We have just returned from a week at the hotel. The hotel was perfect!!! and our stay was wonderful. Great room with sea view. Excellent and fast service, everything was neat and well-organized. There was food available all the time – snacks, slushies, ice creams, and a rich, varied selection of dishes. The hotel is huge, with fun swimming pools, great room service, and excellent service at the lobby and reception. All the staff members were kind and smiling. Thank you very much – we will definitely come back!

We had a fantastic stay at the Akti Imperial Hotel and would happily return again. The service throughout our stay was excellent — the staff were always welcoming, friendly, and eager to help. A special mention to the bar staff, who were not only efficient but also added a personal, cheerful touch that made our evenings extra enjoyable. The hotel is kept spotless, and it’s clear the team takes great pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness. One of the highlights for us was relaxing on the terrace at the lounge bar — the views over the pool, beach, and the stunning sunsets were simply breathtaking. This was a truly happy and memorable holiday for us, and we would definitely recommend Akti Imperial to anyone looking for a relaxing, well-run hotel with fantastic views and great service.

Nice in the day lots of activities but not enough facilities for all the people. There’s no where near enough seats for the main stage at night and pretty much no chance of getting a seat. There are not enough sun beds in the daytime for all the guests - the facilities cannot manage the amount of guests- everywhere is too cramped & busy! There are lengthy queues for food, for the bars, & the toilets are filthy. Ants in our room. Overall having a lovely time with family but would not recommend this hotel.

We vacationed in the Rhodes and chose this hotel — and it turned out to be one of the best decisions! The room was simply wonderful: daily cleaning, cozy and spectacular ocean view. Everything was tastefully arranged, creating a truly paradise-like vibe. Dinners were delicious and varied, with local fruits, fresh pastries, and natural juices. There's also a restaurant on-site — a perfect spot for dinner with a glass of wine and a view of the sunset. The pool was clean, with comfortable loungers and plenty of greenery around. Nearby, there are shops, cafés, and tour offices. The staff was professional, friendly and polite. We had a wonderful time celebrating our daughter's birthday. This is the ideal place for relaxation, a romantic getaway, or a family vacation. We were absolutely delighted and will definitely come back again. Rhodes are pure love!

Very Disappointing Stay – Not Worth the Price I stayed at the Akti Imperial Hotel with my partner from July 29th (arriving just after midnight) to the following Tuesday evening. We booked an all-inclusive, 5-star holiday and paid nearly £3,000, expecting a luxury experience. Unfortunately, it fell far short of that. Let’s start with the one positive – the entertainment staff by the pool during the day were fantastic. They really worked hard and brought energy and fun to the atmosphere. No complaints there. Sadly, everything else was a letdown: * Food: The same food was served every day with barely any variety. My partner was even served undercooked chicken – rubbery and pink in the middle – which is completely unacceptable, especially in a supposedly high-end hotel. * Cleanliness: Our room was barely cleaned throughout the stay. The only things done were the beds being made and the bins being emptied. For a hotel of this price and rating, this is really disappointing. * Sunbeds: Unless you were up before 7am to reserve one, you had no chance of getting a sunbed. There clearly aren’t enough for the number of guests they’re hosting. * Lack of Information: We missed out on a number of activities simply because we weren’t informed about them. There was little to no communication or guidance – we had to figure things out on our own. We had saved up a lot of money and were really looking forward to this trip, but the experience didn’t match the expectations or the price. Overall, I’m very disappointed and wouldn’t return or recommend this hotel to others looking for a true 5-star, all-inclusive experience
