Superb experience at the Hyatt Centric Wall Street. I received an incredible suite upgrade as a Globalist and the experience was phenomenal. Service at the hotel was seamless and always helpful. I loved the electronic blackout shades! The rooms are huge and the high ceilings give such a pleasant, loft-like feeling. The bathroom is beautiful with an excellent tub and shower room. I can’t wait to return!

Loved staying here. Room was excellent (loved having the full light controls by the bed). Great shower and comfortable bed. Spacious and everything I needed. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Will stay here whenever I need to be near Wall Street for a meeting. Next door to the Continental from the John Wick films.

Every staff member I interacted with was friendly and eager to help, enhancing my stay with their attentiveness. Highly recommend for both leisure and business travelers!

Rooms are amazing! And I would say that the service is amazing too...though they did run out of extra pillows and blankets when we asked for them...which to me seems a bit absurd for a hotel. I really loved that they have free coffee in the lobby (until 12?). The suite has a HUGE tub!! Overall loved the experience

The computer system was down when we got to the hotel on July 12 so we couldn’t get the keys to our rooms which was awful. The front desk men were very sympathetic but really couldn’t do anything about it. The real problem I had was with the ROACHES in the room. A couple in the bathroom and one just inches from my pillow. Luckily my daughter killed a couple of them. It just made me feel uncomfortable in the room that I thought was a first class hotel. Sorry for the gross photos.
