I had the pleasure of enjoying breakfast at Al Ain Rotana hotel, and I must say, it was an experience that left me thoroughly delighted. The food prepared by the executive chef, Mr. Marley, was simply outstanding. Every dish was crafted with precision and care, showcasing a perfect balance of flavors and textures. From the freshly baked pastries to the hearty omelets made to order, each bite was a testament to the culinary expertise of Chef Marley and his team. The presentation was impeccable, with every dish served with attention to Thank you to Chef Mr. Marley and the entire team for a wonderful morning feast.

I'm a member and was disappointed with the replacement of the children's pool floor since it was already slippery and remains so. It's very dangerous for children and babies to slip and drown. They changed the floor but didn't consider safety. The floor outside the pool wasn't changed and is extremely slippery and hazardous for both children and adults. My two children have already fallen on their backs and hit their heads on the ground. They also replaced the children's play area's rubber flooring, but it's impossible to stay without footwear because it gets too hot, just like the toys. They really should install a canopy or tent to keep the whole area shaded. Overall, it's not a pleasant place for children to play. It almost seems like they don't care about families with children at the hotel, given they overlooked these details. Moreover, the management doesn't support the staff. There are wonderful employees like Cristiano, one of the lifeguards, who are very attentive, and Bartender Ramem. One day we saw him struggling to serve many people, and the management didn't even bother to help him. These issues need to be addressed. We like Rotana, but if these issues aren't improved, we won't renew. And it's not just us complaining, but several others I spoke with at the hotel this holiday.

A memorable stay for a family of 4 (Kids age 1Y & 5Y). While there were minor delays or oversights, they were completely overshadowed by the outstanding cleanliness and remarkable environment of the hotel. We were particularly impressed by the hotel's family-friendly setup. Thoughtful room layout, and swimming pool with a nearby kids' play area. And the breakfast – it was an absolute highlight! There was an extensive selection of top-quality dishes. Highly recommended for families looking for a comfortable stay.

Although our original room booking was cancelled, we were pleasantly surprised upon arrival to find that the hotel had upgraded us to a higher-tier room. The upgraded accommodations exceeded our expectations, offering luxurious amenities and stunning views. The staff's proactive approach turned what could have been a disappointing experience into a memorable and enjoyable stay. Thank you for going above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. Special thanks to Lamie and Nader for assisting us and for an amazing service. We will definitely come back again and will absolutely recommend to our friends. Thank you 😊

While checking in and talking to Kareem at the reception I really wanted to give them a 5⭐️. The first room we were given had fruit flies and we requested to shift us. The staff were hesitant initially but eventually agreed and shifted us. Rooms were really dirty with lots of dust. On the final day of our stay during breakfast we found some worms in the milk that was in the buffet. It was a shocking experience. I had to check out immediately. Hotel tried to offer us a complimentary lunch to compensate which I politely rejected. Staff were generally good.
