I am very disappointed with this hotel. First of all the rooms are very cheaply decorated. I booked this hotel because I have an 18 months old baby who loves to play with those little fountains in the swimming pool but unfortunately none of them were working or they just turned them off. I feel like this hotel wants to save money on everything because the air conditioning at the restaurants were barely working, the same with the hot water, barely warm. We had issue with air conditioning at our room as well, it would stop working for no reason. They told us to close all the doors and windows but it still didn’t work so I had to tape one of the sensors with bandage so it would start working. So if you want to go here just prepare yourself for all kind of issues. On they website it says they provide you with bottles cleaners and microwave but neither of those were available, so I had nothing to clean my baby’s bottles with because I was told they will have it. Also the staff doesn’t speak English with is very inconvenient.

When we entered the room to show the surprise to my kids, the name was spelled wrong, mediocre decoration, and glasses and champagne, but none of this was requested and they confirmed they would do something childish. Bars with okay drinks, no variety. Food is okay. Japanese restaurant is quite weak.
Staff/service: unfriendly and unhappy with their job, always expecting tips, yes, even if you ask for a glass of water, you feel pressured to tip, bar staff drink alcoholic beverages throughout their shift and by the end of the day, they are drunk. Evening entertainment is poor, except for the shows which are okay. The entertainment staff do not interact with the children, they are also looking for tips and drink alcohol discreetly during the performances, leaving their cups hidden behind the pillars.
Star club: a place that should be banned, staff treat children very poorly, they did not allow my 5-year-old daughter to use the bathroom, she asked many times and was denied. My 9-year-old son asked them to call me many times and no one answered his request. He wanted to leave because there were no games and the staff wanted the children to lie down to watch movies. They were very nervous with the children who wanted to play. My children were traumatized and didn't even want to pass through the entrance. Security: two drownings, the first a child was saved by a waiter, the second an older man was floating in front of the useless lifeguard! He is not attentive to his work, just talks to colleagues. It's shocking to see a man die in front of everyone. A lifeguard responsible for a huge pool. Absurd. Tour company: terrible service and no tour options. Poor structure.
Be alert to any request in this hotel, insist that they fulfill what is being requested. All the staff lie and absolutely do not resolve anything.

My partner and I stayed at the resort for 11 nights, and from the moment we spoke to the amazing and friendly receptionists we knew our stay would be an incredible experience.
The food and service in the buffet and restaurants were sublime. All the staff have an amazing eye for the little details which make the experience of dining in the resort so special.
The swimming pool area, including the swim up bar were very clean and once again, the service we received was fantastic.
Almost every day, a member of staff would come to our sunbeds, whether by the pool or the beach and offer us something to drink.
Overall, the experience has been outstanding and I would definitely return here and will recommend the resort to others.

Beautiful resort in a blue-flag beach. We visited with our adult kids and friends, and everyone had a great time. Grounds are beautiful and staff friendly and attentive. It is not quite the level of attention as in their "Grand" resorts, but excellent for their category. Food was delicious, with plenty of fresh vegetables and fruits, and good variety to satisfy all preferences. Definitely plan to visit again.

The hotel was nice. It needed more on site activities or excursions. It would have been nice to have a party boat. But the overall stay was good. The club had swings but the music could have been more of a variety. The staff were wonderful and the beds were made nice and crisp each day with a decoration on there using the local flowers. They had night time entertainment. The birds are very friendly, so expect them to walk up by you with no problem.
