We were there for 5 nights. Amazing stay and all round amazing hotel. Behlul on reception helped with all our queries even though his English was not great. All the staff were friendly and I will definitely be visiting again.

Amazing hotel and staff. Has every amenity you could think of and the staff are always very helpful. Hasan Karaöz running the juice bar was so lovely and friendly, his smoothies are great and we really enjoyed speaking with him! The food was amazing, even hotel staff cleaned our room everyday with fresh water bottles daily and shampoo/conditioner/shower gel etc. Hotel has it's own free shuttle bus service to the beach with an area of sun loungers. Muattar was super friendly. We really enjoyed the painting activity as it was my first time. Such a beautiful place and people, we will recommend to everyone!!

I’m staying at this hotel now and I’m really enjoying it. Beautiful hotel, and staff are nice. I especially like that there are bath robes in the room. There are also cloth napkins on the tables for dinner. Plenty of options for both vegetarians and meat eaters. There are chairs in the room and on the balcony. I liked the morning gymnastics program. I like how the hotel does not use plastic forks or styrofoam. I recommend the hotel.

When we got to the hotel everything was messed up no proper rooms were allocated according to our booking .. the weather was hot and the aircons were not working when spoken to the reception and guest relation they said this was the management decision how can the aircons not be functioning when it's 24°c and that they are in winter mode , it was very uncomfortable to sleep and we had our kid who was just 2 year old. Food was OK but not that great. Room service was not that great as they use to not put back what is required to done were in we were 3 and they use to only keep back just 2 fresh towels. Overall it was very disappointing when it came to stay and expectations and for how much you paid for ..

Great hotel to stay at, beds are very comfy and rooms are nice and cosy. Only issue was that even though I had all inclusive deal, the food area was shut at night for 1 hour. On our first night we arrived late therefore we got hungry at that time. M Kemal (reception) was very polite and helpful and walked us to the kitchens and spoke to the chefs and we managed to eat. On another occasion, we were unable to find the pool bar restaurant, and asked the reception staff who spoke little English, and we were going back and forth hungrily which was very frustrating. Again, M.Kemal stepped in (even though his shift had finished 10 mins ago) and walked us to the restaurant. I found him to be very professional and I will be recommending this hotel to all. If English, ask for him as he speaks very good English and is always happy to help. Also there is a lady who is very very polite and helpful, her name is Sila. Also Hassan who is at reception was very helpful. Overall a great stay 😊
