What an absolutely stunning hotel. Pool is fantastic with three of the four outside pools heated and the other for the brave 🥶. Food in the buffet restaurant is really good with lots of variety. We went half board. You are given a free glass of Prosecco at breakfast and shots in the evening for different theme nights. Staff are so friendly and helpful here. We tried the air rifle shooting and archery which was taken by Olga, she is so helpful and friendly and made it such a friendly and enjoyable experience for myself my girlfriend and friends. Would definitely come back here.

Great service - the staff are really friendly and helpful across the hotel - from reception to restaurants to entertainment. The hotel itself is lovely and clean, but feels a bit tired - carpets for example, some plasterwork on the waterfall - nothing that detracts from enjoying the hotel, but just feels a little less than 5 stars for now... But I'm sure the staff would ensure it was done properly if given the investment. The entertainment is varied and all excellent. The pools are great. The gym offers plenty of modern equipment. And the Christmas decorations were beautiful!

It was our first time visiting and we found the resort to be exactly what we had been looking for - primarily because we were there for the pool/sun. The whole pool area is large and well maintained, and beach access is very easy if you want to go that route. We ate at each restaurant and didn’t find them to be particularly interesting or exciting, but passable for what I expect from a resort that does a lot of vacation packages. That being said, the daily breakfast buffet was great, and the service at every restaurant was always extremely warm and friendly. The spa is also fantastic and was the perfect place to spend the afternoon when we had a bad weather day preventing our outdoor plans. Overall I would stay here again, although I might be more careful to pick a more reliably sunny month than December as the one downside of this resort is that its location doesn’t have much to offer if you’re unlucky with the weather.

We travel regularly to this hotel with our young children and it's fabulous every time. Last trip was in October and we wanted to say a big thanks to Jerome(jeramiah) who was with us everyday for breakfast and lunch. He treated us like royalty everyday and is a fantastic staff member. Also big thanks to Carlotta, Ali and Tom. We were sad to see Willy leave as he was amazing on the bar. Rooms are getting a bit tired now. I hope they do update them as the rest of the hotel and the location is perfect. Thank you and we'll be back. The Brays.
