This place could be 4 to 5 stars with some basic service improvements. The service was wildly inconsistent and, at worst, angering. I want to emphasize first that the property is beautiful and mostly well-maintained. It’s also very conveniently located. The taxi drivers at the resort are also wonderful. Here were my main gripes: -Beach towels: just forget about getting them. Staff are rarely present at the beach towel hut, and you have luck getting towels maybe 1 time out of 10 attempts. The problem seems to be not having enough towels or maybe an inefficient drying system. I feel like this is easily resolvable. -Housekeeping: my biggest gripe is that on one day of my stay, housekeeping left my room door cracked for possibly hours. I know it’s a safe resort, but this is basic service and accommodation, and quite frankly completely unacceptable. A complaint was lodged with the front desk and it didn’t happen again. -Food service: possibly the most annoying aspect of my stay was that food service was so unpredictable. At breakfast, on some days, all of the tables would be appropriately set with silverware and plates. The next day, you would have to chase a staff member down to get utensils. Again, this is an EXTREMELY basic aspect of running a hotel, and I have no idea how they never got this right. Dinner was severely understaffed and it took forever to get an order taken or to get food. I would honestly advise finding another place to eat dinner around Grand Anse. All-in-all, I loved my visit to Grenada, and the experience with this Radisson property wasn’t enough to hamper my experience completely. If you stay here, I would advise being aware of the hotel’s shortcomings. With feedback, I think they can improve.

Our entire 8 day stay was better than expected. The staff was helpful, knowledgeable and able to recommend activities and locations throughout the island. Akim was friendly and helpful each day. He remembered drink choices for my friends and I from the first day. We appreciated his attention to detail and outstanding customer service.

Went as a family trip to visit my daughter's white coat ceremony at the St.Georges University. We had a lovely stay with a 5 star service from all hotel staff. The rooms were very clean and staff were very friendly. This hotel has a prime location on Grand Anse Beach, offering plenty of beach chairs for a relaxing day by the water. Unfortunately, despite its potential, our stay was filled with frustrations. Check-in was painfully slow due to understaffing. With only one bellman, guests were taken to their rooms in groups, and to make matters worse, the elevator was out of order, forcing us to carry our luggage to the top floor ourselves. When we finally arrived at our room, we encountered a slew of issues. Instead of the king-sized bed we had booked, we were given two double beds, and since the hotel was fully booked, they couldn’t correct the mistake. The WiFi was barely functional, and on our first night, we lost water entirely. Adding to the frustration, our room had no phone, meaning we had to walk all the way to the front desk anytime we needed assistance. Despite multiple complaints, it took three days just to get a phone in our room. The problems didn’t end there. The water pressure in the shower was weak, sometimes feeling as if it might stop completely. Housekeeping was inconsistent—our room went uncleaned for two days. We let it slide the first day, but after returning late on the second night to find it still dirty, we had to request service. Housekeeping finally arrived at 7 p.m. Beach towels were another major issue—they were almost always unavailable, and we only managed to get them twice during our week-long stay. The hotel has several restaurant spaces, but most were closed, and the few that were open all served the same menu. While the beachfront location is fantastic, the lack of service, maintenance, and basic amenities made our stay frustrating and disappointing. With better management and attention to guest needs, this hotel could be a great resort, but in its current state, I wouldn’t recommend it.

We cannot recommend Radisson enough! We had the most incredible few days stay. The breakfast and evening meal was amazing! Staff are wonderful, the rooms are so clean and lovely. My kids had the best time in the pool. It was always so clean. I dont have a bad word to say, we will absolutely stay here again. Thank you all for making our stay so wonderful ❤️
