I recently stayed at the intercontinental in Times Square for 4 nights. It was the best stay experience I’ve had in New York. The entire staff was so friendly, helpful, and accommodating. From the moment we arrived and were checking in late at night, every staff member was so welcoming. We immediately appreciated the help to our room and had such a warm greeting. The location of the hotel is in such a convenient spot and very easy access to the transits. Our room was very spacious for a New York room. The views were also beautiful - straight into Times Square. I was very impressed with how clean everything was. The bathroom was big and it was very comfortable to get ready in. We also visited the bar/restaurant in the lobby and it was really great. The staff down there were also so kind and welcoming. They have great drink and food options. Very cozy place to hang out and relax in. I will definitely be recommending this hotel to anyone visiting New York. Thank you for such a comfortable and welcoming stay!

I have stayed at the Intercontinental Times Square multiple times. I have Platinum Elite status with One Rewards so the staff are always friendly with me. Recently I had to stay an extra day beyond my original reservation and the hotel was practically sold out. The manager allowed me to stay in my same room even though I booked a smaller room for the extra night given that prices were much higher. I really appreciated not having to pack up and move rooms given that I had been there for 4 nights and had made myself at home if you know what I mean.
The “classic” rooms although larger than the remodeled rooms are called classic for a reason and are in desperate need of a refresh. The bathrooms are quite small - even in the studio suites and they definitely pose a challenge with two people sharing the space.
My favorite characteristic however of the Intercontinental Times Square is the mini-bar. I feel like most hotels in New York City since Covid have gotten rid of the minibar, but this hotel is one of the few that continues to embrace the concept. Here, here.
You can count on me being back on my next trip to New York City.

Truly a great place to stay. The location is perfect to experience everything Manhattan/Times Square. Times Square was a block or 2 away, Broadway was also only a few blocks away. The area had food galore. The hotel itself was extremely clean and well manicured. The only two thing I had any issue with is the rooms don't have black out curtains. My room was facing Times Square and it is a well lit place. I would've like the option to block out some light for a good nights rest, though I sleep very comfortably. Also the pillows were extremely thin, i had to fold it three times to get well positioned for sleep.

The location of this hotel is perfect for everything we had planned. It was a quick walk to the Walter Kerr Theater and several restaurants. All the employees were courteous and helpful. The rooms were clean, but my complaint is it was WAY over-sprayed with Febreeze when we arrived. Thankfully, the window opens a bit to help air it out.

The hotel was very nice. Room is a very good size. Plenty of space. Employees were all very helpful and friendly.
The quality of the hotel is very high. Nice finishes. Great shower and bath amenities, quality towels etc. it’s what you’d expect from luxury accommodations.
The pillows were too soft but the bed was very comfortable.
The breakfast buffet while good was too expensive for what it offers. A latte shouldn’t be an extra cost when the breakfast costs $49 after required 18% gratuity on a self service buffet.
Would definitely stay again.
