Do not even consider this place! This is NO LONGER Mitsis despite we had been sold 5* all inclusive adults only! None of anything advertised were fulfilled. Adults only but management accept payment for children to use the pools? This is a shamble! Food was terrible! Drinks were terrible ! All inclusive with no food/snacks around. The only thing good is the staff are absolutely brilliant! They tried. But this do not change the fact that this hotel had conned our savings and holidays they promised but could not deliver! It is just bad bad bad. If you have food intolerance, no one can accommodate or feed you.

we arrived to this hotel late on the 26th of june after being transfered from evita bay. when we arrived two receptionist greeted us who was lovely. We had a few complications with our holiday experience so we voiced them to reception multiple times, even though it was out of their control, some staff tried their best to help us out while there was one staff who was really rude, patronising and overall not helpful in any way. this was the only bad experience in terms of staff. Rooms were clean but outdated. In terms of food, we ate at the hotel once in our week stay. The food was not enjoyable and nothing had labels on. luckily we have no allergies but for people who do it would be a struggle. the food at the snack bar is lovely but you just have to make sure you go as soon as it opens because it gets cold. this is really not ideal. However the drinks are lovely, the staff on the outside bar are lovely, they have a lovely pool and private beach. In terms of location of the hotel it is a struggle to walk anywhere, it is at the bottom of a very steep hill and the main road is also very steep so almost impossible to walk while it is around 35 degrees. Overall the hotel is nice and staff are lovely but we wouldnt stay here again.

Looks like previous negative reviews pushed management to improve things and at the time of our arrival June 26, 2024, some of the issues were sorted out. Beach was attended and clean, sea brilliant, meals tasty and room services OK. Getting hot drinks and water during breakfasts is still slow - you need to order them and it may take time during peek, though William and Jason are doing their best. All water is served in 0.5 liter plastic bottles, thus big eco footprint. During our one week stay the choice of fresh fruits and meals improved and two more people started serving in the restaurant.

We arrived here the day after this hotel had reopened following its parting from the Mitsis chain. Consequently, the staff were still finding their feet but as soon as we arrived we were upgraded to a sea view suite- it was magnificent! The staff couldn’t have been more friendly and the location, pool, beach etc were absolutely stunning. Admittedly, initially the food wasn’t up to a great standard, but by our second week it had really improved and by the time we left it was excellent. We had snacks and wonderful drinks at the pool bar prepared by Georges who was wonderful and drinks in the evening where Maria was a real character and so very entertaining! All in all we had a brilliant holiday and this hotel is one we will definitely consider coming back to in the future. 😊🏖️🥂👏👏👏

Whilst undoubtedly the location of Lindos Memories is stunning and worthy of 5 stars, the Hotel is not !
Whilst there can be allowance for the rooms (particularly barhrooms) needing upgrading, there is no allowance for the service or standard/quality of food.
There is poor management leadership in the service element of this Hotel, it would appear in Food Beverage or Spa. We appreciate A.Them management have only recently taken over, (from previously Mitsis) and are attempting to make it All Inclusive and accept children ! This property does not lend itself to children, the beach is not children friendly. The integration of children to the pool or dining room will change the ambience of this small boutique Hotel (which sadly could with better management be so special).
Moreover children will be bored !
We actually ate out 3 times in 7 days, and gave up on breakfast. There were often no cups or milk, and after asking you could wait 20 mins.
Food at the pool bar is basic but you can wait up to an hour.
At dinner starters is a poor salad bar, there are no labels telling you what any of the dishes are, desserts are virtually non existent.
In the evening we waited 35 mins for a drink and the bar was stacked with dirty glasses.
A guest asked reception what the food theme nights were, the answers was "why are you asking" ! The guest walked away.
The general guest chat was service dissatisfaction.
It is such a shame as the staff seem to be trying against the odds. It appears to be a budget effort.
This is A Them management first 5 star Hotel, and it appears to be being run on a, at best 3 star model (you'd expect better of 3 star in some areas).
So for location and a very basic all inclusive holiday (if you get a bargain price) you'll have a lovely pool/beach holiday. But it is not 5 star, not by a long way.
