The pool areas are gorgeous and access to the beach is fantastic. I do wish chairs and umbrellas were set up, as the only option for shade is to crowd under some of the few trees on the beach. But sieving around the pool was plentiful and comfortable. Menu is limited and quite expensive. My first night I ate at one of the bars, I took about 30 minutes to get my meal which was the completely wrong meal. This happened three times, 30 minutes between each new 'wrong' dish (this wasn't like oh. I wanted fries on the side or, take off the mayonnaise, I was brought completely wrong order). The rooms are rather crusty for the price But still comfortable and I liked the seating outside. But proximity to food and drink stalls at the spice market as well as a grocery store was fantastic. It was also easy to get taxis wherever we wanted to go with the front desk. Help.

Location: amazing location, you walk straight out the the most gorgeous beach, with plenty of food choices at the resort and at restaurants nearby. The only thing is that I am a coffee person but I had to walk to another resort nearby to get good lattes. But still was so happy I stayed here.
Service: amazing. Every single person I came across who works at the resort always greeted us, and seemed very willing to help. It felt very hospitable. From the front desk, to the room service crew, to the people at the restaurants and bar. Very respectful, hospitable, professional, and ready to go above and beyond.
Rooms: The only issue I had is that we booked a king size room but we ended up with a room with 2 single beds. I didn't feel like packing again and moving so we settled.
The beds were very comfy, and housekeeping does a great job at cleaning.
I did see a lot of ants in the bathroom but for some reason it never bothered me.
Also some mosquitos do sneak into the room, but that is to be expected at any resort in any island.
Great entertainment scheduled every single day from live music to karaoke to games! Great for adults, kids, and couples.

I had a horrible experience at the Radisson Grenada Beach Resort. I arrived around 2:15 PM to check-in, despite it being before the check-in time they allowed us to begin checking in. At strong 2:45 PM we were told one of our two rooms is ready and the other is currently being cleaned so we waited in the lobby. At 3:30 PM we were given the key to one room to allow us to sit and eat, they told us they'd bring the keys for the second room when it was ready. Hours passed, at nearly 5:00 PM we went down to the front desk to get an update on our room. Which is when we were told that the other room wasn't being cleaned, infact we were told that the last guests left their belongings in the room which is why we were being held up. We were also told that we weren't allowed to have 4 adults in one room even despite our circumstance and they would not be able to tell us when the next room would be ready. So we got our money back and left. This was supposed to be for my birthday weekend, it was completely ruined by this experience. I am extremely disappointed, not only by the lack of transparency and professionalism but also by the fact that they didn't even try to accommodate us due to a mistake on their end. I will never book with the Radisson ever again. They have an amazing location but their management is so unprofessional it ruins the whole experience. I hope they learn and grow from this. Please use caution when booking this resort.

The signs of corporate greed are evident at this property. Check in starts at 3:00; my family and I arrived at 3:30pm and we were told our rooms are being cleaned. We gained access to our rooms at 6:00pm. All areas of the resort seem as if more employees should be assigned to the task. The pool opens at 10am but the pool cleaners were still cleaning at 11:30. A cleaner visited my room on day two at 6pm for my room touch up. I declined the service since I was checking out the following morning. The resort is in dire need of significant upgrades. The furniture in the rooms is outdated and deteriorating, while the wooden doors show visible wear. My room had an ant infestation, and there was a strong mildew odor. Negative reviews from years past still reflect the current state of the resort. All the employees appear overworked and dissatisfied. I was overwhelmed with pity. The food is both terrible and overpriced, and the buffet not being self-serve only reinforces my suspicions about cost-cutting measures being practiced. This was the worst money I've ever spent. I cannot, in good conscience, return to this Radisson resort.

Beautiful pools, rooms are bit dated. Would be nice if ice machines were near rooms so you don't have to go down to the bars to get ice. Staff are friendly and helpful.
