The hotel was nice. It needed more on site activities or excursions. It would have been nice to have a party boat. But the overall stay was good. The club had swings but the music could have been more of a variety. The staff were wonderful and the beds were made nice and crisp each day with a decoration on there using the local flowers. They had night time entertainment. The birds are very friendly, so expect them to walk up by you with no problem.

This is a great resort that has a host of nice amenities from a bowling center to stores for every type of purchase. The complex has several hotels and staff are available to assist with any request. The spa is one of the more elegant in town with a wide variety of available services. The restaurants and establishments to eat are plentiful as are the drinks. You'll get lots of exercise seeing the expansive campus. There are several adult only sections too as well as plenty of day care opportunities.

I am extremely disappointed with my stay! I’ve contacted the front desk regarding our AC not working, I’ve waited over 2 hours after they stated they will send someone to look at it and no one came at all! I called the front desk again and was hung up on 4 times! Then my room phone was clearly shut off as I was unable to call the front desk again. I had to use my cell phone to contact the front desk and the same gentleman who I spoke to the first time stated he will send someone out. That’s absolutely ridiculous customer service for your guest to sit in an extremely hot room with no care at all. I’m writing this review as I sit in this hot room with no AC! I’m beyond pissed! Will never stay here again! Highly upset! I visit the DR often, just 6 times last year alone and I've never been treated this way. turning off our room phone so that we couldn't call was disgusting! Update….. A week after my stay, no contact from management as the resort responded on this review and claimed would happen. No resolve at all. When I began to read other reviews I see this is a common issue at this resort. A gentleman wrote a review just 2 months ago complaining of the exact same thing, no AC and lack of response from hotel personnel. This appears to be their normal practice and constant issue. Be aware when choosing to stay here if comfort, professionalism and customer service is of importance.

We had a great time on our vacation in Punta Cana! Mario our buffet waiter and Sophia our hostess were buffet workers who helped us out and were very friendly! The overall resort is beautiful. Beautiful beach area and pool area. Friendly staff all around. One wish would be for better ventilation in the bathrooms, we had a smell of mold in our rooms, likely due to moisture. Overall a great place to stay!

This is our second time here and what a beautiful place. Checking in was easy and everyone is very welcoming and attentive. There is no shortage of food and drinks. Our room was always clean and our domestic lady Martha was amazing. She always did an amazing job. My only observation was the music. Although shows were great it would’ve been nice to have all kind of music so everybody could dance especially on Valentine’s Day. Overall definitely a place to visit
