Good place but (for me) not highly recommended.
Staff are friendly. Breakfast buffet was good with so many options for you to enjoy.
However, the carpet right at the lobby looks very old and dirty. Also, there was a smell inside that was really off as I entered.

Excellent services, very good breakfast , nice big room(I stayed in room 464 it doesn't have a very good view, it did not bother me that much so I didn't ask to switch rooms) . The gym is always cool, new equipment . It has a small pool but it is clean and beautiful, the pool attendance brings a little fruit with a cold water bottle for you , it was a nice touch. For $60 a night it is worth every penny. It has everything you need within walking distance but you need to take a Grab to get to the city center which may cost you around $4 roughly .

I had my wedding at Eastin and also stayed there for 3 days.
In the beginning I was quite worried but the service and food are so great. Not only for wedding but also for hotel service.
Location is a little bit far to District 1 (around 15-20mins) but easy to pick a taxi or Uber/Grab.
Light in rooms is quite dark with me but maybe it is the classic style.

I stayed here with my family for total of 4 nights. The hotel shows it as a 5 star, but in honesty it is more like a 4 or 3 star.
PROS:
The support staff is very good. They make you feel welcome and ready to help. I took thier help to do local bookings and they were very helpful.
The rooms are good size. Can accommodate a couple with a baby as well.
The room cleaning service is very good.
Close to Airport.
CONS:
Same breakfast spread for all 4 days. It was the same menu for all of the days we stayed with slight variation in some of the dishes.
The breakfast menu is also very limited, not a lot of item to choose from when it is marketed as a 5 star. The overall taste of the food was just average so not something we were looking forward to.
Since it is close to Airport it is a bit far from the main tourist centre, so keep in mind the travel time.
The swimming pool is just very basic, nothing special to talk about.
Not a lot of those fancy, trendy restaurants around the area, you'll have to travel for at least 20mins to get to one.
Poor sound proofing in the rooms.
Overall. Good stay if you want to get in and out of Airport quickly. If you want to go to tourist places better see an option in the same location.

This girl at the service desk took excellent care of me. I stayed upon arriving in Saigon and then first out my trip here the last 9 days. The best service all around and excellent customer service. Please award this employee in the photo. I can't remember her name. I'll be bringing a team back with me next year to stay here again. For $80 US, a night, which includes breakfast for a 5 star hotel, is unheard of.
The only thing I would recommend not doing here is laundry service. Take it to the street for $2. Mocktails by the pool and 3 restaurants with 24/7 service from cafe.
