Went here because my school paid for the first 3 nights and we paid the remainder of our stay since we wanted to enjoy the island. It has been absolutely horrible. The service in any of the restaurants is awful. We waited every single time over 45 minutes for our food while seeing others who came after get their food. Mind you this place is empty. All the other resorts are WAY more booked and for a good reason. The rooms are BEYOND outdated. My boyfriend and I had to fit in a TWIN XL?!? The doors are stained with god knows what. The WiFi is absolutely terrible. The service from the front desk makes it seem like we are bothering them. Everyone except for a few workers are mean and not welcoming they honestly made us feel stupid for asking simple questions. The only nice thing about this place is the big pool but absolutely stay away from the small pool because it is absolutely disgusting.

Booked a stay for a relative and he complimented the service and amenities. I however had to expend too much energy on getting the billing right. I was double charged and the person that promised to rectify did not follow up as promised and stopped responding to messages. I eventually reached a manager who quickly provided a resolution.

The hotel is in a perfect location. Right on Grand Anse beach. They are doing upgrades to the hotel and we met the new GM, Lawrence. He shared some of his insights and vision for improvements. The sunset pool and bar were closed for improvements. Would have loved to check those out. Still, based on our experience this trip, we’ll be back. The oasis pool was huge and since there were no cruise ships during our 7day stay, the beach was basically empty. It was awesome. We upgraded to an ocean front king room, 112. The bed was not in the best shape, a ridge in the middle showing the mattresses age. It was still comfortable enough for us, so we made no complaint. The view from our from was fabulous. There were sea turtles right outside swimming around! We had no issues getting or returning pool towels. Open every time we went. A pleasant surprise considering all the other reviews saying it was always closed. Breakfast had a strong variety, something for everyone it seemed. Omelets were great, Barrie breads and spreads, fruit, corned beef hash and baked beans even! Plenty of good and served until 1030a. Radisson, the resort cat, even visited us a few times. Friendly sweet thing. One thing I will say… We didn’t like the fact that with every on premises charge the receipt an opportunity to tip, but the tip doesn’t go to the person serving you, instead it goes back to the hotel. We confirmed this with a few members of staff. We went down the street and got EC from the ATM and tipped that way. We will remember this for next time! Compared to the price we could have paid to stay 100 yards in either direction on the beach, we made the right choice. People we want to shout out for their extra awesome service: N-Kenge - bartender - best drinks, attentive, and friendly Latoya - served us at the pool the first day and helped give us the lay of the land/made us feel welcome Lennon - attentive bartender at the pool who also made great drinks Junior - breakfast service king. Quick with coffee and a cheerful good morning. Very kind. Michael - omelet man. The unsung hero, making consistently delicious omelets. Sheldon Nichols - maintenance king and overall kind soul. He was doing work on the grounds and made us feel very welcome Leon - checked us in and gave us tips and took down our guard so we could start our vacation. Dimitris- checked us out and had a great friendly personality and a sense of humor. Samantha - the pool hut attendant. She was there every day without fail.

Our flight to St Lucia was diverted to Grenada due to weather and the Radisson was nice enough to accommodate the passengers for the evening. Talk about turning lemons into lemonade! It is a wonderful resort on the beach with a huge wrap around pool, numerous bars including beachfront, and on-site dining. Despite the unexpected influx of guests the staff did a great job attending to us with a great attitude. Special kudos to Danielle and Lawrence at the sunset bar.

This place could be 4 to 5 stars with some basic service improvements. The service was wildly inconsistent and, at worst, angering. I want to emphasize first that the property is beautiful and mostly well-maintained. It’s also very conveniently located. The taxi drivers at the resort are also wonderful. Here were my main gripes: -Beach towels: just forget about getting them. Staff are rarely present at the beach towel hut, and you have luck getting towels maybe 1 time out of 10 attempts. The problem seems to be not having enough towels or maybe an inefficient drying system. I feel like this is easily resolvable. -Housekeeping: my biggest gripe is that on one day of my stay, housekeeping left my room door cracked for possibly hours. I know it’s a safe resort, but this is basic service and accommodation, and quite frankly completely unacceptable. A complaint was lodged with the front desk and it didn’t happen again. -Food service: possibly the most annoying aspect of my stay was that food service was so unpredictable. At breakfast, on some days, all of the tables would be appropriately set with silverware and plates. The next day, you would have to chase a staff member down to get utensils. Again, this is an EXTREMELY basic aspect of running a hotel, and I have no idea how they never got this right. Dinner was severely understaffed and it took forever to get an order taken or to get food. I would honestly advise finding another place to eat dinner around Grand Anse. All-in-all, I loved my visit to Grenada, and the experience with this Radisson property wasn’t enough to hamper my experience completely. If you stay here, I would advise being aware of the hotel’s shortcomings. With feedback, I think they can improve.
