We had a nice break in the hotel, it definitely ticks all the important boxes. The staff was very nice, helpful and patient. Our room was comfortable, clean and with a little lounge section, although the balcony was too noisy to use (too close to Aircon) and the balcony door was difficult to open/close. The hotel is basically on the beach, with a convenient passage avoiding public roads, free umbrellas and lounge chairs at the beach and the swimming pool area, we never had a problem finding two. The big downside was the proximity to the road, which seems to be a standard here. You could easily hear buses and motorcycles passing by. In the end, I usually used headphones to avoid hearing the traffic. The restaurants, buffets, bars and cafes were amazing, with great food, often live music and beautiful views. We also used the spa and I was particularly impressed by the skills and courtesy of my massage therapist (Marianna). It was a great experience. I would highly recommend a massage, which includes a relaxing day in their spa. Overall, I would recommend staying at this hotel, even though I wished the traffic noise was gone.

Nice renovated hotel.
Comfortable bedding, had a forest view suite which was a renovated room.
Close to the beach with free sun beds.
An astonishing smorgasbord of buffet breakfast, note tho that some of the buffet on offer were of low quality (cut meats, cheese, juices etc) but that is something you can expect in a big hotel, rather than a boutique hotel.
Overall a safe choice to be able to enjoy and unwind- not to far from town or airport with car.
Overall highly recommended.

Visited the spa in April. Had a full body massage with Ada and Athena, who were friendly and personable. They made sure we were comfortable, and checked with us about the pressure which was amazing. Athena helped us with our booking and discussed the treatments and gave us a great deal! We had use of the steam room and sauna included, which was incredibly relaxing. All the staff we interacted with were very welcoming and knowledgeable. I would recommend.

Lovely location with an abundant amount of pools. We stayed in a regular room (not the suites). Rooms are well equipped and spacious, however noise cancellation wasn't the best and we could hear the neighbours next to and above us. Breakfast buffet was standard, not the most exciting. Staff was nice and the facilities are good.

WOULD NOT COME BACK
we stayed at Rhodes bay for 5 days. we paid for premium all
inclusive and got a very different experience from what we expected.
first, the air conditioning in the room didn't work. they sent a technician to fix it and said it worked although it didn't. they didn't switch our room and instead sent a broken fan. also, the shower was leaking and they just told us that this is how the shower was built.
we didn't get a proper solution to this problem or a compensation the whole duration of our stay.
the food in the restaurant is very plain, the other restaurants in the hotel you have to pay for them.
all inclusive- I wouldn't recommend to pay for it, you need to add extra charge for almost anything (there are four bars in the hotel and two of them aren't for the all inclusive so you have to pay, the bars that are open close early and you need to pay extra for a lot of things like common cocktails or adding flavor to plain cocktails).
overall the stay was very dissapointing, we were not satisfied from the all inclusive experience, the room facilities and the staff's problem solving.
