Rooms are good but it can be much better. I would really love to visit again and see the changes at some point.
Breakfast was amazing. We were assisted by their restaurant team member Mr.Tajul. He was truly a gem. His hard work must be appreciated by the management.
Swimming pool is very good. The life guards are very good and know their job and do their job perfectly.

I recently stayed at Rotana Al Ain Hotel and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the reception staff, particularly Stephanie, was incredibly helpful and friendly. She assisted us with a happy face and a warm smile, which made us feel very welcome. The luggage attendant was also very helpful and efficient. Overall, the staff were great and provided excellent service.
However, I encountered an issue with the air conditioning in my room. Despite the technician's efforts to fix it, the room remained uncomfortably hot throughout my stay. This was a significant drawback to an otherwise pleasant experience.
In summary, while the hotel staff were exceptional, the unresolved air conditioning issue affected my overall comfort. I hope this can be addressed for future guests.

My recent stay at the Alain Rotana Hotel was truly wonderful. From the moment I arrived, the service exceeded my expectations. Every staff member I dealt with was friendly and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect.
The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the housekeeping team did an excellent job of maintaining the room to a high standard. The hotel's facilities, including the pool, spa, and fitness center, were top-notch and added to the overall enjoyment of my stay.
Dining at the hotel's restaurant and café was a delight. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from, and the service was consistently outstanding.

Since the first day I had fallen in love with the place. I would like to emphasize on how amazing the staff are. They are so helpful and polite. Always smiling and always literally at your service. I’ve never been to a hotel where every single employee is super friendly and this professional. The room (new section) is very spacious and equipped with everything thing you need. The balcony is HUGE. The breakfast is worth it and they have a very wide selection. The spa is amazing. Overall, I would come to AlAin for a staycation just to stay at this place for a couple of days and leave.

The upgraded accommodations exceeded our expectations, offering luxurious amenities and stunning views. Edited: Deeply disappointed with this. I should have not written this review in the first place. It’s a scam. We’ve been clearly told that we are upgraded without any cost and now they were saying it was upgraded with additional cost. We’ll definitely not coming back. Anyways, it is what it is. But we don’t believe that it is a miscommunication.
