My stay at Le Royal Méridien Abu Dhabi was exactly what you hope for when traveling for pleasure - comfortable, relaxing, and effortlessly enjoyable. The atmosphere feels welcoming from the moment you arrive, and the staff truly elevate the experience. Everyone was warm, attentive, and naturally kind without being intrusive — which makes you feel genuinely taken care of. The rooms were impeccably clean, with extremely comfortable beds and pillows that made it easy to fully unwind after long days exploring the city. I also loved the Malin+Goetz amenities — such a thoughtful, niche beauty touch that adds a subtle layer of luxury. Breakfast was a highlight each morning: a beautiful, diverse spread with high-quality ingredients and plenty of fresh options. It felt generous yet refined - exactly what you want to start a relaxed day in Abu Dhabi. The pool area is another great feature, especially the warm water, which makes it enjoyable at any time of day. It’s a lovely space to slow down and recharge. Overall, this hotel strikes a wonderful balance between comfort, quality, and understated elegance. A warm recommendation for leisure travelers looking for a relaxing and well-located stay in Abu Dhabi.

First rate staff in every department. I had a small inconvenience with my room - the staff were absolutely extraordinary in addressing the situation and moving me to a different room. They did this professionally, seamlessly, and with incredible speed. I’ve stayed at this hotel a few times over the years and I am always impressed by their efficiency and courtesy. Top notch. One of my favourite hotels in the world!

Excellent location in the heart with the city with plenty of shopping and dining options around. The lobby was large with plenty of comfortable chairs to sit. Check in was a little bit chaotic since they require to scan our passports and we didn’t have time to wait. We were able to get our passports from the reception area later. Our room was decent in size and the bed was very comfortable. I was able to request hard pillows! They had plenty of eating areas inside the hotel including a revolving roof top restaurants where they offer 40% off cocktails during happy hour and 20% off food and other beverages for being Bonvoy members. The breakfast buffet had plenty of options including made to order dishes. My only complaint was how long it took for them to fix a broken toilet flush- took almost two hours.

Amazing breakfast at Cafe Palmier and Septi made it truly special! Her lovely smile and warm welcome made us feel at home. The service was very professional and the breakfast spread was delicious with a great selection of food. To top it off, we even got a 20% discount for being a member of the Marriott bonvoy. Huge thanks to Septi for making our morning so special

Little surprise in Abu Dhabi! That hotel (but especially their staff) was the highlight of my trip. Hotel is dated, but room and facilities are all nice and taken care of. Special thanks to the team members of the Club Lounge (Raef, Saad and Ashmita) for an extraordinary service to their guests. It was really impressive how much effort they put into delivering the best possible service. Always asking for another drink, an espresso or some more food. Hospitality at its highest level. I wish all hotel lounges had staff like here.
