We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything was perfectly clean and very well maintained, which made us feel comfortable from the very first moment. The beautiful beaches nearby were absolutely stunning. The food was delicious, with a great variety of options every day. Everything was fresh and very tasty — we truly enjoyed every meal. A special thank you to Edwin from the reception — he was absolutely amazing! So friendly, helpful, and smiling. He really made our stay even more special with his positive attitude and professionalism.

Honestly, there is nothing to complain about. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional service and wonderful attention to detail Our stay at the hotel was amazing, but what truly made it special was the outstanding service from our room attendant, Giukan Raja. Every day, he surprised us with creative towel animals — a dog, a penguin, and previously a scorpion, seal, and elephant. These small but thoughtful details brought a smile to our faces every time we entered the room. The room was always perfectly clean, well-organized, and fresh. You can really see the care, effort, and passion he puts into his work. Leaving a personal note with a review card was a very kind and professional touch. My family and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with thoughtful details that made it feel welcoming. Most of the staff were consistently friendly, professional, and eager to help, which really made a difference, except for one female attendant at reception area which wasn’t helpful during check in today, i just didn’t get her name. But, I would like to give special recognition to one of the staff members, to Ms. Emma from reception, who truly made my stay exceptional. Her professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail went above and beyond expectations. She was approachable, helpful, and genuinely cared about ensuring a comfortable and pleasant experience. It’s rare to encounter such outstanding service, and they are truly a credit to the hotel. The location was convenient, and the amenities exceeded my expectations. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable stay, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort and great service.
