I’ve been coming to this hotel for a few years with my family and every time we’ve never had any bad experience. All the staff at Meliá are always polite and welcoming. We mostly stay by the pool and noticed the pool is always clean and always stocked with towels. One staff stood out more to us and noticed she always kept the pool area on point. Her name is Rosa and she is the most kindest and polite person we met. I appreciate her hard work and hope next year we get to meet her again. I just want to thank Meliá and ALL of the staff the hard work they do every day.

The hotel is amazing. So clean, comfortable, well located, close to everything. The pool area and the restaurant are FANTASTIC. The hotel does so many activities, games, cultural shows, prices, characters, live music. I just love it here! David by the pool is so kind and always checking on me and my family. Excellent service to all the staff.

Okay, I know the outside does not do justice but it is a wonderful hotel. The service was amazing. We got an upgrade on a discount as well. The room was so beautiful. The room service was amazing. The kids used the pool and I could see them from the window-perfect view. I love the location as well. Not in crowded places. Just amazing

The hotel is big and clean. Nice location. Restaurant with delicious food. The pool is much fun. David does an excellent job bringing the fun and games with all the events. I enjoyed the cruise on land theme

Valerie at Guest services was phenomenal! She greeted us with a warm smile and very warm welcome. Valerie also shared some excellent tips about Disney, and knows Orlando and Disney World very well- thank you Valerie!! The hotel is beautiful and clean, with a spectacular pool and hot tub. The pool facilities are open until 11 PM. This hotel is very clean, safe, and a great family vacation spot. Most of the rooms have small little kitchens and full size refrigerators, which were great (but no oven/ no toaster oven). We loved our stay here. Looking forward to another stay soon!
