I highly recommend this hotel based on my recent visit. From the moment we arrived, the experience was fantastic. The rooms were excellent—spacious and quiet. We especially enjoyed the good view of the city from our window. The beds were incredibly comfy, ensuring a restful night's sleep, and the overall amenities provided were top-notch. The staff were truly exceptional and very helpful throughout our stay, always providing prompt and friendly service. Breakfast service had a great range of both local and international options. Finally, the pool and gym facilities were a perfect, relaxing place to unwind after a day of exploring. A truly comfortable and seamless experience!

The concierge team were great. Staff were generally friendly, but not exactly warm. Breakfast was alright. It had a fair selection, but variety and choice can be limited with similar selections everyday. Gym probably the biggest disappointment - a rack of dumbbells, bike and treadmill in a converted room. Room had excellent facilities and location was excellent - near to major attractions and eateries, but away from the hustle.

We enjoyed our stay at Orchids Hotel! Breakfast was great, and the pool area was relaxing. We stayed in the Orchids Suite with city views and an extra bed for our family of four — the room was spacious, clean, comfy beds and large windows with a great view. Trung and the team were fantastic, always ready to help with anything we needed. The location was great within a short walk away. Highly recommend this hotel.

I stayed here already a few times. Must say it was an excellent choice. Staff was all very attentive and professional. Location is nice in a nice area. The bed was comfortable and the room quiet. To do some excercise I use often the stairs up and down and I must say their stairs were also very clean which is not common in many 4/5 stars hotels. I will be back soon

We stayed for 2 x nights (2 x adult, 1 x child). The room was a good size, very comfortable beds and very clean. The location was great and the staff were very helpful. We would definitely stay here again.
