I'm going to sue this hotel. I have not received a refund. I rented this hotel for my birthday. I've been bitten by bedbugs all night. I saw bugs and ants in the bathroom. And the morning of my birthday was terrible! I woke up to very loud music at 8 or 9 a.m. It's been so long...that I decided to get out of bed and open the door. I saw that the door to another room was open at the very end of the corridor. I go up to this room and see this picture - a hotel employee is sitting at a table in the room (which she has to clean up), eating and listening to music very loudly. I asked them to turn down the music and the man didn't even apologize! I decided to leave the hotel on the same day, it was my birthday and we had everything planned. We urgently had to look for another hotel so as not to stay outside on my birthday. We quickly handed over the room key and called the front desk when we had free time to call and were told that they would not give us a refund because we did not come up and tell about this situation in person! They didn't care that it was my birthday and that we were in a hurry to celebrate! I didn't have time to linger and I thought that they would help me solve my problem here during the day if I made a call and provided them with all the necessary information! -I was bitten by bedbugs. -I didn't get my money back. -Hotel workers can listen loudly to rap music while you sleep in the morning. -Also, I can't leave my review on the Booking site where I did my rental. It looks like the owners of this hotel have deleted my reservation and it no longer exists! Check out the attached screenshots. I am entering the information correctly and I cannot leave a review so that people know the truth! See you in court! And let's see who wins.

Alright, so while writing this I'm keeping in mind the room was crazy cheap. Like less than $40 total. Pros: -Room was clean, no worries there :) -Staff friendly. -random old movie promotional posters in the hallways -location Cons: -Door card to side entry of building didn't work. -Surprise $5 fee for some "resort fee" 🤔 -Some dude sleeping in the exterior stairwell. - this building seems super old, it's missing a window on the front checkin Overall I still recommend it if you get a good deal. It will be an adventure.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would! My husband and I booked this place through American Forces Travel and it was cheaply priced, close to Universal, and had good reviews so we thought it would be great for one more night in Orlando. We booked it over a month ago and had it paid for already. We got there a little early but they let us go ahead and check in which we thought was great. Walking in, we already were having regrets because it was 90 degrees in the lobby and that didn’t inspire hope that the room would be any cooler. The front desk girl had a snarky attitude when we told her we couldn’t give her our plate number for their parking permit because we just got the car and it’s still got the temp tag on it, looked at us like we were stupid and said very hatefully “well I need something”. Then we were surprised with $100 deposit that we didn’t even know about. On walking down to our room, you could hear a couple screaming at the top of their lungs at each other and sounded like it was about to come to blows. We get to our room and go to flip the deadbolt and it doesn’t work. By that point we were done and just went back to the front and checked out. The girl said “so soon?” And we told her yes and explained about the couple fighting and the broken door. My husband told her we would happily waste the money on this place but we were not staying. She canceled the $100 deposit but we lost the rest which we didn’t care about. All in all, I wouldn’t recommend this place to ANYONE!

Ok so this place got four stars in my book. The reason I got four stars is because the location and price are pretty much unbeatable. The service at the front desk was good. Checked me in pretty quick. The location is literally three minute drive from the universal parks, next to some pretty good restaurants, and pretty close to the highway as well. The reason the rooms got three stars is because the beds were uncomfortable as heck, and they had a funny smell. But overall, they were very clean. I know Universal and Disney cost a lot of money to go to. On top of food and hotels so if you’re looking for a cheap hotel to stay at that is clean and in a good spot, I recommend this place.

I will not shame the staff, they are great at the reception. The place though wasn't properly cleaned, the bedroom smelled awful, there were visible dirty on the floors and hair on the bathtub. I spent one night only and don't recommend at all, they need to do better with the facilities.
