Staff were fantastic all around the hotel especially March in the spa and fitness reception. The room was very clean thanks to the cleaners, it was spacious and practical it also looked very nice. Location was close to a store which helped, it was right next to the beach which was very helpful and there are lots of shuttle buses and taxis to take you anywhere further. The food from the cafe and room service was almost always good and the breakfast was gorgeous and had options for everyone. They had nice scenery around and example being the coconut to help figure out the weather. It was an all around amazing experience and would recommend it to anyone staying for a few days or even a while.

What struck me most was the manager's approach—he served guests with the attentiveness and care of a seasoned waiter, creating an atmosphere of familiarity and genuine connection. Witnessing the manager's dedication to both guests and staff alike was truly inspiring. He seamlessly transitioned between roles, effortlessly supporting the waitstaff while ensuring guests felt valued and attended to. His inclusive leadership style, treating everyone as equals, left a lasting impression on me. Horizon, under the guidance of such remarkable leadership, is more than just a dining destination. I wholeheartedly recommend Horizon at Khalidiya Palace to anyone seeking not only delectable cuisine but also an unforgettable dining experience infused with warmth and sincerity.

My family are staying here for five weeks whilst we relocate to AD. The hotel was picked by my husbands firm so I had no idea what it would be like. All of the staff have been wonderful and go out of their way to say hi to my son and are so friendly. Whenever we need a lounger by the pool, they are more than helpful in finding us one. Lobby cafe- staff are so friendly particularly the two guys who are there in the morning/ early afternoon. Always coming to say hello and super friendly with my son even when we're just walking by. Kids entertainment- two ladies who run the entertainment activities are really great and friendly and so good with the kids. They run super activities during the day and evening and my son particularly enjoys watching the evening karaoke. The staff who run the kids club during the day are also really friendly and helpful. Door staff are amazing and always greet us with a smile and come and speak to us when we are leaving- particular mention to Elvis and Narendhar who are excellent. Boat team- I was hesitant about doing this with a toddler but I had an amazing day. Has to be one of the best days so far. Thanks to Mo for selling and the guy who took us on the boat. Really kind and great fun. Definitely must do!

Hotel has perfect location from Airport. 3 level pool is perfect for adults, kids of all ages. 20 meters from pool starts sandy beach. Good choice of rooms to stay and cook for small kids. Mahmud arranged a great ride on water Jet car in Waves Club on the beach of hotel.

The place is elegant and wonderful, and everyone in the place is excellent and has wonderful experience in dealing, and all the required services are done with all speed, accuracy and great skill, and all the workers have a very high degree of courtesy and good reception. All orders are submitted with elegance in performance and distinctive in quality. We thank all the workers for this wonderful distinction and we enjoyed everything in the hotel.
