The facilities are very good. The food is great everywhere at the hotel. The problem was with the rooms. They are big, but not clean. Every morning we woke up, we found cockroaches at the bathroom, probably came out from the sewerage at the bath. Also our towels in the room wasn’t changed by the staff through the whole weekend. The crew was very kind, just disappointed from the cockroach experience. The staff came and sprayed our bathroom, but it killed the cockroaches instead of preventing from them to come. Another thing, we had a cockroach leg on our wall when we arrived to the room at the first time, probably got smashed on the wall , and the leg stayed there.

This place is to die for! Honestly wasn’t expecting too much but this place is beautiful. Amazing option of pool, bar and restaurants. We came a week before May half term and had a lovely room that was in the centre, never felt that we were being interfered by anyone else and the volume never disturbed us. I came with a friend however it would have been so romantic with a partner. The staff were so lovely and welcoming, willing to help at any point, the bar staff were also so enjoyable to talk to and constantly made sure you had a full glass. The food options were amazing with a huge variety, at multiple times of day. At night there are multiple restaurants you can book into that are included in the all inclusive. The food was amazing and was such a nice view of the pool and see at night (again this would have been amazing with a partner). We took a 20 min walk to the beach one day which again was amazing, and then took a few 5 minute bus rides (2 euros each) to various locations including the water park and Rhodes. However we found it hard to leave the resort because of how much we were enjoying it there. The pools are so relaxing and because of the many options you never got bored of one view. And not to mention the private beach. The place was also so clean and tidy. Before coming to the resort we done our research and looked at a lot of reviews and upon arriving realised how untruthful they were, almost as if they are talking about a different hotel. We have already looked at booking for next year, we got the booking at a good price however would happily of paid more for the experience.

Lovely hotel and very welcoming staff, nice that someone is there to help with bags upon check in and show you to your room. Rooms are very clean, spacious, fridge stocked up on the first day. However, a lot of ants, which when we brought it up they said someone would come to spray them, however this wasn’t the case and that we were to expect ants as we “are in the countryside”. Food is a high standard for a buffet, a lot of variety however can get repetitive if you’re staying for a week or longer. The staff are amazing, they’re extremely welcoming and obviously work tirelessly all day, however we noticed the manager (presumably) banging on the table towards his staff, as we presumed to hurry them up (we never waited more than 2 mins for a seat in the main restaurant). Gym and indoor pool looked amazing, however we only found out through other reviews that you need to get a key from reception to get into the gym, this would be nice to know from the beginning. Drinks from all bars are made really well we really enjoyed the cocktails. Overall a really peaceful relaxing hotel, would recommend.

Almost Perfect. We loved our stay here. Relaxed, the food was good, the staff are hard working, helpful and generally friendly. Lovely pools, plenty of places to relax and chill. We were told the hotel is currently at full capacity, but it doesn’t feel like it. It is only May, and the rooms are filled with mainly couples and not families like I imagine it would be in the summer. The drinks vary depending where you get them, as an example the cola you get by the pool is different to the restaurant and different again to the other bars. It would be nice to get a cocktail in the restaurants, but understandably restaurants keep it simple with wine, beer and soft drinks. The Aircon isn’t fully adjustable (for environmental reasons) it is set to the same temperature for all the rooms in your row/block. There are temperature dials in the rooms but they don’t do anything but you can turn it on and off or adjust the fan strength, but they don’t vary dramatically. We found a few unnecessary sharp corners in the room and especially the shower. The rooms are spacious and modern. There is a glass bathroom door, in the morning light streams in pretty early and for me personally I would wake up very early and struggled to get back to sleep. I found my self waking around 5am from the light. All in all, a lovely stay - none of the above is deal braking to me, but good to know and might help you out.

Very hard to fault our 11 night stay in a junior suite with private pool (free upgrade via Travelzoo). We didn't even know it was fully all-inclusive, which made it incredible value. Staff were helpful and friendly, from the maid to the waiting staff. The place was clean and efficient. For information: this is a five star hotel and we had a five star experience, but it is a large hotel catering for hundreds of guests. We visited in late April and everything was great, but it might get very busy in summer. The food was brilliant for all-inclusive, but you wouldn't rate it as five stars. Location: the hotel is right by the ocean, with a small rocky beach attached. Better beaches are further away and you would need transport to get into Rhodes Town.
