Overall its a beautiful resort. Several good food options. The entertainment was amazing. The energy from the crew there, especially Black Pearl really kept the guests engaged and having a fun time! I would definitely recommend this resort to others and would return again! 5 Stars!

This place has very good service because they respond to the requests of the customers very quickly. The rooms in this place is also very good the staff always come around twice a day to clean the room the beds are also nice and comfortable the bathroom is also very accessible manly because they have all of the normal essentials in the bathroom for example they give soap a toothbrush exec… The Location is also Amazing because it is located right on the a beautiful beach with a beautiful view of the ocean with lots of boats sailing along the shore. Overall this place was good in every aspect. I would recommend this to a friend and would recommend coming again.

The Hotel Lopesan in Punta Cana promises a lot in its advertising, but unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that this is not the place for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.
**Reception and Lobby:** The heat in the lobby is stifling due to the lack of air conditioning and rarely running fans. There is no proper reception or coordination upon arrival and they never know when your room is finally ready to be occupied. This leaves a negative first
**Overall Experience:** They make up the good reviews and the staff is always begging for reviews that are not true. The overall feeling is that they are doing you a favor by attending to you, rather than fulfilling what you've paid for. And a week at the resort is not cheap at all so you expect service and not ask for favors.
**Conclusion:** Despite promising infrastructure, the Hotel Lopesan in Punta Cana falls far short of being a resort where one can relax and enjoy with family. I strongly recommend exploring other options, as my experience was one of the worst in hotels of this category. It's a pity to see such potential wasted due to severe failures in service, attention, and maintenance when the hotel infrastructure and place in general is very pretty. It is just in the wrong hands. This is definitely a place to avoid if you seek a pleasant and hassle-free vacation experience.

Overall, the place is nice, the reason for the lower star is due to paying more for the unique experience which was way below expectation.
Pros:
The grounds are nice and well kept. Restaurants staff are very friendly. Views are good and beach are very nice (when there’s no seaweed). Room cleaning are done well and they come by to check multiple times a day for fresh towels.
Cons:
There are very little difference between regular and unique (don’t waste your money). Food and drinks throughout the hotel are about the same quality (regular and unique). Restaurants food quality is better but booking the one you want is first come first serve (even if you pay for unique). Towels are only available at the beach which is inconvenient when further away (especially if you go to the water park which is at the opposite side of the resort). Check in staff (at unique) are a bit stuck up, didn’t give us the room we booked (a king vs 2 queen for 3 people), not responsive when asked service (needed bedding for sofa because there wasn’t room to sleep and had to call at 10-11pm to make for someone to come by). When we finally got a 2 queen, it was on the other side of the property so it took us 5-10 minute walk to get to each other. The butler service (for unique) is mostly on demand, but the response hit or miss (at times I don’t get a response).

I traveled with my partner to this resort and everything was wonderful. They had a gluten free section, as well as a vegan section for us which is always much appreciated!
The beach was the best part! Beautiful water and sand, and never crowded!!
Definitely would recommend!
