We stayed here (six rooms) for my wedding weekend. While the location is great, the hotel left some things to be desired. The lobby, hallways, restaurant don’t seem air conditioned. On a hot and humid holiday, so was the interior of the hotel. No fridge and no ice bucket. Seems silly or a way to get 6 bucks for a bottle
Of water. And lastly, I was getting ready with my bridal party in my suite and we needed another chair. I called down to the front desk who told me they did not have an extra chair to bring me. I find that hard to believe. I don’t think they were sold out and could have brought one for an hour from another room- or from the restaurant.

Located in SOHO, this location is central to everything. The staff is kind and courteous, and they even helped me arrange a surprise rooftop proposal. Rooms were clean and beautiful. The entrance to the hotel is so gorgeous, there's not another one like it on this planet. Great for ambiance and a romantic getaway

Beautiful and charming boutique hotel. Stunning city views. Centrally located for both tourist type sightseeing and less popular more unique vintage shopping. Top notch restaurants in walking distance. We have loved staying in SoHo on several visits to Manhattan. This hotel looks exactly as pictured online.

Three stars overall simply because of the location and views. But the hotel rooms are dated and the service was not great for a hotel of this level. It seems as though they keep up the appearances in the lobby and restaurant but have skimped on the rooms - drawing people in to stay but not banking on repeat customers. We stayed in the SoHo Balcony Suite and the views from our patio were amazing but the room got extremely hot during the day. The amenities in the room seemed to be lacking for a room on the penthouse level.

Beautiful hotel in a central location with aesthetic design, comfortable bed, and friendly staff.
Hotel website information is not synchronized with actual express: room-service not available and restaurant menu on site not the same as advertised online.
Other than the aesthetic design, I don’t see special quality of the hotel through amenities.
