We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Many areas are truly beautiful — especially the ground floor, the café, and the 11th floor, which all have a great atmosphere. We chose the all-inclusive option and were very happy with the quality and variety of both the food and drinks. The location was excellent too — less than a 30-minute bus ride from the airport, about 20 minutes to Rhodes Town, right by the beach, and within walking distance of plenty of shops. Most importantly, the staff were exceptional. Everyone was friendly, professional, and so warm toward our baby. Special thanks to the lovely girl at the café and the entire restaurant team for making our stay even more enjoyable. Just two tiny things to mention: the saunas could have been a little hotter (though the steam rooms were great), and the body lotion was placed under the shower, meaning you had to step into the bathtub each time you wanted to use it.

The Hotel was fantastic. Lovely facilities, friendly and helpful staff who all spoke very good English. They really looked after us, upgrading our room (which was amazing) and leaving us complimentary wine, champagne, a fruit basket and a gift bag of local products. The location felt perfect with quick easy access to both the airport and the old town. Being situated so close to the beach was great, with only a short walk to a watersports hire centre. Food was good every night and the decor of the whole hotel was very tasteful. The courtyard area near main reception had a "wow" factor that made it feel like we were part of an old ruin, very relaxing place to sit. Our only feedback on what would have made our stay better was that the pool was too cold for October temperatures and that the spa, though nicely decorated, was incredibly overpriced for what was actually on offer there. Charging for the privilege of using the "adults only" section felt like a bit of a con. There wasn't a lot to use in terms of the facility and the massages didn't live up to the price. As with the main hotel the staff were always professional and friendly.

We had the most wonderful experience staying in the suites, and I can’t say enough about the incredible team at reception. Lia, Daria, and Chrissie were absolutely exceptional ... truly the “angels of Charlie” of this hotel. From the moment I arrived, they made everything seamless. Any question, any request, no matter how small or big they solved it with efficiency, kindness, and a smile. Their professionalism and warmth set the tone for the entire stay, making me feel genuinely cared for. The room itself was stunning... spacious, elegant, and perfectly prepared. Every detail was thought of, and it felt more like a luxury home than a hotel suite. Thanks to Lia, Daria, and Chrissie, our stay was effortless and unforgettable. They’re THE dream team, and the hotel is lucky to have them!

From the moment we arrived at the Amus Hotel & Spa in Rhodes, we were made to feel so welcome. Every single member of staff was friendly, attentive, and genuinely went out of their way to make our stay special ... nothing was ever too much trouble. Our room was spacious, immaculately clean, and very well equipped, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The views from our room were simply breathtaking ... the kind you never get tired of waking up to. The hotel’s facilities are excellent, with a great choice of bars and restaurants onsite. Each one offered a brilliant experience with delicious food, a lovely atmosphere, and staff who were always professional and eager to please. It really felt like we were looked after at every turn. The spa, which is onsite but run by an external company, is also well worth a visit. The facilities themselves are amazing and add an extra touch of luxury to the stay. The treatments were very enjoyable, though it’s worth noting there is a little pressure selling from the spa team. That said, it didn’t take away from the overall quality of the experience. All in all, the Amus Hotel & Spa exceeded our expectations in every way. If you’re looking for a relaxing, high-quality, and friendly place to stay in Rhodes, I can’t recommend it highly enough. We can’t wait to return. Extra special thanks to Katie in the Guest Relations Team, who went above and beyond.

Amus hotel is a strong pass on all fronts. There was multiple intrusions to our room (luckily while we were in there!) with maids entering with no knocking and no real excuse, we did not give permission for this and in fact had do not disturb sign on! This is completely unacceptable. The breakfast was very very poor for a 5 star hotel, the scrambled eggs were so dry to be inedible, the cakes and basically everything felt defrosted (cake was wet like it was poorly and partially defrosted) - also dangerous. It is huge, it’s a proper bohemeth and had loads of facilities. We arrived an early hour of check in at 2pm (as communicated by them in advance) and yet couldn’t get checked in until later despite having this agreed. We tried getting drinks, the card machine wasn’t working, took 15 minutes for a water, etc. This is not the experience I would have expected from a 5 star hotel. The room itself was comfortable, but annoyingly for non smokers the whole room smelt of cigarette smoke throughout! With a strictly no smoking policy this felt like it was in the walls, and completely unacceptable. Despite having loads of pools and restaurants; the place feels soul less with no character and you feel part of a very large tourist trap and a number not a person. For the price I’d avoid this place and go somewhere else.
