This place is incredible... all inclusive, the range of food is spectacular with delicious everything, a mini bar that is topped up daily, a very extensive range of alcohol, including all the brands you'll ever want. Extremely friendly and polite staff who really give their best to ensure you have a great time. Beautiful hotel, lovely views across azure sea with stunning sunsets. We spent £700 each including hotel tax, flights, transfers for ten nights. It's actually cheaper to live here all inclusive than the UK and have a much, much better quality of life. Gym, swimming pools, all you could ever need. How they make a profit is difficult to understand.
Very highly recommended, I'm extremely impressed with everything here.

Excellent service. The location is fantastic, with the best sunset we ever seen. And so close to Rhodes town.
Bar staff and maids very friendly. Animators posses crazy amount of energy. Some of the professional acts during the evenings were amazing.
We were happy the hotel had its own beach section.
We loved everything and will definitely return.

What I liked was that rooms were clean, great location, great variety of food, good entertainment in the evenings (thanks for good laughs to the man who hosted all the entertainment). But I didn't like glass doors in toilets inside rooms without possibility to lock. Also glass doors in public toilets where few locks also didn't work.
Staff was 50/50, half was friendly and smiled genuinly when they spoke to you, but with the other half felt like they are faking to be friendly. Perhaps I am used to smaller hotels where staff usually make you feel very welcome. Also maids were quite loud at the corridor early in the mornings. But there were some gems among staff, definitely the lady who made pancakes and also most of the staff at the main bar inside the hotel.
My main unpleasant experience was when my hat went missing from the room, it was not taken seriously by staff and they made me feel like I probably lost it myself. But I know for sure it was taken from the room. This kind of thing should not happen in 5 star hotel, that I can't trust to leave my things in my room.

Overall amazing experiance! The room was nice, had a lot of space for our stuff. The open Shower and the glas door were the stuff i didnt like. The door didnt even close all the way and you could hear everything. The people working there are so sweet and amazing. I am greek and felt like I was visiting family. The food was very delicious and tasted authentic. They had a variety food to choose from in the buffets. I would for sure stay in this hotel again! A big thank you to all the kind and loving people there! Ευχαριστω πολυ!

Absolute stunning place. Stone fired pizzas by the pool, great choice of food in the restaurant, the breakfast omelettes were amazing. Booked into 3 of the on site restaurants and was not disappointed. Pool areas are so spacious. Great entertainment provided by a great team of people. 10 euros to go into Old Town via taxi or regular bus services available. The beach is beautiful - do buy swim shoes though for getting out of the sea. Jet ski hire available on the beach at reasonable prices. The bar area is huge with a lovely balcony area. Great hotel for families. Nice supermarket with everything available. Jewellery shop. Rooms were spacious and cleaning staff ensured beds were made daily and everything topped up. Mini bar was great with wine and soft drinks topped up and Greek beer cans and water, happily restocked if requested too. Kids loved ping pong and there was a mini games room too. Everywhere was clean and kept nice. Really enjoyed it here. Thank you Akti Imperial.
