We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Many areas are truly beautiful — especially the ground floor, the café, and the 11th floor, which all have a great atmosphere. We chose the all-inclusive option and were very happy with the quality and variety of both the food and drinks. The location was excellent too — less than a 30-minute bus ride from the airport, about 20 minutes to Rhodes Town, right by the beach, and within walking distance of plenty of shops. Most importantly, the staff were exceptional. Everyone was friendly, professional, and so warm toward our baby. Special thanks to the lovely girl at the café and the entire restaurant team for making our stay even more enjoyable. Just two tiny things to mention: the saunas could have been a little hotter (though the steam rooms were great), and the body lotion was placed under the shower, meaning you had to step into the bathtub each time you wanted to use it.

The Hotel was fantastic. Lovely facilities, friendly and helpful staff who all spoke very good English. They really looked after us, upgrading our room (which was amazing) and leaving us complimentary wine, champagne, a fruit basket and a gift bag of local products. The location felt perfect with quick easy access to both the airport and the old town. Being situated so close to the beach was great, with only a short walk to a watersports hire centre. Food was good every night and the decor of the whole hotel was very tasteful. The courtyard area near main reception had a "wow" factor that made it feel like we were part of an old ruin, very relaxing place to sit. Our only feedback on what would have made our stay better was that the pool was too cold for October temperatures and that the spa, though nicely decorated, was incredibly overpriced for what was actually on offer there. Charging for the privilege of using the "adults only" section felt like a bit of a con. There wasn't a lot to use in terms of the facility and the massages didn't live up to the price. As with the main hotel the staff were always professional and friendly.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel, the receptionist was so lovely I'm so sad I cannot remember her name (blonde with glasses around 4-8 October) she was so fantastic, so professional, the pools were lovely, the rooms were clean (actually very clean!!) and spacious, area was lovely, only 15mins bus to Rhodes centre, 1hr walk to centre if you want to get your steps in and you can take lots of photos on the way! There were lots of seats but the pool side but we were off peak, we will be back here!!

Rooms are nice but hotel is far from a 5 * hotel, more like a low 3*Reception gives basic speel on arrival and got a lot wrong and was very basic. No info on tour reps etc. Could have been as we were late night arrival. Food is ok, basic, and for an all inclusive there is limited choices. Drinks are not all inclusive, and the all inclusive stops at 1200 in the bar. Some staff are great, mainly the day staff but the night staff upstairs are too busy chatting and seem quite aloof. I waited 15 minutes for a drink as I approached the bar to be, quite rudely, informed it was waiter service. Pools are a bit grubby and sunbeds are nearly all knackered. Location is ok, right by the main road so get road noise all day. Also building going on at the top pool so digger was chugging about for 3 days. Spa is very good but very expensive, £120 for 70 mins massage. But so good. For me I wouldnt go back. Far too expensive for what it is, a bssic 3* and can get far better next door. PS. Massive shout out to Jet2 for helping with our flt back when my Wife slipped and hurt her back, couldnt have been more helpful and gave my wife a row to herself.

We had the most wonderful experience staying in the suites, and I can’t say enough about the incredible team at reception. Lia, Daria, and Chrissie were absolutely exceptional ... truly the “angels of Charlie” of this hotel. From the moment I arrived, they made everything seamless. Any question, any request, no matter how small or big they solved it with efficiency, kindness, and a smile. Their professionalism and warmth set the tone for the entire stay, making me feel genuinely cared for. The room itself was stunning... spacious, elegant, and perfectly prepared. Every detail was thought of, and it felt more like a luxury home than a hotel suite. Thanks to Lia, Daria, and Chrissie, our stay was effortless and unforgettable. They’re THE dream team, and the hotel is lucky to have them!
