We recently spent a wonderful week at Khalidiya Palace Rayhaan, and I wanted to take a moment to commend the exceptional service we received—particularly at the Horizon Restaurant. The food was consistently excellent, and the service truly stood out. Regina, the Head of Front Desk, deserves special recognition for her warm demeanor and unwavering commitment to ensuring our stay was comfortable. She went above and beyond to meet our needs, and her efforts were greatly appreciated. Martha, who assisted her, was equally helpful and attentive. In the restaurant, Shaleh, Moosa, and Faruk were outstanding. They were incredibly hardworking, responsive to every request, and made sure we were well taken care of throughout our stay. Their professionalism and dedication did not go unnoticed. We’d also like to extend our gratitude to the chefs for the delicious meals, especially for accommodating our special requests for aloo paratha and masala dosa. Every dish was prepared with care and skill. The entire team at Horizon Restaurant is a credit to the hotel. Their friendliness and attention to detail created a welcoming atmosphere that made our experience truly memorable. They should be highly commended for their excellent service.

As usual, the best hotel in Abu Dhabi I check-in the hotel twice a year for the past 7 years. Family friendly, amazing staff and amazing location. Pools and beach are great. My kids adore this hotel. The resort beautifully blends luxury and tranquility, with stunning beachfront views, peaceful gardens, and wellness programs that nourish both body and mind. I attended a meditation session here and was deeply impressed by how serene and grounding the space felt. The facilitators were warm, the atmosphere gentle, and the sound of the sea outside made the experience truly special. The spa, healthy dining options, and wellness amenities make it ideal for anyone seeking restoration and mindfulness in Abu Dhabi.

The stay at Khalidiya Palace was absolutely amazing — from check-in and service to every extra request we had. The buffet is varied and offers something for everyone. When we arrived, our room wasn’t ready yet (we got there at 10 a.m., and check-in usually starts at 3 p.m.), but two hours later it was all set. In the meantime, we were able to change and enjoy the beach. The staff in that area were all very attentive and friendly. Arshad from the pool service always arranged our loungers just the way we wanted. It was also great talking to Okto from the jet ski rental — a truly kind-hearted person (all the best to you!). Cleanliness was excellent, there was always a taxi available in front of the hotel, and the reception staff even looked up travel requests for us. One small suggestion from our side: we’re fully aware that Khalidiya Palace is a family hotel, but it would have been nice to have a small “adults-only” area, both at the restaurant and by the pool. All in all, highly recommended! Many thanks to the entire team.

The hotel is nice but needs some renovation, as the decor is quite outdated. Everything is very clean, and the staff are friendly and helpful. We had both breakfast and dinner — breakfast was nice, but dinner was quite repetitive, with almost no fish. The beach is lovely. You can buy some drinks and food. It would be great to have some evening entertainment, such as a show or a mini disco for kids, as there’s nothing to do in the evenings. Anoware.
