I had a great time at the Lopesan resort, almost everything was good. Check in was a bit of a mishap, the room wasn’t ready right away, but it wasn’t a big deal to us. Our room had a nice ocean view and was clean and also had good space. The resort is landscaped and beautiful, has many pools of varying sizes. The beach had beach chairs and service, however there are a good amount of boats, there may be a fuel smell. The restaurants are delicious and had a variety of food. On our last day the elevators stopped working for a few hours, but it wasn’t a big deal as we could walk up. I’d recommend this hotel. 9/10.

Amazing Experience at gold fish beach club
I had an incredible dining experience at gold fish beach club . From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The staff was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu, which made ordering so easy and enjoyable.
The food was absolutely delicious—every bite was bursting with flavor. The grilled chicken was perfectly cooked, and the cheesecake dessert was the best I’ve ever had!
The presentation of the dishes was beautiful, and everything came out hot and fresh. The portion sizes were generous and well worth the price.
Overall,Gold fish beach club exceeded my expectations, and I can’t wait to come back again. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for great food and excellent service!

The beauty of this resort is everything. The views, the pool, the beach is amazing. However the service is very lacking. Bartenders will watch you stand at the bar for a long time before helping you or just not help you at all. Employees seem annoyed most of the time or too busy for you even when tipping. They could use another buffet spot as the one and only is full at peak hours and hard to get in and get food. Food overall is average. The location is good it’s a drive to get anywhere off the resort but doable. Overall average experience the beauty of the resort really made the vacation for us.

An absolute delight!
The food at Mareas restaurant is exceptional. We had the lobster, and it was a true treat—perfectly cooked and bursting with flavor. The service was equally impressive: Adrianna and Elvis were incredibly kind and attentive throughout our meal. It was so good that we immediately booked a table for the next day! An experience not to be missed !

I read and watched so many reviews before coming to this resort. We went in November and we really recommend Lopesan. Very clean resort, modern, beautiful, huge and of quality. Food was good, staff was friendly. Probably one of the best if not the best resort in Punta Cana. It is a perfect mix of relaxing, partying, family friendly, adult only, outdoor and indoor. The pool and beach are also beautiful.
