We've just returned from a wonderful week at this hotel. From the moment we checked in, we felt welcomed and saw how beautiful the complex is. Our room was spacious and the bed very comfy. The hotel was busy but never felt crowded and there was always seating outside and in. We really enjoyed the food and drink. Bar staff learnt what drinks we liked and we didn't have to wait too long to be seated, even at peak times. If I had to make a tiny criticism it would be that buffet dishes and clean plates needed to be replenished quicker. Unfortunately, the weather wasn't great during our stay due to a cold wind, but we managed to find sheltered places and the indoor pool was put to good use by the children. Obviously there was nothing the hotel could do so not a criticism, just a reminder that during April, you're not guaranteed perfect weather. We took the opportunity to visit the old town a couple of times. The hotel reception booked taxis and it was easy to find one to take us back. The return journey was always about 5 euros cheaper though! The afternoon gyros, pizza, wraps and crepes were brilliant and we ate lunch there more often than in the dining room. All in all a very enjoyable stay and this is the first hotel we've stayed at that within one day we all agreed we'd return sooner rather than later.

Great 5 star hotel for the price you pay. Our room had a pool which was very nice. We also had a jacuzzi in the bathroom which was amazing. It did stop working for a day but once reported the staff were quick to get maintenance to come and sort the issue out. Rooms were clean and the resort overall was pretty clean. Not a lot around in terms of shops so a car is useful. There’s parking space available. Breakfast is decent plenty of variety. The evening entertainment is a nice touch with something new happening everyday, mostly singers. There is access to a pebble beach which isn’t amazing but still nice spot to go and relax. They have a spa service within the resort which we did try as we got a discount and it was very relaxing. At

We had 7nights first week of April when it was bitterly cold, wet & windy. Whilst I understand no resort can do anything about weather rooms were unheated, extra duvets were provided, clothes, towels, walls, bedding, sofa remained damp all week. We had a suite with our own pool which was too cold to use as was main pool. Food, all inclusive drinks, public rooms were fine but I couldn't call any of it luxury. On last morning when room next door was being serviced for next guests, bucket with water & cleaning chemicals used to mop floors & patio was emptied into pool!!!!!_so perhaps a good job it was too cold to go in!

Booked 10 nights stay in hotel, sad to say hotel has been a little disappointing, the hotel appears to be very understaffed, especially in main restaurant long queues to get into when there are plenty of tables free but no staff to dress tables which is causing long delays, especially on Sunday when the other restaurants on site are closed, the food itself would be so much nicer if it was warm.Saying that the staff have been very pleasant and do the best they can . Housekeeping is very short staffed and rooms and stairways generally messy. I am sure things will improve from Easter onwards as I am sure premium prices they will charge would not be accepted by the majority of visitors.

The staff went above and beyond for my partner and I who were staying all inclusive. They carried our bags to our room, ensured that our mini fridge was always stocked up with soft drinks and water. They were super friendly and lovely. We couldn't get cash out at the resort which was the only down-side to the whole experience, but they were really accommodating with finding ways around things. The food was STUNNING! Plenty of choice at the buffet every breakfast, lunch and dinner and not the usual stale pasta, pizza and chips. It was flavoursome and lovely. We used the a la carte restaurants for two nights (Greek and Asian). Both were lovely - the Greek was INSANE. I cannot believe we had all of that food included in our package! There were loads of drink choice and the mocktails were as incredible as the cocktails (needed as I was driving home on the last day) and they even let us use our all inclusive right up until we left at 7pm (check out was at 11am). There is so much to do at the resort, from tennis, pool, the games room, the pools, the beach, activities in the evenings, gym and even some pilates and zumba classes. You won't be stuck for things to do! We went when it was out of season (beginning of April), so some nights were stormy and the days were a bit chilly, but there's lots of little sun traps on the terrace where you can get burnt if you're not careful. I loved the botique and on-site super market. Desperate to find the botique's online store when it opens! The super market was so reasonably priced, equipped with everything you could possibly want or need. The prices in here were actually cheaper than Rhodes town! Location was brilliant. It was tucked away, so nice and quiet and we felt really safe here, with just a 12 minute drive from Rhodes town. I loved every aspect of our stay. The Greeks are always so lovely, but the staff made us feel so welcome. Thank you for giving us such a special holiday. I hope to come back soon!
