We had an amazing stay at Ramada Resort Side! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and offered excellent facilities. The food was delicious with plenty of variety, and the staff were always friendly and helpful. A special thank you to Selman, who made our experience even better with his professionalism, kindness, and outstanding customer service. He went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed and always greeted us with a smile. We truly enjoyed our holiday and would highly recommend Ramada Resort Side to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. We look forward to returning in the future!

The hotel is effectively 3 blocks, all joined at ground level and below. There are multiple lifts available, but make sure you know which ones serve which block. We arrived late, so the restaurant was closed; however there was soup and bread on offer. (I thought that it was acceptable, although I would have liked some fruit as well) The room was small but decent. I was disappointed that there were not more shelves in the side storage unit. We left most of our clothes in the suitcases as a result. Most of the rooms have balconies, but ours didn't. A pity as we would have liked to sit out in the sun. Only English channel on the TV was BBC World News. (These TVs are newer models and have USB slots, so you can plug in media devices to listen to music or watch films.) The bathroom was clean, shower was OK, however when on full power, it spilled over the lip of the collection basin and flooded the floor of the bathroom. The hotel was generally clean and tidy throughout, and fairly well maintained; there were some minor maintenance issues of the sort you get in a busy hotel. I found the restaurant to be very good for a buffet style place. Each sitting offered slightly different set-up. However, there was an extensive range of hot and cold foods. The desserts were amazing, but I would have liked a bit more fruit, grapes or bananas. You can eat in the seated part of the restaurant, but I felt that it got a bit noisy, so we tended to use the outside part. This is under a canopy, and it can respond to strong winds. There are a number of cats that hang around, hoping to cadge food from diners. You know that they will be ensuring there are no vermin. Lots of sun beds around the pool, many within a space that can be shaded. I did wonder if these will become crowded if the hotel gets busy. The large pool is really nice, but doesn't have walk down steps. There are ladders, but these don't go all the way down which makes it a bit more difficult for those with mobility issues. There is a hoist that can be used for entry and exit if the user wants. The pool also has some large water slides. These proved to be very popular. There are several bars around the site, and these offer local beer, wine and soft drinks. Beyond the main lobby bar is another seating area to be able to enjoy the sun. The hotel has a private beach, and there is a mini bus to take you there. But I chose to walk which was about 10 minutes. Watch that you don't end up on the wrong beach, as there are several hotels using the space. There is a bar / snack bar on the beach, as well as toilets. It was still quiet when I was there, but I can imagine that it could be very busy. Free WiFi was patchy throughout reception area only, so I paid for the extra, which covered the whole site. There is an activity facility, including some for children. All on all, we had a great time, enjoyed the food and our time on site. It's a little bit out of the main area, but that didn't really bother me. As the spa doesn't appear separately, I thought that I would highlight my partner made use of their facility. She had a great time, and thought it was exceptionally good value. Her skin has never felt so soft!

I rarely leave negative reviews, but unfortunately this has been one of the most disappointing holiday experiences we’ve had. Our first impression at arrival was very poor. Despite requesting food after a long journey, the kitchen staff were already rushing to clear everything. They did not allow us enough time to eat properly—we were a group of 10, including 4 children—and had to leave with barely anything to eat. The room itself was acceptable, however: • Air conditioning was not working • Fridge was off • No water provided This was quite frustrating. The biggest surprise was the lack of free internet. We were shocked to be told that Wi-Fi is chargeable—and even more surprising, it is charged per device. This is not something expected at a resort. Food was average, but there was very little variety, especially between lunch and dinner. There were also frequent communication issues due to language barriers, and staff struggled to understand basic requests. The reception staff were particularly disappointing, showing very little hospitality or friendliness. One staff member (Oguz) was especially unhelpful and came across quite rude. On a positive note, the staff at the shop near the restaurant were extremely helpful and polite—far more welcoming than the main hotel team. Entertainment and activities were also quite limited, which added to the overall underwhelming experience. As someone who travels frequently, I can honestly say this has been one of the worst stays we’ve experienced, and it’s the first time I’ve felt the need to leave such negative feedback. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this resort.

Hi, first of all I would like to say a huge thankyou to Ramada for our stay. I had went with family! The service was exceptional. The constant cleaning, the food, the safety everything was perfection. Me and the family loved it ever so much. Only downside is possibly the location as it’s a little distant and away from everything however can’t complain because the hotel does have food, shops, drinks, spa, pool, everything you actually need. Thank you so much Ramada. A huge thank you to JULIE for the best massage ever. She was amazing down at the spa. The facility was clean! The massage the Hammam was 10/10. If I come back to Antalya will I ever re visit Ramada? Absolutely! why not! My week went so fast wish I could stay longer Can’t complain so thank you Ramada for your service and experience Mrs and mr khan xx

This is the first time I give a 1 star rating to any hotel. Stay away from this hotel at any cost!! I travel extensively worldwide and have stayed in many hotels and hotel brands over the past 30 years. I must say that Ramada Resort Side is probably my worst experience so far! I now deeply regret staying here, as it was such an unfortunate decision. ​The food hygiene is terrible, and stray cats are everywhere, including the restaurant and main lobby. There is a serious "fly" problem at the level of infestation. Flies are all over the food. Hotel cleanliness is a disgrace. But worst of all, the staff are extremely impolite. You often hear staff commenting, "This is not my hotel; if you do not like it, do not come back." This is a terrible comment that should never be made by any staff member involved in guest relations. ​My complaint to Guest Relations was also handled very lightly, which shows that this toxic culture is deeply ingrained in the hotel's management style. Internet is only available in the lobby which is extremely slow. No internet service in the rooms. You'd need to pay extra for a "fast" internet service...This was such a terrible experience, and I honestly hope I never experience such a bad stay again. It requires a complete mindset and management change to sort things out in this hotel. I have updated my rating to two stars following a visit from the guest relations manager this morning. She was very polite and accommodating. I expressed my concerns directly to her, and she said she would take the necessary actions to improve and address the complaints. This was a clear gesture of goodwill by the management, and I do hope that improvements are made during the following season. Until then, my rating stays at two stars.
