Just home from a wonderful week in the hotel. Went on a bed and breakfast package and were more than happy with this. Gave us freedom to explore the island.
Probably more of a 4 star compared to other 5 stars we’ve stayed in in other countries but it’s still outstanding.

My sister and I have just stayed at this hotel for 5 nights, and we loved it!
The hotel itself is beautiful, the pools are lovely and the staff are so friendly and helpful!
We stayed in a bungalow and really enjoyed this as it was so close to the upstairs pool and to the oliveto restaurant (our favourite)
Big shout out to Vasilis (sorry if I misspelled) for being extra kind and welcoming to us throughout our stay!
We hope to come back one day xx

We have just come back from a week at this beautiful hotel. All staff were warm and welcoming - nothing was too much trouble. The food was beautiful and the service in all restaurants was very attentive. The pools were lovely and the proximity to the beach was wonderful too. From the location between the airport and the Old Town to the hotel itself, we couldn’t fault it! We’ll definitely be planning a trip back soon.

Fantastic holiday had at the Rhodes Bay Hotel. The hotel is a minutes walk from the beach. There is a path from the hotel under the road to the beach and there is a private area of the beach just for Rhodes Bay. We couldn't fault the food, there is so much to choose from. The hotel staff, from the reception team, the restaurant and spa were all lovely and so helpful. The hotel is ideally placed for Rhodes old Town. Right outside is a bus stop and the bus is only about a 8 minute ride to the old town. We has a deluxe sea view room. It was perfect. The room was clean and view superb. We will definitely be back.

Definitely not 5 star hotel I'm unsure how it received that rating more like 4 I've stayed in 5 star hotels before such as Stella Island in Crete and this hotel doesn't even come close the service and attentiveness received at other 5 star hotels
No help with luggage on arrival, poor choice of food for late arrivals, same buffet breakfast every morning we was asked for tea or coffee which is great but every time we just got hot water no tea bags no milk or sugar
I will point out the massive con of the shop selling Inflatables and snorkels, but yet you can not use them on site. Why sell them on site if you can't use them?
Housekeeping work really hard offered to clean our room every day although wasn't necessary for us but they are a credit to the hotel and I hope they enjoy their break when the hotel closes for the season because they deserve it😊
I will say, on a positive point, our room was lovely, but was it worth the extra £600 to upgrade? Probably not
Overall, we did have a good stay, but was it amazing? No, would I return, unfortunately, not for the price you pay? I would have expected more
