The hotel is very nice, the rooms are excellent and the cleaning service is really good (Akhilesh worked perfect and made really nice designs with the towels).
Our only issue was with the location. The beach is at the end of a canal and is really small and sometimes it smelled funny. The booking photos can be a bit deceiving.

It is located in an area close to the airport. First of all room cleaning was amazing. Thanks to Udhaya and Naresh. 👌 But the hotel does not have any activities other than the pool. It has its own private beach, but the water was not good at all, with moss and stones. It is not fun for families with children, the food was amazing, every taste was really worth trying, but it was interesting that although we paid so much, all hot and cold soft drinks other than water were paid. Having a security guard constantly walking around the lobby makes it unusable. The hotel's construction quality, visual appearance and ease of use were enjoyable.

Overall It was a good stay. Had some problems in the booked package, a Full Board doesn’t mean All Inclusive. You need to carefully select your package and refer to the customer service in case of doubts. The Customer Service team were quite helpful. The resort has link to the nearby Al Raha Mall which is convenient.

Very friendly staff, amazing food and delicious breakfast, room was very clean.
Swimming pools are very nice, the kids pool has slides and play area. Just the beach was very small and full of seaweed.

Booked 2 nights for our anniversary.
The hotel is not the newest around the area but the facility is well maintained, the lobby and rooms are still luxurious.
The front desk officer is accommodating and thoughtful enough to give us an upgrade.
Room is quite outdated but more spacious compared to competitors. Though, it seems the room provided to us was not visited for days as it has dust around the area. Sheets and towels are the whitest at it could be.
We had a breakfast included with our stay. They have a wide array of food, from cold cuts to hot menu like porridge and egg counter. Though, the egg counter staff should be trained accordingly, as she was swearing in-front of the customer, maybe due to frustration at work.
Restaurant floor staffs are tremendously accommodating and attentive.
My son enjoyed the pool and the beach. They have activities for kids likewise a play-area which is kinda exceptional.
Will visit again if time permits and recommend to friends.
