We've just returned from a wonderful week at this hotel. From the moment we checked in, we felt welcomed and saw how beautiful the complex is. Our room was spacious and the bed very comfy. The hotel was busy but never felt crowded and there was always seating outside and in. We really enjoyed the food and drink. Bar staff learnt what drinks we liked and we didn't have to wait too long to be seated, even at peak times. If I had to make a tiny criticism it would be that buffet dishes and clean plates needed to be replenished quicker. Unfortunately, the weather wasn't great during our stay due to a cold wind, but we managed to find sheltered places and the indoor pool was put to good use by the children. Obviously there was nothing the hotel could do so not a criticism, just a reminder that during April, you're not guaranteed perfect weather. We took the opportunity to visit the old town a couple of times. The hotel reception booked taxis and it was easy to find one to take us back. The return journey was always about 5 euros cheaper though! The afternoon gyros, pizza, wraps and crepes were brilliant and we ate lunch there more often than in the dining room. All in all a very enjoyable stay and this is the first hotel we've stayed at that within one day we all agreed we'd return sooner rather than later.

We’ve just returned from a lovely week at Kresten Royal Euphoria. We enjoyed every minute of the experience from check in to check out. The complex is stunning, kept very clean and all the staff are friendly. Our room was spacious, and all the facilities within the room worked perfectly. We had a large wardrobe (with safe), a jacuzzi bath and mini fridge to name a few. The food was consistently amazing throughout the multiple restaurants at the resort, we went back for seconds most nights! The dishes are varied each night and there’s plenty of choice. Bar staff are always friendly, George especially was a star - we hardly ever had an empty glass in the evenings around the bar while he was serving! Overall this hotel is an absolute gem and we would definitely come back, as well as recommend it to anyone travelling to Rhodes😊

We have had the most amazing week here. We were lucky enough to be upgraded to one of the superior rooms with a private pool which was lovely, although very cold! The hotel was lovely, so clean. Staff were lovely. Food was also good, plenty of choice. We found the shuttle bus was easy to use from the hotel, easier than walking up the hill.

From the moment of stepping into this hotel me and my boyfriend have been so impressed! The staff here are so friendly and caring. The food is next level we haven’t stopped eating since we arrived 😅 Relaxing / clean and lots to do here , definitely recommend! Will be returning again next year for sure. The weather has been lush ( light winds ) other then that perfect😍 Also if you are an iced coffee type of person they do UNREAL iced coffees 🥤

The room is large but there is a section where it is full of insects inside the room, there are always ants and spiders, we took three rooms and in the other rooms we got it with a faulty shower and then the door of the room stopped working and we got stuck outside the room for half an hour. There is a constant noise from the air conditioner even when it is not working which interferes with sleeping at night. The hotel is ultra all inclusive but it does not always feel that way. We asked for water in the room so that we could bring baby food and they said go buy it at the supermarket. We did not connect to the meals in the main dining room 70% of the food was either pork or seafood, there was not enough variety, to drink something at lunch or in the evening with the meal you have to beg the waiter to come and bring you something to drink because it is not accessible to guests. A big advantage of the hotel is the alcohol, there is a very wide variety of drinks available to you all day. In the evening there is a bar with a good atmosphere where you can sit and have a drink. There is a snack bar by the pool that is available during some hours of the day, mainly pizza and again mainly pork. The hotel is remote so if you want to go out, you must have a car.
