Really cool exterior and nice lobby, but this hotel is seriously in need of some major renovations. We booked one of their nicer 1 bed suite rooms, and it was one of the dirtiest hotels I've ever stayed at. Actually, it was by far the dirtiest hotel I've been to at this price point. Our friends in other rooms said the same thing. Multi-colored stains on the couches (we didn't dare sit on the couches), foot prints, dirty carpets, smears on the walls, etc. I don't like writing reviews like this but management definitely should consider refreshing the product they're offering. Service was fine, the bed was solid too, no late checkout though. But definitely would not recommend staying here if you care about cleanliness and a properly maintained hotel room. Pros: fantastic location (perfect for metro and Uber pick up), good views from the rooms,

I stayed at NOMO SOHO for 3 nights it was FANTASTIC! Right when you walk in the door(which they hold open for you and help you with your bags!) until you check in, everything was perfect. Rooms were very clean and had a very comfortable bed and pillows. They even had hot cider in the lobby! I could not have been happier. I was very surprised how quiet the location and the hotel was. NOMO SOHO is in such a wonderful, safe location and within walking distance of so much, including the 911 memorial museum. I cannot wait to go back! THANK YOU to ALL the STAFF.

While the staff was polite, the overall experience was quite inconvenient. The rooms are basic and lack essentials like a coffee pot or kettle. For guests traveling across time zones and battling jet lag, the 7:00 AM coffee service in the lobby is far too late to prepare for the workday. Hotel also failed to restock water bottles after the first day. Most concerning, however, was the poor bathroom design; the shower frequently overflowed directly into the bedroom area.

Arrived to an under enthusiastic receptionist. That was fine, got to my room. Very strong overpowering smell of weed. Went back, they immediately offered a new room. Room key twice didn’t work, I just asked for a refund. Place wasn’t clean and a bit rundown. Struck me as a place that has dropped its standards. They gave me the refund.

I do not recommend this hotel. It is very expensive for what you get in return. Although the location is excellent, the rooms themselves are not well maintained. We had to ask several times for basic things, and a room without a refrigerator and a kettle is strange, as this is standard in hotels (we eventually received them after requesting). In addition, I was charged an unknown amount, and they do not respond to emails (they also did not respond before the reservation when I wanted to clarify a specific request). The minimum expectation is to provide proper service to guests.
