I recently stayed at this so-called all-inclusive 5*hotel, and it was a horrendous experience from start to finish. The food was absolutely terrible. The same low-quality dishes were served every day, and there was a disgusting fly infestation in the dining area. The beans were watered down, the vegetables were dense and clearly frozen, and the desserts always felt old and reused. Customer service was equally appalling. I requested a room change due to my nephew's allergies, because it had a horrible stench that no amount of cleaning could fix. There was heavy limescale around the sink in the lower-level and same level rooms from the main reception. When I tried to address these issues, I was told to come back the next day because there was no management available, yet I saw management lingering around throughout the day and evening. The staff exhibited a shocking lack of proper etiquette, especially towards people of color. They were extremely rude and made us feel unwelcome, relegating us to the less desirable rooms on the bottom floors. The hotel was full of British guests who lacked basic hygiene, and there were no hotel toiletries provided, so make sure to bring your own. Cleaning is just as bad, seems to be spray cleaned and no change for bedding or actual cleaning of bathrooms. The location of the hotel is also terrible, far from any central attractions. It cost me over £110 to visit Land of Legends and an additional £83 to enter the theme park and other site areas cos nearly just as much to visit by car. Despite having access to all-inclusive food, we were forced to eat out everyday due to the poor quality of the meals provided. The pool was a hygiene nightmare, adding to the overall unpleasantness of our stay. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Save your money and stay elsewhere. To add also cost of basics in turkey have skyrocketed, jet skies for £80, 15 minutes for each individual is humourless joke!

Ramada Resort Side in Turkey offers a mixed experience with several highlights and some drawbacks. The rooms are notably clean and well-maintained, with attentive cleaning staff ensuring comfort during your stay. However, there were issues with the cooling system in one room, leading to spoiled milk—a disappointing inconvenience. Additionally, while the resort boasts various amenities, including a stocked minibar and diverse food options, the on-site shop prices are exorbitant, with a can of Red Bull priced at an eye-watering 3 euros. The staff members present a mixed bag, with some demonstrating exceptional service while others seem less accommodating. Notably, Urdu, responsible for entertainment, stands out for his exceptional hosting skills, particularly during dart games. The pool area impresses with its cleanliness and ample sunbeds, complemented by a private beach accessible via a convenient shuttle service. Dining options are plentiful, with a wide array of delicious food choices, including an impressive selection of cakes. The resort bar is well-stocked, offering a variety of drinks and cocktails to suit all tastes. For families, the children's swimming pool with slides provides ample entertainment. However, the main drawback lies in the sound insulation of the rooms. Thin walls make it challenging to sleep peacefully, especially when neighboring rooms are noisy. Despite this issue, overall, the experience at Ramada Resort Side is positive, with many enjoyable amenities and activities.

Good, clean room. Sheets changed, room cleaned, fridge stocked up every day. Great food, lots of choice, freshly prepared (mostly) and hot. The beach is just a 10 min walk away and there's a regular hotel-provided shuttle service as well. The all-inclusive drinks are absolutely hopeless, the beer (Efes) is good though. The big let-down are the staff at reception - they are meant to be the face of the hotel, the first group of people you interact with as you enter a hotel, but pretty much all of them here are rude, appear to have no training in customer service and look like they'd rather be anywhere else but there. The staff in the restaurant and the bars were friendly though. Does the hotel deserve it's 4 stat rating. Nope. Would I come back? Nah.

Just coming back from the hotel after 7 days in total not bad bud there’s a lot problems firstly. room not clean properly floor never been cleaned mirrors never cleaned 2 time forgot to bring toilet paper and give us a new towels in the room. Staff i will say they are not rude bud never says anything you just come ask what u need they five to you that’s all no human they act like robots. Hotel very under staffed one person working in the kitchen at afternoon at the bar and in the night in the kitchen cleaning so bar allways one person so queue all time. You have dinner at 7 or 8 pm then you go to podium animation the bar closed open after 9 pm now where take a cold drink or anything this totally wrong. Animation is okay for kids same evry day Sunday no animation day off. Food very bad evry day same food no taste all feel same in the restaurant no AC very bad plus flys evry where on the food only plus is grill outside thats all. Pools great nice temperature just amazing. Can’t say bad word . Beach wonderful bar food excellent better food on the beach then actually in the restaurant better staff quality very happy. Come at hotel at 1pm the person who take your suitcases in the room waiting for a money i didn’t have change give him 20 euros this not very nice after all travel tired and stading like post in the room waiting for money . One day British person had fight with wife very bad she was screaming so badly at 2 pm night the next day he is still in the hotel just asking my self why he should be out of the hotel as security of the other people thats was been a very bad experience then next day he was been sitting at lobby bar totally drunk screaming at people one do anything this very disappointed me . In total to say not bad bud never come back the money we spent not worth this hotel.

Not a 5 star hotel. Staff work hard probably underpaid for what they do which would explain why they all look so miserable WiFi slow unless you pay for better WiFi.they overbook rooms so you don't get what you paid for. Fizz beach bar is not part of all inclusive. Live entertainment for kids is terrible would not recommend if you are going with children
