This was our second year returning, and once again, it was absolutely amazing. While the rooms and suites were a bit snug for the four of us—especially with the bed arrangements—they still felt spacious and comfortable overall. The service was exceptional. Every member of the staff was courteous and attentive, but I must give special mention to ✨Miguel✨. He went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, even taking the time to entertain my younger brother. Such a kind-hearted gentleman—his warmth truly stood out. The location is fantastic, offering a wide range of activities and attractions. From the private beach and nearby shopping centre to the bustling high street and the fascinating Salt Museum just a short drive away, there’s something for everyone. Whether you're traveling with kids or adults, you'll never run out of things to do. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We have been coming to Fuerteventura for over 30 years, stayed at various hotels / complexes however the Sheraton is just simply the best. We now visit 2 / 3 times a year and it feels like home. A lovely warm welcome back by the staff ( whom have worked here many many years ) especially David, concierge! He is just so lovely and will always go the extra mile. The choice of rooms is fantastic and are generously spacious. We opt for a junior suite with 2 adults and 2 kids, it’s huge! They are exceptionally clean, the house keeping do an amazing job! Breakfast buffet is excellent with a huge choice of everything you can think of. All the staff are very friendly, a huge thanks and mention has to go to the animation team, we joined in some activities, shooting and cocktail making with Aaron, he is a huge asset to the hotel, really makes our stays enjoyable and entertaining no matter if your an adult or child. Shooting and casino with Olga / Marco - both are brilliant and lovely people who made our holiday experience extra special. Pool is warm at about 28c and enough sun beds for all. Highly recommended! The slogan is where the world comes together. We have made so many friends at the Sheraton with staff and guests, hence why I say it’s like home. Lastly, jamie the general manager does a fantastic job, clearly shown by the low turn over of staff. Always familiar faces every time we come. Tom the assistant general manager is exquisite at what he does, another member of staff who exceeds our expectations every time we come.

Staff are very friendly and professional. They really went above and beyond for customers, specifically F&B staff. The coffee guy even taught me some Spanish words and the next day when I returned he remembered my order and already prepared for me ☺️ The room is very clean and spacious. Good location, very close to airport. We had a great time, will return again 🤩🤩

Excellent resort, perfect location on the beachfront. Well appointed with all facilities you can expect for a relaxing vacation. Very good restaurants and lively bar, several pools, direct access to a very calm beach and very good spa, with excellent treatments and a very professional staff. Above all, and what makes this place unique, is their personnel: professional, friendly, dynamic and with visible passion towards customer satisfaction. We are very sure to return to once again greet the very nice people that works there.

The grounds and gardens are stunning – a tropical paradise, perfectly maintained, full of palm trees, flowers, and quiet corners to enjoy. At night, the atmosphere becomes even more magical, with warm lighting, the sound of the ocean, and the spectacular illuminated pool creating a dreamlike setting. The swimming pool area is one of the best we have ever seen – spacious, clean, and designed with such care. Whether for a refreshing morning swim or a peaceful evening by the water, it’s simply perfect. Our room was comfortable, spotless, and had everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. Waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoying the balcony views was priceless. The staff deserve the highest praise. Everyone we met was friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. They made us feel at home and truly valued as guests. The location is ideal – right by the sea, with beautiful walks along the coast and easy access to restaurants, shops, and local attractions. This hotel offers the perfect balance of relaxation, luxury, and authenticity. Every moment here was filled with peace and joy. We left with wonderful memories and cannot wait to return.
