The service were pretty good. The staff was very helpful. The food needs to be warmer. The bugs or flies needs to be better maintained. Overall, it was a great experience with a variety of foods and desserts. The best part of it was having an adult only area. I would recommend people to visit. Please do three things: 1) get rid of the cats near the Coffee Cafe area. 2) Don't allow the staff to take advantage of the young drunk vacationers 3) Achieve higher standards for room services.

The Unique was the best hotel I’ve ever visited in my traveling life. The service was wonderful. The staff are lovely. Just very sincere and good people. I will definitely come back again and again. The food was great and the place is very clean. The beach was beautiful and the pool was wonderful. The staff was most attentive staff I’ve ever experienced and they really made me feel very relaxed and well care of.

I had a wonderful time there with my best friend. It was a birthday trip and everything from the amenities to the entertainment was worth the money. I'm a foodie so that was something that really mattered and overall I'd give it an 8/10 the steakhouse was 10s across the board and I'd go back for that restaurant alone. The buffet has a wide variety of dishes and catered to health conscious persons as well as regulars. There were gluten free areas and even just on property there were juice bars that were free of sugar.
The room service was timely but the food often arrived cold, so that's something that could be worked on.
Lots of great views, the room was beautiful and we had a good view considering we didn't opt for one of the pricier rooms. Cleaning services could be requested through the app which made customization of our time there even better. The app caters to persons like myself that prefer less human contact for requests. This actually works for this hotel as not all the workers are exactly warm. That's understandable but for customer service interactions, it's best if we can get the warmer employees for interactions, especially with the language barrier. Most employees are Spanish speakers so top up on your Duolingo.
At the end of the day food, views entertainment and comfort were all high scores for me so I'd recommend this hotel to anyone that crosses my path.

This was my second visit to this hotel. I was afraid that the conditions of the hotel, the quality of the food and the service would deteriorate (the hotel made a very positive impression on us three years ago). However, everything was at the same high level as before (the only minus was too loud music in the pool). We had a unique room with an ocean view. I would rate the condition of the room as very good, although the pressure in the shower could be stronger. The food is varied and delicious. Delicious lobster. Beautiful garden, pool and beach. Lots of greenery, well equipped gym. We also used the spa and massages - I recommend a relaxing one with aromatherapy oils. If we come back to the Dominican Republic, we will definitely go to Lopesan :)

This Is second stay. Hotel facilities are amazing. Very clean. Unique section was worth it. Unique restaurant absolutely amazing. Food was great. Beverage is awesome. But most importantly, the friendly and outstanding services of all staff particularly, Alejandro, Juan Carlos And Jenny. The cook at the barbecue section was awesome. Very accommodating and flexible. The service of the start at all the restaurants, Gum, spa, coffee shop, etc. was friendly and efficient. We cannot wait To be back.
