This was my wife and I second time staying at the intercontinental. We stayed in the corner room both times. Easy to walk to all the attractions ! Extra clean!! The staff are the best . You will feel like you're home . Special thanks to Mrs. Paulina . She made my wife birthday extra special. She's was extremely nice and a pleasure !!also Santiago is always a warm person at the front door. Love this hotel!!

An absolute treasure of a hotel! Everything in this hotel is top notch! The part of the stay that really took our trip from excellent to extravagant was The Stinger Bar! We stopped there for a quick bite and some drinks before heading out to explore the city. While the food and drinks were exceptional, the service from Eduardo really took the experience from a 10 to a 100! He was one of the most personable people I ever talked to during my visit, and the passion he exuded in his service made everything warm and memorable. You won't find a better hotel anywhere in NYC quite like this. From the service at the hotel to Eduardo's dedication to providing an excellent experience, I highly recommend this to anyone looking to stay in New York.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth, comfortable, and welcoming. The rooms were clean, the location was convenient, and the overall vibe was relaxing yet upscale. One highlight of my stay was definitely spending time at the Stinger bar. Eduardo, who works there, truly elevated the experience. He was incredibly friendly, professional, and made amazing drink recommendations. His attention to detail and genuine hospitality made us feel right at home. You can tell he loves what he does, and it shows in the service he provides. I highly recommend this hotel—and don’t miss a visit to the Stinger bar to see Eduardo. He’s a gem!

We took the corner king room. The room was spacious with good views. There wasn't enough space to store the luggage though - just 1 small almirah with minimal to no luggage storage. Service was very slow. It took an hour to even get our luggage to room. Same when we ordered some cutlery. Though they did housekeeping daily, but did not refill the washroom tissues or vanity/bath items such as shower caps. In room dining from the hotel's menu costed additional 7.5$ + taxes delivery fees. Not expected from a 4 star hotel. Location was good. It was walking to Times Square (better than directly staying at Times Square as it is too noisy). It has good connectivity to other major places from the Times Square metro station.

I stayed here last month for a medical conference. The view and location were great! What made it even better was the attentiveness and shining customer service received by Latoya upon arrival. She went above and beyond to help with a couple of booking issues (not that of the hotel). The hotel was very busy that day and Latoya focused her attention on our needs, all with a smile and grace. I hope Intercontinental Hotel Times Square realizes what a gem they have representing them!
