We had a great short stay at Blue Bay in October. We booked a family room which had a view of the waterpark and balcony to relax on in the evening. The room was comfortable but dates and the bathroom could have bee cleaner. WiFi was hit and miss. Every member of staff were friendly and polite. The food options were varied however did get repetitive after a few nights. We ate at the Italian restaurant which was delicious. Would have liked some more options for gluten free and vegetarian in the buffet. The drinks were OK, cocktails could have been tastie, but they were definitely not weak! And the beachside pizza was so tasty. Recommend getting the bus into the old town for €8 per person return and exploring. Overall an enjoyable stay with some small tweaks it would be perfect.

We been there 1 week in the end of October. (The end of the season in Greece and all Greek Islands). We wnat only to say huge huge massive thank you for all people who worked there, in this very nice hotel with a lots of pools round everywhere. That's why i chose that hotel, because of the swimming pools, aqua park and the sea. The moment whey they greats us in the main holl from the beginning, porter who helped to bring all our heavy suitcases to the room in farest block using his little car. The receptionists: Rafaela, Sofía, and another stuff in the Reception. They been so polite, lovely, very helpful and always with the smiles and good vibe round them. Happy to help to all guests with any questions or requires. Another huge thank you for beautiful Elenia - manager in Italian, Asian and Greek Restaurants, and all dining areas. She really done amazing job to help all guests been happy with the food. The variety of the fresh bread been amazing. So tasty and so fresh. We loved it so much. Every day they put different flavours and variations of the food. Also during breakfast, lunch and dinner was always available chips (it was only one food which ate my younger daughter). Some of the days you can get even sushi 🍣 ♥️. The chicken soup been very tasty too. The cliners been everywhere to make sure the flour and the windows is shine and bright. In the end of the holiday we been moved to another room, where another porter helped to us with all our stuff. Sorry i forgot his name. He been very friendly and helpful. Thank you very much gentleman. Also big thank you for all house keepers, who keeps our room fresh nice and clean every day with clean towels and fresh bottle of water. Thank you. In that hotel it is a lot of employees to make sure every guest is satisfied and happy. During the season, especially in the busy summer period they worked so hard. That's why thank you so much everyone for made this holiday for me and my family remembered for the rest of our lifes. Thank you. 💋👌♥️

We finished our stay at the resort only a few days ago with my bestie, and honestly, it’s hard to decide where to start. Saying it was “beyond expectations” is not enough! From the moment we walked in, even though it was the middle of the night, the service was excellent. The front desk team was always happy to help with anything and answered all our questions with a smile. Our room was spacious, spotless, and cleaned daily with fresh bottled water provided. We had a small issue with a blocked sink, and it was resolved almost immediately. The spa team was outstanding- always welcoming and smiley. Denise gave me an exceptional massage. Kathy was fantastic at advising us on trips, recommending the most suitable options for us. At the restaurants, both the food and service were absolutely outstanding - so much choice and such warm hospitality everywhere. A big thank you to Andonis, who was always ready to help and even arranged a meeting for us with the lovely general manager, George. Also, huge thanks to Oleg and Andres at the beach bar for their great service and friendliness. The entertainment by the pool and in the evenings was amazing and added so much fun to our stay. The beautiful private beach, the enormous amount of delicious food, the facilities, and above all the people made this resort truly special. I’ve already recommended it to my team members in London 👌🏼 Absolutely outstanding place - well beyond our expectations.

An all-inclusive hotel in Greece that’s okay but nothing special. It offers two restaurants, which is nice for variety, but the overall quality is pretty average. There are also a lot of people around, so it can feel crowded at times. Decent for a simple stay, but don’t expect anything exceptional.

I stayed at Blue Bay Resort in Rhodes for 7 days with my partner. The staff were absolutely lovely – very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. I had paid for an upgraded room as a surprise for my partner, but unfortunately the room we were initially given was not what I had expected. I was disappointed and heartbroken at first. I’m never one to complain, but I’m so glad I plucked up the courage to speak up – within an hour our room was changed without any fuss, which I really appreciated. The food in the main buffet restaurant was quite basic. It was enjoyable at first, but by the third day we were getting a little tired of it. On the bright side, the snack bar was amazing and became a bit of a lifesaver! The all-inclusive drinks were also fantastic and good value. We dined at the Greek restaurant on site and we were over the moon with the whole experience! Staff were amazing and the food was fantastic! We definitely recommend dining there The shower room definitely leaves a lot to be desired – not the most pleasant to look at – but it did the job for a quick wash. A big plus for us was the coach/bus trip option from the resort, which was perfect and saved us a lot of money on taxis. Overall, Blue Bay Resort has some really good points – especially the staff, snacks and drinks – but there’s room for improvement on the food variety and bathroom facilities.
