🌟 A Truly Unforgettable Stay! 🌟 From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the warm hospitality and attention to detail at this hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, greeting me with genuine smiles and offering help with everything from check-in to local recommendations. The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and felt like a perfect blend of comfort and luxury. Every detail—from the plush bedding to the thoughtful amenities—made me feel pampered. The view from my window was absolutely stunning, and waking up to it each morning was a highlight of my stay. The facilities are top-notch: the gym was well-equipped, the pool area was immaculate and relaxing, and the dining options were outstanding. Breakfast was a feast with so much variety, and every meal I had was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. What impressed me most was the level of service. Every staff member I encountered seemed genuinely dedicated to making my experience exceptional. It’s rare to find a place where you feel both completely at home and completely spoiled—but this hotel managed to do exactly that. I can honestly say this was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Whether you’re visiting for business, a romantic getaway, or just to relax, this hotel is a gem. To start with welcoming. There was a man at the reception, who is from Afghanistan, now living in Turkey, so he told me that will move us to other hotel, because they did not have room for us. I didn't agree to that, but he continued insisting that will send us to other hotel. Very polite! Don't you think so? I had few words with guest relation man and the matter was settled. For this attitude I reduce 2 stars! Rooms and bathroom are worn out and need renovation. Food in the restaurant is good, but nothing special, everyday cooked food and grilled chicken or turkey/one day was seafood/. For a la cart restaurant, you have to pay ?Beach area is good, but next to it is a river, joining the sea and brings cold water to it ! Will not be coming again to this hotel.

From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome with their warm and friendly attitude. They went out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed and were always happy to help with any questions. The atmosphere was genuinely inviting, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The beds were exceptionally comfortable – I had some of the best nights of sleep during my stay. Everything was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully prepared. I truly had a wonderful experience and would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and pleasant stay

My sister and I really liked our stay at Castival hotel. Their staff is very polite yet professional. The whole hotel and the rooms were immaculately clean all the time. Even on the buffet table and hall, there was always someone cleaning the spilled liquids or food. I never saw even one table that had a stain on it because that is how quickly their staff would change it. Food was fantastic, numerous options and they change menu every day. There is cafe , Lobby bar ,ice cream and waffle dessert 3 pm to 5 pm and pool side snack and drinks bar ,all part of all inclusive deal if you get that. They arrange entertainment show almost every night and beach is not that far away within 5 min walk or 2 min via shuttle ( if you want to go to the hotel's designated beach loungers). My only feedback to improve is: Rooms can improve a little bit more with bigger and smart TVs instead of old small ones. For kids with families, there are two pools ,separate kids pool ,water slides, ice cream and fresh made waffles time 3 to 5 pm, kids club, and of course the beach ⛱️. For adults like us , apart from the hotel itself, there are shopping and market areas near by . We booked activities like pirate boat trip , Turkish hammam and we were happy with both! Overall it was a great trip and Castival hotel made a huge part of it and we will definitely book this place again. (ps : we booked via Loveholidays)

5/5 – A Fantastic Stay at Castival Hotel! I had an absolutely wonderful time at Castival Hotel in Turkey! From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable — the staff were warm, attentive, and always willing to help with a smile. The hotel itself is stunning, with modern, clean rooms and beautiful decor that feels both luxurious and comfortable. The food was a real highlight — a huge variety at every meal, with fresh ingredients and delicious local and international dishes. The pool area was pristine and relaxing, and the beach was just a short walk away with crystal-clear water and plenty of loungers. There were also plenty of activities and entertainment options, perfect for both families and couples. The atmosphere throughout the hotel was peaceful yet vibrant, and everything was kept spotless.
