The room definitely was what you pay for, I Will NEVER stay here again! Let me list all the problems we had. First off the room just did not look clean it looked like they just tidy it up. The fridge was leaking water and would freeze the food, and there was also no coffee pot (not that i care but it says its provided) and the appliances are rusty, we had no cold water at all! The shower was what it felt like close to boiling point, we let the front desk know and said someone will get to it, someone did check it and i guess just took off parts from the shower because it was NOT FIXED! The shower would drain so slow so it backed up a lot, so did the sink, the handles were broken and no longer there either, there was bugs and roaches, the corners on the floor were dirty and im sure there was mold, also the outlets looked so dirty and nasty. We stayed for 6 days and would not do any room service until we asked and they only did it one day out of the 2 requested. Majority of the amenities were closed. Pool looked dirty. The ice machines do not work. The phone, alarm clock and some lamps did not work (were there for decoration) there were no doors on the wardrobe either, the AC would not cool to the set temperature and lastly the doors looked like anybody could break in. Pros: was close to Disney, several restaurants near by, and the bed was a bit comfortable. If you can afford a couple more dollars I would definitely stay somewhere else

I didn’t have any issues with bugs like the other reviews, but I do agree on mold. It’s definitely in spot that are hard to miss. It takes more that just changing sheets to clean a room properly… speaking of sheets, why was there only one blanket that was so thin I could see through it a mile away? 😂 the service was mid, the resort fee wasn’t too crazy compared to the hotel I’m currently in. The location is great, next to everything and I always love me a busy road. My room was all the way in the back so i had peace at the same time. I didn’t give 5 stars on location due to the place not being so visible. More lights are definitely needed. The room was nice and clean, no foul odors, but the rug was kinda gross.

Ive stayed here for a couple nights and the room are clean. Nice comfortable beds. They have the option of a king size with a couch or two double which is very convenient for bigger groups. Very friendly staff Emily and Amanda are sweet. The check in was very quick and easy. Emily would always say hello to me each time I walked by the lobby. And Amanda was amazing with speaking Spanish to help out certain guest.

This is place is an atrocity to say the very least…this is a “motel” and nothing about this property is not provides “resort” customer service yet alone amenities. The rooms are disgusting, they smell as old as the building looks, roaches, most of the electrical outlets aren’t working, the iron doesn’t work, the tub is dirty, there’s whole in the walls and ceiling, black mold in the carpets… The staff is some of the worst I’ve experienced after traveling the world multiple times and staying in 5 start hotels/resorts for over 30 years. The stay makes their own policies not do they follow what’s actually written in the terms and agreements. The website says you’ll pay $50 per accommodation + $13.95 per night for resort fees and a $7.00 for a service fee…$50 of this deposit is supposed to go back to my bank account and if you paid by card you’re supposed to pay $50 vs $100 deposit if paying by cash. The reservation dept told me check out was 12noon but the front desk is saying check out is 11am. All in all, there’s way too much miss information as well as the website is giving wrong information. The hotel is saying I was never charged $50 or $100 for incidentals however I have a separate charge in my bank statements for $135 and didn’t receive any refund at check out. Thanks to Hopper, they have investigated my claim as well as photos the requested to get me a refund for my bad experience. A lot of drug use on the property, the long term guest have several kids and adult gust running in and out the property all early and late hours of the day… I see some families come here to save money but I don’t believe this is a safe place for children however I totally understand doing what you have to do to make ends meet thus me booking a room here. In total I ended up spending $328.63 Vs the $192.00 I paid online for the reservation. So to be clear, you will pay a total of $328 for 6 nights vs $192

This place has been reasonable and accommodating. The rooms may not all be renovated yet, but the price and the friendliness of staff makes up for it! They offer a free shuttle to the Parks that leaves each morning at 9:30am. They work with price line and offer in house rates. Call to book your groups too. There's a weight room for some of the facilities areas. Request your amenities. Has potential for long term stays for budget rates! If you're looking for a place to save a few bucks it's worth the wait in line. (Older rooms get best rates- if you need budget friendly) You can always request an upgraded room for still phenomenal prices. Being a veteran it's nice they were very thoughtful on location of my room. The ladies at the front desk speaks multiple languages and is very kind, courteous and accommodating! I stayed multiple days. Just waiting on my check to book more. Worth the wait!
