Great hotel. Extremely clean. Great staff. Very friendly people. Only thing negative was the food. Very bland, same food everyday, odd variation. Not all food labelled. They really didn't cater for people with allergies eg not allergy gluten-free vegans vegetarians. Not a very good hotel for all inclusive if you have the above limitations like we did. They were extremely rude while you were eating they would just remove the food from the serving tables and switch off half the light in the restaurant not thinking twice for the guests . Also no ice cream and jelly for kids at all!!!!

Good : Most of the staff are friendly, lunch and dinner have a good variety. Very nice pool. Good shops on site.
Bad : Air conditioner in the room didn't work. The beds are very hard and the balcony didn't lock properly. Breakfast is just a variety of different types of egg.
Ugly : Our room was just off the foyer which was excessively loud until 2-3 in the morning. (Video Attached, this was inside our room with the door closed)
Supposedly a superior room, whatever the difference is. Probably wouldn't return, glad I only paid £200 for the week.

Stayed here mid March, out of season, which was a notable point to as to why it was 4 star, for us it worked fine, however there was drawbacks such as the water slides only being open 2 hours per day, if they feel the weather is good enough, and the private beach being fully closed out of summer periods. All other aspects of the stay were good, nice food, found the drinks weren’t as nice as I’d have liked but not much a problem
Kid friendly, has a games room and multiple pools
There is a kebab shop a 10-15 min walk down the road called Tutku and it’s just round the corner from the Eren supermarket.

Good points- cheap hotel the staff where very friendly our room was cleaned Daily, drinks fridge in room constantly restocked. Great little shops in the hotel. Amazing Turkish bath and massage
Bad points- The food wasn't nice. Some of the clientele the hotel attracts wasn't great at all for most of our stay it was the same people getting completely drunk and really loud and swearing constantly. The hotel attracts alot of German tourists and I feel they cater more for them on the food and most of them where very rude. You can hear everything in your rooms so neighbour's arguing and kids running riot you can hear it all.
Would I come back probably not but that's just purely on the clientele it attracts

Lovely hotel, fantastic staff (although reception could be friendlier). Good location, so quick and easy to walk to the beach where the staff are even better, the sea is great, few rocks but water is clear and doesn't get too deep. Buses run straight from the hotel to side old town which is a lovely afternoon out.
Rooms nice and clean, would appreciate a English channel on the TV other than BBC news.
Only downside is the food and drink options (went out of season so didn't experience ala carte restaurant). Me and my partner were sick once each on separate occasions. Stuck to soup and salad most days which was safe.
