the Disney fireworks from my balcony. I loved the room key bracelet. The front desk was wonderful. Great customer service.

Walls are super thin. I woke up at 1230am to someone microwaving a few things, yep heard them open and close the microwave, hit the buttons and even could clearly hear the microwave on heating up their food. I could literally hear them pour ice into their glasses and could even fully hear the water running in their sink. They were not loud or disruptive, but I could simply hear their every move like they were in the same room as me. I could not fall back asleep because I clearly heard everything they said or did and could even the smell of their food came through into my room. I question how this is a 4 star hotel. I absolutely did not feel safe. Pictures online are a bit deceiving as the room was run down. I went to use the hair dryer in the morning and the bag it came in was fully drenched since it was placed under the sink and the pipe was leaking- no one had even noticed this. Lastly, as others had experienced, I arrived around 4pm to check into my room and it was not ready. I didn’t mind since I went to their restaurant to eat, but something to make note of if you are looking to check in at 4pm, you may be delayed.

Fantastic hotel.
Perfect location for the activities we had planned.
Great sized room with the most comfortable bed...so important to get a good sleep on a busy holiday.
Staff were helpful and friendly.
Great facilities. We particularly found the laundry room handy!

I loved my stay in the hotel. Everything was clean and the staff was really friendly. Special shout out to David by the pool, was so kind and helpful with me and my family. I recommend staying here for a Disney Vacation with family or a romantic getaway with your significant other.

Wow, wow, no third wow cause I’m not a dog. This place is really valuable. The service is some of the best I’ve ever experienced from check in to the bar by the pool. The rooms are very clean and pretty big also. There’s a lot of places to eat near by also. Pool is always warm and, the towels they offer are still fluffy. Food menu is great and they have a seasonal section in the menu too which was really refreshing after a few days of eating at the Wilson.
