We had a marvellous stay at this hotel. Services was fantastic and we were provided with an early check-in. Staff are everywhere and ready to help guests. The breakfast is very good with a variety of cuisines. Buses avaliable around the clock can take you to attractions near by. Highly recommended.

This has been the best hotel we have stayed at so far. Very clean, excellent service and very friendly staff. All spoke English. Me, my husband and our adult sons all thoroughly enjoyed staying here. Beds are very comfortable, we had a king room with connecting room. We enjoyed their Eforea spa treatments. It was very clean. The steam room and the jacuzzi was a wonderful complimentary treat for us. We would definitely recommend this hotel. The hotel is located close to all of the theme parks. Free shuttle bus service to the hotel guests to get to the parks. Breakfast options are amazing. Pool facilities are very clean and excellent. Staff are always available to help. Yas island beach is a 15 minute walk from hotel and the Yas mall is amazing. Lots of food restaurants to choose from.

Weird experience. Receive an email to get a digital key for my room. App doesn't find my reservation. After 20m on a call with the reception desk we manage to log into the app and request the digital key. The funny part, to get your digital key you need to show your ID at the reception. Same as if you were going to check in at the desk!!. Incredible digital services.

A beautiful hotel in a great position. As a diamond member I was upgraded to a bay view which was nice. The staff are friendly but so stretched that you need to ask at least twice for everything in the main restaurant. The food at the hotel is really good, especially breakfast and dinner. We had a bad experience in the Capilla for lunch and had to raise a complaint (slow, dirty table and forgotten orders), which they made right by cancelling the bill. The free passes to the local adventure parks is a brilliant perk! We lost a phone on the way back from Aqua park and the front desk were INCREDIBLE. Kudos to the team they really helped us, calmed us and even reviewed CCTV footage live to locate the taxi we took to check it was there - really well done.

The hotel is beautiful However 1-Rooms are not full cleaned, the floors aren’t wiped also the counters. If there is anything on the floor it won’t be removed. 2-The hot water in the bathroom needs time to get hot and in the shower it gets cold 3- the bathroom/ toilet and shower is not clean stains all over 4- there is a light in the entrance of the room that opens suddenly in the middle of the night and I couldn’t figure how to shut it off, and then it keeps flashing
