This was our first vacation as a couple, and this hotel truly made all the difference. The service was phenomenal from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. Every single staff member went out of their way to make sure our stay was peaceful and seamless. The breakfasts were a real highlight—delicious and served with such warmth. The team was incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. We are endlessly grateful to every person who works at this hotel. Our stay at Santhiya Tree Koh Chang was unforgettable. The private pool in our villa felt like pure luxury – peaceful, clear, and perfect for a morning dip or evening unwind. The beach was stunning too, with soft sand and calm waves, and the sunsets from the beachfront restaurant were absolutely magical. But what truly made the experience stand out was the service. Every single staff member we met was kind, smiling, and genuinely helpful. When our TV wasn’t working, it took less than ten minutes for an IT technician to arrive – and he actually installed a brand-new smart TV with Apple Play and screen mirroring. That level of care really impressed us. If you’re looking for a serene escape with top-tier hospitality, this place is a gem.

We were guests here in April 2025 and had a fantastic stay on Ko Chang thanks to this hotel. The hotel is clean, the staff is always friendly, helpful, and very accommodating. The hotel has an elevator, is directly at the sea, offers a shuttle service to the main road (free of charge, of course), and has a huge pool. The rooms are a dream. The entire furnishings are made of wood, with carved figures and pictures everywhere. Everything is made of wood. Even the ceiling fan in the bathroom looks as if it was made of wood. The lamps are made of carved coconuts, simply magical. And last but not least, the highlight: the private pool in the room. A dream, something we've never had before; our son didn't want to go home. The four-poster bed with mosquito net was simply magical. The food was fantastic, a large breakfast buffet with a huge selection of everything you could want, both Western and Asian. The Wednesday evening buffet was magical, right by the sea at sunset, with fresh Pad Thai 🤤 simply delicious. There were lovely touches everywhere, like carved watermelons and carrots. And the staff was absolutely lovely and accommodating. Thank you to the whole team for letting us be there, you made our stay on Ko Chang something special, thank you thank you thank you 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

One of the better spots you can get on the Island for sure. When we got off the ferry we were taking a taxi in with a number of other groups that were also being dropped off at their hotels. It was fun because you get to see where everyone else is staying and because almost all of us chose these room sight unseen it was interesting to see the different places on the island. I would say when we were there we saw probably about 10 or 11 different resorts and I have no doubt in my mind that unless there was some hidden resort that I am not aware of we probably picked the best one. The exterior looks like a fairytale, the service is impeccable, the beach is outstanding, and there are restaurants, drinks, laundry, and spa services not to mention rooms with private pools, scooter rentals, a gift shop, and buffets. I am not typically a resort person but this place made me change my mind. I understand why people stay at places like these.

One of our favourite hotels... EVER. (Accessible for limited mobility) We had a private room with private bath and pool overlooking the water. It was truly magical and private. My wife had broken her leg and was on crutches. As soon as we arrived they had a wheelchair on hand of which they lent us for the entirety of our stay. They have an elevator to access all of the private suites/room. (this was great since nowhere else in Koh Chang that we have visited offered this service or had elevators). The beach and main pool was stunning although we ordered room service and stayed mostly in our private pool as it was amazing ! Breakfast had everything you could want, coffee was good, food tasty. They had a free shuttles to 7 eleven if needed at certain hours. For the price it was 100% worth it and would come back in a heart beat next time we are in Koh Chang. Only thing ** We found the prices of the food a little expensive for Thailand BUT any hotel of this caliber will have those prices and we still got food and every dish was amazing. Just book it ! Thank us later
