Awesome hotel looks so imposing especially when lit up in the evening. Very clean good friendly staff. Bespoke internal restaurants are serving some lovely dishes. The Pizzas are huge. Pool is clean and safe plenty of Sun loungers with fixed parasols so make sure you pick wisely with where the sun travels through out the day or you maybe in the sun or in the shade unless u move your lounger. Rooms are adequate but try to avoid the rear hotel rooms or you will be looking at trees and a side of a large hill. Roof bar does good entertainment and there’s a good breeze in the evening. Explore outside the hotel building and you will find plenty of extra private seating and dining locations Defo worth a visit and it’s only about 10 euros by taxi to Rhodes Town

We stayed at the end of October and I must say everything was still available and it is a very good hotel. The pools are heated and the pool and bar staff are very helpful and friendly. The Spa is one of the best I have been in. The girls loved the crazy golf, basketball and other activities.

The hotel staff and administration were amazing, we had a problem with our room and after they didn't have an alternative that's the same they put us in a very upgraded room just so we would be comfortable. The facilities are very nice, a nice variety of activities for kids and pretty close the the Rhodes city center (10 eur taxi ride). Don't count on the buses they're don't arrive as scheduled or as frequently. Would 100% recommend especially for families.

We’re just finishing our last few days off here. Overall it’s been lovely but I wouldn’t say this is a 5 star hotel, more like a 4! Few things to improve would be the rooms, hairdryers don’t work, fridge isn’t cold at all, Mountain View balcony is awful! No 5 star should have a Mountain View for half the guests! Rooms weren’t actually cleaned just beds make and floor mopped, our bathroom hasn’t been cleaned since we got here! Drinks around the pool I feel should open earlier than 10:30, this is very late to say the pool opens at 9:30! Evening entertainment is ok but could be improved! The drifters were amazing on Saturday, but the rest was average! We feel like all inclusive options weren’t good just one option for beer and that’s it.. no choice really.. we feel like being all inclusive you should be able to have anything you want but we’ve felt more of a hindrance! Pools are lovely and clean! Bus stop right outside the hotel & private part to the beach is lovely! Overall wouldn’t return for an all inclusive holiday but maybe half board

Fantastic 4/5* hotel. Very comfy rooms, great beds. Nice pool area, we visited in late September and had no problem finding a sunbed. I cannot begin to explain the vast range of options in the main restaurant hot buffet style dinner, lots of choice for all. For Breakfast the cereals would have been better if branded, but plenty of other breakfast choices for this visitor. There are four other restaurants that serve food throughout the day, pool bar, and three other bars in the hotel. The hotel is impressive as you arrive and equally as good inside, got a retro chic vibe. There is a lot of facilities that we did not use, but we did play tennis in the middle of the day, perhaps better to play at the end of the afternoon. There are local shops and bars, found the best shop was right next to the hotel. We only went to a local bar a couple of times as the hotel bars are so lovely. Some entertainment in the evenings in the roof top bar which was as expected - also great views from there. I can give this hotel a glowing recommendation for many aspects but perhaps the best thing about this hotel is the staff - without exception they were very friendly, polite and always willing to help. Of particular note were the waiter Ikan, extremely polite with perfect service every time. The maid Mary on the 4th floor, the friendliest maid we have ever met, by the way the rooms like the whole hotel were kept spotless. Also Mario and Lucas the twins. If taking a walk in to Rhodes it will take perhaps 40 minutes, we walk pretty fast but did stop on the way to buy drinks and take photos of the bay, so is doable in 30 minutes. Be warned middle of the day it will be very hot and there is little shade, so take water, or catch the bus or get a taxi, 10 euros, 8 minute journey. Rhodes town is definitely worth a visit. This is a superb holiday hotel.
