My husband and I stayed at Al Raha Beach Hotel for 5 nights from May 17-22, and we couldn't be more satisfied with our experience. Our stay was truly memorable, thanks to the exceptional service provided by all the staff members, including the receptionists (especially Carlos) and housekeepers, who were supportive and attentive to our needs.
We were celebrating my husband's birthday, and the hotel went above and beyond to make it special for us. They upgraded our room, allowed a late check-out, and even surprised us with a special gift, a birthday cake, and beautiful room decorations. The housekeepers decorated our room romantically every day, with an extra special touch on the birthday itself.
I highly recommend staying at Al Raha Beach Hotel if you're looking for a relaxing and unforgettable leisure experience.

On our trip to Chennai India, we missed our flight. The airline helped us with a new flight and in the meantime granted us a day pass to Al Raha Beach Hotel. This place is amazing! It is beautiful and the ability to be connected to a shopping mall helped with a few things we immediately needed due to our bags being on the plane we missed. The customer service attention was second to none and the staff was friendly and welcoming. I would recommend staying at this hotel if you are passing by or if you are a local wanting to get away with the family or that special someone. Enjoy a business lunch at the Sevilla restaurant.Either way, you will be sure to enjoy. A special thank you to the owners/leadership for taking good care of us, We appreciate your hospitality.

We had the pleasure of conducting our Town Hall at the Al Raha Beach Hotel. It’s our first time doing this kind of corporate function with them and I must say that our experience was fantastic!
The table setup was well-arranged, and we were impressed by the impeccable cleanliness of the washrooms and the ballroom itself.
One of the highlights of our event was the exceptional food provided by the hotel's catering. The quality and taste of the dishes exceeded our expectations. Kudos to the Chef!
The variety of options on the menu catered to different preferences, and the service was quick and efficient.
The team was not only professional but also incredibly friendly and welcoming. Their warm hospitality made us feel valued as guests, and they were always ready to assist with any request or question we had. Their dedication to ensuring a comfortable function was truly remarkable.

I’ve stayed here twice this year. Each time for 10 nights. The staff a friendly and helpful. I took the half-board option so breakfast and dinner are included. There is a great variety of food available for both meals and sometimes they have entertainment during dinner.
The facilities are what you would expect from a 5-star hotel and I particularly enjoy a swim in the pool and relaxing at the pool-side bar.
I can recommend this hotel whether you are staying for business or leisure.

Booked it for the kids and was very happy with it overall.
They have kids club, ladies were very nice and helpful. They have mini pool and playground for kids. And a pool for adults. I give 3 stars and not 5, because în the weekend the staff/ and bar servers people were not nice to us, and gave our chairs to others who just stayed there for the weekend. I thought that was very rude and when I mentioned that to the bar server/runner who did it and to the pool boy, they did not even apologize.
Other than that room was very interested and nice. Pretty clean. Restaurant food was ok too although a bit pricey.
I liked the hair salon there and the fact I was able to connect easily to the mall nearby.
