The room smelled, the door wouldn’t shut all the way, and while the property overall looked cared for, the rooms seemed old and beat up. The bed was comfortable thankfully and we only stayed one night so it was doable. I rated the location low because nothing is walkable but if you don’t want that, it’s a quiet part of a cute town and of course close to Disney. So location is good in those ways!

Stayed here during Christmas week. We got in at 6am and were able to check into our room right away. The pool is well maintained. David and Manuel made sure that we had everything we needed. The hotel is in a good location if you are looking to visit Disney world, only 15 mins away from the parks. And it’s located opposite of where traffic is so we were never stuck in traffic.

My stay here was absolutely relaxing. I had a 2 bedrooms suite which turned out to be very spacious. Extremely tranquil views. The full kitchen came in handy. The heated pool looked very inviting. Maryjo checked me in and out. She was absolutely amazing despite the freezing temperatures. Maryjo was very welcoming, friendly, personable and a joy to talk to. Please give her raise its clear she works 18 hour shifts. The Wilson restaurant was absolutely delicious. I felt as if I had my own personal chef catering to me. Plus there is a variety of eating locations across the street.

I really like this place, but the rooms are outdated and the front desk never answers the phones. I was disappointed that the kitchen didn’t have an oven, and the rooms have a funky smell. I requested a new room, but it seems like all the rooms smell the same. However, the restaurant has great food and the bar tenders are amazing! Overall, I think this place is in a great location and I would recommend it because it’s still better than staying at a regular hotel.

The best parts of this resort are the location and the beautiful pool area. Heated pool, with both a walk in area and a stairs area. Quite spacious, and there is a hot tub. Checking in was easy and the staff member was friendly.
We had a 2 king room suite with 2 bathrooms, sitting area and kitchenette. The kitchen was supposed to be "fully stocked" but was missing basic items including but not limited too - a spatula, dish soap, dish sponge, drain plug for the sink, scissors, kitchen towel, pot holder, paper towels.... Basic things that should be in a stocked kitchen. We had to go buy items for our 1 week stay.
The beds were comfortable. The furniture was all lower quality and starting to look quite worn. Dressers were dinged and the drawers didn't want to sit flush if you used them. The couch in our unit had a puncture on one arm. The chairs for the table were missing a couple feet sliders. The floors were scratched up near all the furniture (table and chairs and coffee table especially).
2 times we tried to call the main desk to ask a question during regular business hours, and could not reach anyone after several attempts over 4-5 minutes. We ended up using our mobile phones to call, got put through after 3 times and then got disconnected/hung up on.
We really only needed this for sleeping and relaxing at the end of the day. We revised our meal plans since the kitchen was so sparsely equipped. It was not a bad stay, but not a luxury stay either for the issues there were. Would do in a pinch if you get a good deal.
