Fantastic hotel and service. Room was spotlessly clean and had everything you could need for a comfortable stay. Lovely scented liquid soap, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom and fresh smelling quality linens. High quality service throughout the hotel with a huge selection of beverages and freshly cooked food. The whole of the hotel was very clean, very well maintained and all staff were super polite and helpful. Highly recommended.

Our first time in the Canary Island, this hotel lives up to it's 5 star rating, amazing/varied food, entertainment and location by the beach. The staff are very friendly and offer a great service. We will mostly definitely be returning.

Hotel right on the beach, lovely view from room. Not far from town about 20 min walk along sea front. Stayed here for our 30 year anniversary all inclusive, star prestige. Food really good, lots of choice. Service good apart from weekend when there seemed to be not so many staff members working in the dining room, so tables were not cleared so fast. Star prestige area has its own pool and drinks/snack room so you can help yourself to whatever you want. Lots of sunbeds available. We went in February so not as busy. Transfer from airport about 90 minutes. Staff really nice always say morning. We didn't go to any of the entertainment in the evening but there was music in the bar on the terrace. Would recommend this hotel, quiet part of fuerteventura so a relaxing holiday away from clubs.

Enjoyed every minute of it! Great resort, staff, food and Yoga activities 🧘‍♀️ leaving refreshed, reset, and recharged. The place is pristine clean and loved the running track along the beach too. The little town next to it is so cute! We loved the gorgeous Canarian cuisine from the restaurants! Very tasty! Ate local fish every day!

Upon arrival we were heartily welcomed and the staff across all services is very nice. We did have trouble with the sink in our room and went to reception. No 30 minutes later the technician exchanged the whole plumbing work and it’s all sorted. That’s the level of support you would hope for. Key facts - great view on the beach (walking distance just down the stairs) - very friendly staff - all in all nice rooms (some details indicating it’s not brand new) - quiet, despite kids all around. Plus extra quiet zone (adults only) can be booked - overall absolutely enjoy the vacation - buffet rich in selection and high quality food from fresh fruits to love cooked meat and fish
