Architecture is beautiful.
Food is amazing.
Service is good.
The Hotel's entertainment is way too loud. Noise during dinner, noise at night.
The Beach has many big rocks in the water, they really should dig them up.

It’s ok. I didn’t think it was worth the price at all. Everyone was very exploitive by asking for tipps all the time and charging in Euros, or profiling prices.
Very loud and smelly, staff is ok.
The pools are pretty nasty to say for the least. Beach is more of a minefield of pointy rocks than anything else.
Was there for a relaxing weekend for my girlfriend’s birthday, let’s just say we didn’t come back relaxed at all.

The family room, spacious and clean with a view of the swimming pool on the side of the sea. Impeccable service, very competent receptionist, many bars, delicious food. Large umbrellas on the beach, enough seats. Location near the beach. Waiters at restaurants very attentive and helpful. Very satisfied

We traveled from the Dusseldolf (originally from Netherlands) to Antalya Sunraise Queen Luxary and Spa hotel. We have travelled from 27th of July - 6th of August 2023 with 2x Adults and 1 child (5 years old).
We arrived 11 PM at the hotel.
Hotel receptionist did not speak English. In 5 star hotel Sunraise Queen and luxary spa the receptionist did not speak English.
He gave us a standard room for 2 person. We reserved the room for three. We have been offered a double bed and a sofa with a dirty mattress.
We complained and got an extra bed in a small hotel. The room was too small to move with the extra bed.
Day 5 of our stay the electricity of the hotel was completely off and the cooling system did not work. We were told it is a city electricity problem. I checked the hotel next to this hotel (Arum Barut) and they were on generators and did not notice a problem due to electricity. Several people were complaining and shouting at the guest desk that the rooms are hot and they have babies whom cannot sleep.
The food is the same almost everyday and night and the breakfast is the same and the luxury food that is served in other hotels is not seen here at all!
The rooms are not only unrenovated and old, its extremely dirty!
Zero hygiene. The drainage in our bathroom was blocked and water did not go drain.
The towels are washed, but there are stains on all of them, and the sheets are not changed regularly.
There was a lizard in our room last night and a cockroach.
There are many facilities, such as bowling, hookah(shisha), and even wine in the a la carte restaurant, is not for a free. You have to pay for it.
The hotel is very old and big, so it is out of control.
The bottom of the pool is not clean and it is a bit muddy and we slip on it!
The public restrooms of the hotel next to the pool are dirty.
The elevators of the hotel are always broken and there is only one elevator for so many customers.
Once we had to wait 10 minutes for the elevator and finally walked 5 floors.
This is the worst travel we as a family have ever been so far.
