Lovely hotel, staff friendly and welcoming. Family room was good size - the bathrooms are enormous and personally I would have preferred a smaller bathroom and a second bedroom! For some reason the balconies between rooms have no barriers so next door kept coming onto our balcony - I even caught their kid sitting on our chair which was weird. Kids activities were enjoyed by my boys. Location excellent for beach, shopping centre and CDF. Didn’t get chance to do the adults activities, they weren’t well advertised. Breakfast was excellent. The evening buffet was astronomically expensive and NOT worth the additional money (we were only B&B). The Japanese a la carte restaurant was nice. Didn’t try the other one. Decent pools and never any silly races for sunbeds which was good. I think the fact that all-inclusive isn’t an option made it a much more pleasant hotel than others.

Beautiful hotel and great location by the sea. Very attentive staff. One member of our family has specific dietary requirements (gluten-free); on checking in to the hotel we were introduced to a staff member who, along with her colleague, was our point of contact for gluten-free food for all our meals in the hotel. Would happily return to this hotel if going back to Fuerteventura.

All Staff are friendly, there’s a lot of activities… Mini Golf, Basketball, Archery which I tried for first time and was good at it, Beach Volley Ball, Indoor Games Room… great family holiday which I was skeptical about as someone who tends to choose all adults only holidays… hotel is huge enough if you want quiet time to yourself or be with others and try new adventures. Love the architecture and design… much better in person. Love the horticulture, green spaces and how they’ve kept in alignment with the volcanic island theme. Good buffets for breakfast and dinner they have different food from parts of the world. Chill vibes… multi-cultural space. if you are a family or couple or travelling as a family this the place. Parking is free, good views of sunrise. Shopping mall down the road, supermarket, there’s also electric scooters to hire by beach to ride down on.

This is the second time we have visited this hotel and would definitely return. The staff are all very friendly and attentive and there are loads of sun beds around the pools so you are guaranteed to get a good spot. There were daily activities for the kids to take part in as well as the pools to keep them busy. I can’t really fault this hotel at all, I highly recommend b staying here.

This is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The staff, with no exception, is amazingly polite ready to serve you. I simply love it! So does my 8 year old. 😁 I strongly recommend Sheraton!
