A Surprisingly Great Stay – If you're looking for a hotel that combines great food, professional staff, and the patience of saints – look no further. The food? Absolutely top-notch. Every bite was like a flavor party in my mouth. Honestly, I’ve seen Michelin-starred places with less imagination. I almost started taking photos of my meals like one of those people on Instagram. Now, let’s talk staff. The team was professional, friendly, and surprisingly forgiving. Let’s just say I might have had a bit too much to drink one night (okay, way too much). I did some things. Dumb things. The kind of things that usually end with a security escort. But not here! Instead, the staff showed understanding, kindly cut me off from more drinks (wise move), and – bless them – didn’t throw me out on the street. That’s 5-star service with a side of mercy. I’d go back in a heartbeat. Just maybe with a little less vodka next time.

I recently stayed at your hotel and had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at any accommodation. I raised a formal complaint with the night manager, Mr. Mohammed, regarding an incident involving a staff member who manages the electric cars. I was charged €10 for 2 cars for just 15 minutes each. However, after only 10 minutes, she claimed the time was up — despite the fact that I had set a timer on my phone and knew I had 5 minutes remaining. This behavior was completely unprofessional and felt dishonest. To make matters worse, no one seemed willing to address the issue seriously. The overall attitude of the staff was unhelpful and dismissive. I am extremely disappointed and will be sharing my experience on all relevant platforms, including social media and hotel review sites, to ensure others are aware. I sincerely hope your management takes this feedback seriously and improves the training and conduct of your staff.

Was a pleasant relaxing stay with a lot going on but could be improved. HOTEL AND ROOMS at first glance it's nice but you quickly realise that it's a bit dated and needs refreshing. The corridors are unnecessarily dark with many bits around the hotel breaking. The room we got felt clean and the bed was comfy but the wallpaper was peeling, limescale, smudge marks on mirrors, rust on balcony table and the so called "duvet" was just basically a massive towel. Our safe was broken and wasn't fixed during the stay though we alerted them. They had basics but no iron (extra service at a cost). The mini fridge wasn't super cold and was fully stocked at the beginning. FOOD AND DRINKS Pretty underwhelming only positive is that decent food and drinks are available all the time. During means the biggest selection is salads and desert but other than that it's pretty bland and often cold or chewy and undercooked food. Felt like the beer and wine was diluted during dinner buffet and cocktails aren't super special at the bars would just stick to alcohol and mixer. Ice cream free at aqua park but once it's gone it's gone other stuff like rolled ice cream, orange juice, popcorn or shisha come at extra costs - I'd recommend this local stall 5min walk towards the beach where it's alot cheaper for more and better quality. The kebab at the pool snack bar was probably the best thing we ate there. FACILITIES The gym is alright (benchs, dumbells, bench press, row, treadmills ect) however despite there being a bench there's no Barbell and the weight have no labels for you have to guess the weight overall had decent workouts. There is limited opening hrs and a sign that doesn't allow under 16 but all the time there where little kids spilling stuff, playing football, and falling on the treadmills due to limited supervision. Some teens were alright and training well but also those that acted like it was a playground so would have liked the rule enforced a bit more. The Spa and sauna is included only one sauna was open at 89°C it was nice just limited spaces. Massages come at an extra cost and pool towels can be borrowed for free. Didn't use the disco or indoor pool Lots of shops with good quality stuff, we brought stuff like watches and belts. Just watch out for prices as some are very high and you either need to bargain or try the market in town. POOL AND BEACH pool is nice with lots of space although we had some issues to find sunbeds but it wasn't bad. Pool is cleaned daily and their is food, drinks and slushies. It closes at like 6 or 7pm. The Aqua park is alright the slides are good and the snack bar is good but it closes at 4pm. The music is good but they change the songs after 20sec. The beach is rocky and the facilities could be more maintained Be aware on one day they were doing a turkish massage by the pool it was funny at first but when they came over they began harassing us even though we refused it, despite this they pulled my partner off the sunbed and shoved a 5€ box in my face I refused to pay as we didn't want it and they got offended but left us alone. It was extremely rude and honestly some of the staff need to learn of boundaries. ENTERTAINMENT They put alot of effort into the entertainment. We loved all the shows at the amphitheatre and appriciated the variety there's something for everyone. be aware that there is a lot of very flashy lights particularly at the start and end of a show. Seems unnecessary and there's no warning so could be risky for and epileptic person but just uncomfortable for me, I can imagine for the toddlers and kids there. The entertainment team is super friendly and organise club nights at alanya every night and water activities and darts. Generally the entertainment goes on till midnight, its loud enough to hear in your room. TRIPS We booked through love holidays and their organiser in the lobby helped us book trips as well as a free transfer to alanya when you reserve a table at green haven restaurant - it's amazing. OTHER WIFI isn't include but sim cards are cheaper Air con is included

This is more a 3* stars.It was dark, dirty and boring. Food was not good,same every day.There came over 150 children for summer cump and that was horrible with screaming,jumping and playing with evelators. I don't think that its ok to put children for summer camp together with regular custumers.Only 5* kan give for view to the pool,if you have a number with piil view.Disco bar is nit workin and at the gym all maskins ar old and don't work like they should.There is no paper and desinfication available,so its not hygienisk.This is old hotel.

i stayed here almost two weeks, and my experience was great except a few things, the staff here is so so nice, me and my family danced, went to the club thanks to the staff. they made the night shows great too, i liked it very much. the food here is not luxury, but its great. there were a lot of desserts to choose from except the hot food, my kids ate potato chips almost every day because they didn’t find anything that fulfils their needs (yes, they’re picky so maybe it wasn’t for them, but i did eat very well, i was full most of the time). NOWWW, the cleaning service. oh boy, the blanket i was given was all dirty, there were even blood on there? my kids got a blanket with a yellow stain on it? and the cleaning service was a bit terrible (except the cleaning staff was very nice, they always said hello and smiled every time i saw them). the sheets were never changed, but the beds were made everytime, the floors got mopped very quickly and were left still a bit dirty. before mopping the floors it could really use a broom because there were dirt that you cant really just ‘mop away’. the trash was always token out, but i think the two weeks we were staying we did not get toilet paper for a short while and had to ask for it, but it was just for i think one or two days, so it’s nothing bad. we got new towels everyday too, so that’s great. two minuses, the toilet room was a bit dirty and the elevators needs a good cleaning too. Other than the minuses i said, everything here’s awesome! A W E S O M E. i loved the staff very much, my only sad goodbye and why i didnt want to leave is because of the friendly staff! :,( I forgot to mention the pools, they are great, the lifeguard was always watching ! and the chairs were very comfortable and not broken at all like some of the reviews are saying!? the tractor came every 10 minutes to take people to the beach and it was very fun and good experience. (driver was very nice!). forgot to mention, the walls are very thin you can hear everything that’s happening outside, you can be one eye open almost sleeping and then hear a crying kid going down the corridor. Overall, i loved everything about this hotel, looks expensive from the outside & inside. Hotel needs a better cleaning methods and clean sheets. The staff is why im planning on coming here next time. Loved my staying here! I recommend.
