We stayed at the end of October and I must say everything was still available and it is a very good hotel. The pools are heated and the pool and bar staff are very helpful and friendly. The Spa is one of the best I have been in. The girls loved the crazy golf, basketball and other activities.

Awesome hotel looks so imposing especially when lit up in the evening. Very clean good friendly staff. Bespoke internal restaurants are serving some lovely dishes. The Pizzas are huge. Pool is clean and safe plenty of Sun loungers with fixed parasols so make sure you pick wisely with where the sun travels through out the day or you maybe in the sun or in the shade unless u move your lounger. Rooms are adequate but try to avoid the rear hotel rooms or you will be looking at trees and a side of a large hill. Roof bar does good entertainment and there’s a good breeze in the evening. Explore outside the hotel building and you will find plenty of extra private seating and dining locations
Defo worth a visit and it’s only about 10 euros by taxi to Rhodes Town

Service was great, the room was okay. Had an extremely strong perfume smell and our son had such an allergy to it. We asked the first day to change rooms but there weren't any of the same layout. The start staff was friendly, the maid service was a bit impatient and even opened the door to the room on their own a few times even with the "do not disturb" sign hanging on door.

Nice hotel, good facilities at the hotel, but the rooms are fairly basic. Definitely not 5 star, more a good 4 star. Hotel staff were excellent. Good choice for breakfast, but the hot food should be hot! Lukewarm buffet is not up to a 5 star standard.

The hotel staff and administration were amazing, we had a problem with our room and after they didn't have an alternative that's the same they put us in a very upgraded room just so we would be comfortable.
The facilities are very nice, a nice variety of activities for kids and pretty close the the Rhodes city center (10 eur taxi ride). Don't count on the buses they're don't arrive as scheduled or as frequently.
Would 100% recommend especially for families.
