This was our second time here and just like the first everything was perfection. The food here is by far the best I have ever had at an all-inclusive and the butter service is always a nice touch. My husband and I celebrated our 10 year wedding anniversary during this trip and Armando went about and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful day. Everyone who works on this resort is so friendly and always happy to help. Another great trip in the books.

My mother & I had an amazing stay at Iberostar Grande. The staff went above and beyond for us and we are so grateful. Especially for our butler, Armando Roberts, who made us feel special and quickly took care of all of our needs throughout our entire trip always with a beautiful smile. Also the entertainment staff that made every event so much fun and inclusive. The facilities were beautiful and the house maintenance was incredible, they really cared for us, personalized our space, and made our room into our home. Highly recommend the Surf & Turf restaurant was the best place to eat. Overall the resort is the perfect place if you want a peaceful tropical vacation.

For someone looking for a trip in an adult-only setting, this was perfect. Our butlers Valentin and Eduardo were appropriately attentive. The food was great and the pool fabulous. We staked out our favorite spot in the lobby bar that had a strong ocean breeze that cooled the July heat. We ended up here after Beryl cancelled our planned Jamaica trip and we were very pleased by what we were able to find and at a great price.

We had a great experience at this all-inclusive resort. It was my first time there, and I would definitely go back. The hotel and staff were very accommodating. Our butler, Danilo, was attentive to our every need and checked in with us multiple times daily. The hotel facilities were excellent. I was particularly impressed with the spa and pools. We also went on a few day excursions arranged by the hotel, which were also great. The only thing I found fault with was the food quality. It didn't meet the expectations I had for a 5-star hotel. Especially, the Japanese restaurant was terrible, and I would not recommend it. On the other hand, the food at the French and Italian restaurants was quite good. Overall, I would rate our entire stay 4.5 out of 5 stars. The service and facilities were excellent, but the food could use some improvement.

Their professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine care ensured we had everything we needed, often anticipating our desires before we even expressed them. From arranging special dinners to organizing excursions, they went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. We can’t wait to return to this paradise and enjoy the exceptional service once again.
