Amazing service by all the staff at this resort. We had a great time and were treated so well. The location is great and there’s a beach that mostly feels like a natural pool as the tide was high, but the water was perfect. We had a villa and a room in the main hotel and they are both great. Well taken care of. Shout out to Khun Zin who went above and beyond in taking care of us. Khun Lucus, Aung, Chef Charn and massage therapist Khun Da and Honey! The check in staff! Great service!!

Good selection of proficiently presented western and Thai dishes. Excellent selection of cocktails to be worked through. Clean well kept gardens and helpful friendly staff. Located down a side street off the main road, so well away from the noise and distractions which ensured a peaceful stay. Beach is generally clean with a beach that is under knee-deep water at high tide. Time your walks accordingly. No problems with stray dogs or monkeys. Rooms very clean and functioning with no issues during our five night stay. Top marks!!

My mother and I just stayed here. It's my third time, and it was her first. It's a quiet place with amazing architecture. The stand out for both of us was the service of the lovely staff. In particular Mod and Zin, who were caring and attentive. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable holiday. We will not forget them, and they will be the reason we will return to this special place. They are a credit to the resort as a whole, and we hope their contribution is recognised by the management of the hotel, who should be very proud of their effort and commitment.

Overall great experience in a unique hotel. We took the room with a pool in the balcony and a view to the river and it was totally worth it. One of the most unique room balconies I've been to in a hotel The pool and beach area were a bit small but we were their in the off-season so it wasn't an issue for us and it was great and very quiet and relaxing. The staff was extremely nice and were attentive to our needs. Downside: - the food in the beach restaurant wasn't good. - The water pressure in the shower wasn't stable - The hotel really overcharged us for a taxi to the main street. We later changed hotels and realized they charged us double the price for a similar taxi ride. Overall 4.3/5

We had an excellent stay here and extended from 6-7 nights. The longest time I have wver stayed in one hotel! The staff are incredible, smiley and lovely and they will do anything to make the trip even more special than the incredible rooma in the main building! The morning views, watching the hawk fly across the mountains were brilliant! Thank you to all from the Santhiya Koh Chang! I will hopefully come and see you again sometime! The musicians and dancers are the same two people all day! They played trad. Thai music, for hours at breakfast every day and then where
