Great location, SPA was amazing (we did some procedures and they were totally worth it). Private beach was also amazing (and mostly clean). What we were bit disappointed about was that sun beds on grass are only for Elite studios (the sign could be more visible and Mr. coming to tell us so could be definitely nicer). Reception was busy almost all time and when we arrived we had issues with bathroom door (couldn't close properly, nor lock) so we went downstairs to ask if they can send someone and there was only one lady there and about 10 people in line, mostly asking to call taxi). Overall pleasant experience but some little things can be improved.

This is the epitome of VALUE FOR MONEY. We got the duplex room which is suitable for a family of four and it was so comfortable and cozy, not to mention clean and fully equipped! The Hotel has everything you can ask for: wonderful breakfast, free parking, restaurants, free beach towels, a private beach, etc. This is an excellent Hotel.

We had a great stay in Rhodes and overall enjoyed the hotel. The breakfast had a wide variety of items to choose from. The waitresses were fast and very friendly. The facilities were good especially the spa where the staff were professional and made us feel great. However, one of our rooms was an accessible room (we didn’t request this) which should have been fine but the bathroom was absolutely horrendous. The water from the shower reached the sink, door and toilet meaning the bathroom could not be used for hours after someone had showered. The customer service at reception was also questionable with the staff often giving mixed messages and were quite impatient.

Had a great stay in a very clean and modern hotel with great service. There was plenty of good food to eat and cocktails to drink. One could always find loungers at one of their swimming pools and on the beach because typical early morning towel reservations were forbidden. Staff was always friendly, fast and efficient from housekeepers to greeters and waiters. When going to eat or drink one could just walk and sit down in the corner of the room and be noticed.

Nice renovated hotel. Comfortable bedding, had a forest view suite which was a renovated room. Close to the beach with free sun beds. An astonishing smorgasbord of buffet breakfast, note tho that some of the buffet on offer were of low quality (cut meats, cheese, juices etc) but that is something you can expect in a big hotel, rather than a boutique hotel. Overall a safe choice to be able to enjoy and unwind- not to far from town or airport with car. Overall highly recommended.
