Radisson Grenada Beach Resort

We spent a week here with our 5-month-old and really enjoyed our stay. The resort was very quiet. We never had any trouble finding seats at the beach, pools or restaurants. What really makes this resort so beautiful is the lush landscaping. The property is filled with mature trees and plants, which makes it feel private, peaceful, and well cared for. The pictures don’t do it justice in my opinion. The drinks were good and generous with the alcohol. Food was average and service is slow, however the pricing felt fair for a non all-inclusive resort. There are many walkable restaurants along the beach if you’re looking for more variety, plus a grocery store and pharmacy across the road. I want to highlight Shenard. Her customer service is amazing and she was so pleasant and fun to talk to. Overall the calm atmosphere made this a great choice for a relaxing getaway—especially when traveling with a baby.

This is a good hotel that could be GREAT with a little work. The rooms are a little tired but clean. Amenities are in need of repair. The Jacuzzi, half the ice machines, and some gym equipment didn’t work. WiFi was mostly good throughout. Service was shockingly slow, a one hour wait for food is the norm, and that’s after you hunt down someone for the menu. Walking distance to a few shops and the supermarket which was helpful. Taxi stand out front, bus stop a short 2 minute walk away. The real plus is the beach. Beautiful sand, clear water, views of the harbor and surrounding mountains, and sunset over Quarantine Point. Plenty of dive shops in walking distance (one on property).

Stayed the end of December, 2025 for 3 nights, the location is good, it is on the beach and there are two pools, there is lots of parking, a supermarket and gas station is nearby, food options are close, the road is terrible. The property is fairly maintained. There is a drain running through the property, it is an eye sore and has a pungent scent, this should be addressed. There are lots of options for breakfast which are average, likewise is the taste of the food, the worst french toast I had was here, it appeared to be pre-soaked and sat for a long time, the end product was soggy and tasteless. You have to pay separately for cocoa tea, $10 EC I understand, I did not buy it, I would not pay separately for that. For those who read this, no need to stack your plate like a dump truck at a buffet and then waste the food, you can visit the buffet as many times as you wish, please don't waste food. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms on the small side but are clean with a couple amenities like kettle, coffee machine, safe and refrigerator, my wife found the bed uncomfortable. I noticed that the buffet did not offer honey and to me, the bread was very crumbly. Overall, I will rate this hotel as 3.5 stars (and that is being generous because of location, layout and beach proximity)

Horrible management with no moral compass! I am a platinum with Choice and booked a 2BR suite on points almost 6 months in advance but they gave away my room to a higher bidder who likely booked on $$. When I checked in they had no shame in saying that your category room has been given off to someone else and is not there anymore. The notion of reservation does not make any sense to the management at this hotel. When I followed up with the Front office manager (Omattie), she responded with an insulting 2500 points per night compensation equivalent to $15. Now if they could do that for all reservations, wouldn't they make a lot of money even after this tiny comp? I bet they would!! So these folks do it openly and without shame! I escalated multiple times to the GM (Trevor) who would not respond!! Customer service does not seem to be a strong point of this property. I would say come here for the location but if there is anything else you are looking for - quality of rooms, service, food, breakfast, be prepared to be disappointed!

This is a lovely hotel in a great location and it actually looks good too cannot praise it enough. Breakfast was good only thing I didn't like it was served to you in portions by staff but the big problem was there was never enough staff so it took twice as long to finally get your breakfast I liked the variation of food some traditional and enough to appeal to everyone else from abroad if u like the same as home. Sadly the lack of staff was apparent all through the hotel even if you wanted a drink at the various bars around the resort. The beach next to it was lovely can't knock it. The evening meal was great but u had to wait for it. I had barracuda lovely and lamb another evening and that was ok. It's a bit pricey but it does the job. Staff are polite and helpful gave you a nice feeling around the resort. The room was good very big for a poolside view it was just a bit bland in looks but that's being fussy can't complain really. The location of the resort was great shops bus stop not far away at all. Walking along that beach was very nice. So overall I would recommend the place thumbs up. I would return.
