Gorgeous hotel with a wonderful location right by the beach. The staff were so friendly and helpful and made us feel very at home. There were a couple of tiny issues with the room but these were quickly fixed for us. The food was excellent. Overall would definitely recommend.

One of the friendliest hotels I have had the fortune to stay in. Without exception all staff were polite and welcoming. They could not be faulted for their first class customer service, notably Aliou, who always had a warm smile and fantastic sense of humour. Rooms were comfortable, clean and very quiet. All the things you hope for when staying away from home. We shall definitely be looking at staying with other hotels in the Group and hoping that they deliver up the same experience.

Aliou is an exceptional person and host . 5☆ to him and your staff. Once we moved rooms ( which staff were very accommodating with) I would give the hotel 5 stars. One recommendation is the room locations for the ones viewing the main road should be better explained instead of being advertised as seaside views due to the roadside traffic noise levels. Vera is also exceptional on reception. All in all, an EXCEPTIONAL hotel and experience. Note: the spa could present better customer service and more in depth explanations of the treatments could be given to the clients.

Stayed here with my family. Loved the food, always a new selection each night & so delicious! The staff were excellent and always on point. They cleared plates etc so quickly once finished with at dinner and rooms were always cleaned to a high standard. The pool areas are well maintained & the star prestige area (a paid extra) is well worth it! FABULOUS 5/5

Beautiful hotel, great food, clean rooms and very nice staff - especially Nadia from reception and the girl who goes around the rooms in the late afternoon/early evening adding finishing touches before bedtime. The staff here have a hard job because we found that most of the other guests weren't very friendly by nature. They weren't aggressive or rude but they were very reserved. The only thing that let the hotel down for us was the lack of facilities for children. There was a children's pool but there wasn't anything in it - no slide or anything like that.
