⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our family had a truly unforgettable stay at Khalidiya Palace by Rotana in Abu Dhabi. From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect — the comfort, the atmosphere, and most importantly, the amazing staff. One special moment we’ll never forget is when our daughter won a fun competition by finding the golden egg and was awarded a free dinner in a lovely envelope. Since she’s only 7 years old, I asked if they could add a small toy for her — and not only did they happily do so, but when I offered to pay for the toy, they kindly refused. This thoughtful gesture meant so much to us and showed the true heart of the team. Our son, who is 4, also had a wonderful time. The rooms were spotless, the pillows and mattress were incredibly comfortable, and the facilities — from the pool to the beach — were outstanding. Every dollar we spent here was absolutely worth it. The staff made us feel at home with their kindness and professionalism. I can’t recommend Khalidiya Palace by Rotana enough, and we can’t wait to return. Thank you for everything! — Davit

Hotel Khalidiya Rotana Our stay at Hotel Khalidiya Rotana was truly exceptional. The hotel is modern, spotlessly clean, and beautifully designed, with every detail carefully thought out to ensure guest comfort. The staff were absolutely amazing – incredibly kind, helpful, and impressively professional. They worked tirelessly all day, yet always had a smile on their faces and were eager to assist with anything. Everything during our stay was perfect – from the delicious food and excellent service to the comfort of the room and the overall atmosphere. It was a real pleasure to witness how smoothly everything ran within the hotel. The only downside we experienced was after checking out. Unfortunately, we were not able to extend our room, and we had to wait for 6 hours without access to a space where we could rest or relax before our departure. This was quite inconvenient, especially considering the otherwise high standards of the hotel and the long journey ahead of us. Despite this issue, I would still highly recommend Hotel Khalidiya Rotana to anyone. The overall experience was outstanding, and I hope that in the future they find a better solution for guests in similar situations.

The view from the hotel is beautiful. The rooms are clean. The air conditioner works perfectly, even when you open the door from the balcony to go out into the field, the air conditioning does not stop. The mattress is very comfortable to sleep on, as are the pillows. We were two adults and three children, otherwise we are from Europe, we drank city water for drinks without any problems. The food is also fine, none of us had any health problems after seven days of vacation. The soundproofing in the room is perfect, and at no point did we hear anything from the neighboring rooms or from outside. Every day, among other things, they serve orange juice to eat, which is a rarity in other hotels, for example in Turkey. The selection of food is large, both local and European. The pools are clean and there are always more free sunbeds. The staff at the hotel is very friendly and professional.

We really loved this hotel. We booked the room with half board package, but we arrived very late around 11 p.m. due to our flight, so we missed the first dinner. We were very tired and hungry with our little son, and they offered us complimentary room service for free. We really appreciated this warm welcome, because we missed the dinner due to our faults and did not expect any food for free. The staff was extremely nice, polite and also very friendly with my son. The breakfast and dinner were also perfect with huge variety of food and beverages. We liked also the special dinners, like the Italian and barbecue events. The pool outside was also very nice and child friendly.

Amazing family friendly hotel 🥰 They have so many activities that you can enjoy with your kids and a very cute kids club. I'm a member, coming oftenly with my son, he loves the environment. Truly dedicated costumer service team. I have lost my bracelet and all the staff in just one minute was checking all the areas that I pass through, till I have found my bracelet. Thank you, guys! Was amazing to see so much care!
