Everything was exceptional. Attentive staff, good food comfortable large rooms. Amazing lido like set of pools with superb activities for all ages by attentive and friendly activities team. Just beside a sandy beach and an easy flat seaside walk to restaurants and shops. I went with children and grandchildren and it could not have been more relaxed and enjoyable

I spent one week at the Sheraton Fuerteventura and had an amazing stay from start to finish. As a Marriott Platinum member, I was treated extremely well from check in to check out. I received an automatic room upgrade, free breakfast, complimentary access to the wellness area, and discounts at the hotel restaurants, which really made a difference. Although the hotel is a bit outdated, it is very well maintained and spotlessly clean. The pool area is fantastic and perfect for relaxing, and both the breakfast and dinner buffets were excellent with a wide variety of choices every day. Overall, the service, comfort, and benefits made this stay truly enjoyable. I will definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Fuerteventura.

This was our second year returning, and once again, it was absolutely amazing. While the rooms and suites were a bit snug for the four of us—especially with the bed arrangements—they still felt spacious and comfortable overall. The service was exceptional. Every member of the staff was courteous and attentive, but I must give special mention to ✨Miguel✨. He went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, even taking the time to entertain my younger brother. Such a kind-hearted gentleman—his warmth truly stood out. The location is fantastic, offering a wide range of activities and attractions. From the private beach and nearby shopping centre to the bustling high street and the fascinating Salt Museum just a short drive away, there’s something for everyone. Whether you're traveling with kids or adults, you'll never run out of things to do. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We have been coming to Fuerteventura for over 30 years, stayed at various hotels / complexes however the Sheraton is just simply the best. We now visit 2 / 3 times a year and it feels like home. A lovely warm welcome back by the staff ( whom have worked here many many years ) especially David, concierge! He is just so lovely and will always go the extra mile. The choice of rooms is fantastic and are generously spacious. We opt for a junior suite with 2 adults and 2 kids, it’s huge! They are exceptionally clean, the house keeping do an amazing job! Breakfast buffet is excellent with a huge choice of everything you can think of. All the staff are very friendly, a huge thanks and mention has to go to the animation team, we joined in some activities, shooting and cocktail making with Aaron, he is a huge asset to the hotel, really makes our stays enjoyable and entertaining no matter if your an adult or child. Shooting and casino with Olga / Marco - both are brilliant and lovely people who made our holiday experience extra special. Pool is warm at about 28c and enough sun beds for all. Highly recommended! The slogan is where the world comes together. We have made so many friends at the Sheraton with staff and guests, hence why I say it’s like home. Lastly, jamie the general manager does a fantastic job, clearly shown by the low turn over of staff. Always familiar faces every time we come. Tom the assistant general manager is exquisite at what he does, another member of staff who exceeds our expectations every time we come.

Overall we had a very pleasant holiday. We booked 2 deluxe Seaview rooms ( 346&347). Our rooms were on a shared terrace which wasn't really to our liking as our son has challenges so had to stop him wandering too far along terrace, ( hindsight should of made hotel aware of this ) , but we managed. We went bed&breakfast, breakfast was amazing can't fault it . Pools were amazing 2 Pools were warm the main big one wasn't, it was alot cooler but was very refreshing and didn't put any of us going in there. Loved that there was no rush for sunbeds ,plenty of space . We didn't have any of the meals at sheraton as they were pricey especially for our family of 5 . However we did have a lunchtime meal at the poolside restaurant but service was very slow for us and they bought my sons food out 10mins after all of ours. Food was OK. Tip: hotel ask you to put a tab down when you arrive ( debit card )for expenses around the hotel as they charge everything to your room. We put down minimal as we knew we wasn't going to eating and drinking alot around the hotel . They will recommend 300 euros. Please keep hold of receipts as we were nearly charged for something we didn't have . Overall we had a lovely holiday. I do think however this is a 4 star hotel rather than 5.
