Good : Most of the staff are friendly, lunch and dinner have a good variety. Very nice pool. Good shops on site. Bad : Air conditioner in the room didn't work. The beds are very hard and the balcony didn't lock properly. Breakfast is just a variety of different types of egg. Ugly : Our room was just off the foyer which was excessively loud until 2-3 in the morning. (Video Attached, this was inside our room with the door closed) Supposedly a superior room, whatever the difference is. Probably wouldn't return, glad I only paid £200 for the week.

It has been a week since we stayed at this hotel and here are our thoughts about it. Room: our room was on the second floor with a terrace, the view wasn’t that great as it was pointing to the front of another hotel ( it was at the lateral of the hotel). The bed was fine we asked for an extra blanket as it was impossible to cover both of us with just one, the pillows were too high in my opinion, some people like some don’t and I’m part of the last option. For a 5-star hotel, the amenities weren’t enough, soap, 2 shower caps, a small hairbrush and I think that was all. The shower was quite bad, black mould in the corner and the shower head was broken so as soon as you open it, the water comes out from the top… The fridge came with 2 bottles of water and 4 soft drinks, restocked every day if you used them (all-inclusive). From here huge thank you to the lady who cleaned our room every day. Restaurant: I can’t complain about the food, everything I ate was delicious! There was food everywhere plenty of it and a whole island of different desserts. They did like a BBQ one of the day. Plenty options of for salads and meats( no pork at all, I missed bacon in my breakfast) The only thing I noticed but I didn’t think too much about was the oil where they fried fries as it was completely black. ( fries are still delicious). The “a la carte restaurant” was closed during all our time there. Pools: the outside swimming pool was fine, a bit cold but I noticed that some people loved it, specifically children. There is a bar for all-inclusive drinks at the pools as well as another one for charged cocktails. The inside pool looked ok but I didn’t use it. The slide opened just one day. Staff: The waiters/es at the restaurant were quite friendly except for one of them, I think the supervisor who was a bit rude and one of the barmen at the bar in the lobby. The lobby has a bar and we used to spend the afternoon/night drinking some cocktails and bears. Sanitisers around the entire hotel were empty. Gym: I have never seen such a waste of space, there was only in bike that was broken, two treadmills broken, and rusty weights a complete nightmare as I like to train when I'm on holiday.

Great hotel. Extremely clean. Great staff. Very friendly people. Only thing negative was the food. Very bland, same food everyday, odd variation. Not all food labelled. They really didn't cater for people with allergies eg not allergy gluten-free vegans vegetarians. Not a very good hotel for all inclusive if you have the above limitations like we did. They were extremely rude while you were eating they would just remove the food from the serving tables and switch off half the light in the restaurant not thinking twice for the guests . Also no ice cream and jelly for kids at all!!!!

We came in mid March and had a brilliant time!! The hotel was beautifully clean, the staff for the most part were lovely and friendly.. especially Burak and an older gentleman who we nicknamed Smiler because he always had a big smile and friendly greeting for us, great service from them. We arrived late at night and we were quickly checked in and shown to our room, and that's where we had a problem...there was one double bed and one single..not ideal when there was an adult couple and one adult son and one female child (daughter) we booked for one double and two singles...we pointed this this out to the man who showed us to our room, who promised to sort it out .and then disappeared!! We ended up in reception 40 mins later tired and hungry but the guy behind reception finally got us a new room with the required number of beds! Then we went to the restaurant where they do late night soup for the latecomers. The hotel is a short walk to the beach but if you want to go anywhere else then you have to catch the Dolmus .it's about €1 each to Side or Managvat which we did a couple of times during our holiday. There are also some markets on the Dolmus routes and The Mall of Side for any shopping opportunities. Unfortunately there will be the hard sell for any excursions and the Spa treatments but if it's not for you they won't pester you too much. We enjoyed the food, and tried something different every day.. there are some English staples but the choice of different things is impressive. We have a fussy eater but even they were happy with everything they had. The beer is local and very good..the wine is ok, the cocktail menu isn't huge but they are all good and there is a decent choice for children. I would definitely come back again to the Ramada

Stayed here mid March, out of season, which was a notable point to as to why it was 4 star, for us it worked fine, however there was drawbacks such as the water slides only being open 2 hours per day, if they feel the weather is good enough, and the private beach being fully closed out of summer periods. All other aspects of the stay were good, nice food, found the drinks weren’t as nice as I’d have liked but not much a problem Kid friendly, has a games room and multiple pools There is a kebab shop a 10-15 min walk down the road called Tutku and it’s just round the corner from the Eren supermarket.
