My sister and I really liked our stay at Castival hotel. Their staff is very polite yet professional. The whole hotel and the rooms were immaculately clean all the time. Even on the buffet table and hall, there was always someone cleaning the spilled liquids or food. I never saw even one table that had a stain on it because that is how quickly their staff would change it. Food was fantastic, numerous options and they change menu every day. There is cafe , Lobby bar ,ice cream and waffle dessert 3 pm to 5 pm and pool side snack and drinks bar ,all part of all inclusive deal if you get that. They arrange entertainment show almost every night and beach is not that far away within 5 min walk or 2 min via shuttle ( if you want to go to the hotel's designated beach loungers). My only feedback to improve is: Rooms can improve a little bit more with bigger and smart TVs instead of old small ones. For kids with families, there are two pools ,separate kids pool ,water slides, ice cream and fresh made waffles time 3 to 5 pm, kids club, and of course the beach ⛱️. For adults like us , apart from the hotel itself, there are shopping and market areas near by . We booked activities like pirate boat trip , Turkish hammam and we were happy with both! Overall it was a great trip and Castival hotel made a huge part of it and we will definitely book this place again. (ps : we booked via Loveholidays)

5/5 – A Fantastic Stay at Castival Hotel! I had an absolutely wonderful time at Castival Hotel in Turkey! From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable — the staff were warm, attentive, and always willing to help with a smile. The hotel itself is stunning, with modern, clean rooms and beautiful decor that feels both luxurious and comfortable. The food was a real highlight — a huge variety at every meal, with fresh ingredients and delicious local and international dishes. The pool area was pristine and relaxing, and the beach was just a short walk away with crystal-clear water and plenty of loungers. There were also plenty of activities and entertainment options, perfect for both families and couples. The atmosphere throughout the hotel was peaceful yet vibrant, and everything was kept spotless.

The location is great, very close to the beach (a shuttle goes there every 10 minutes and takes only about 2 minutes). The beach bar was renovated recently and looks amazing, the vibes are great there. The staff is friendly and all of the hotel facilities are maintained and clean. The rooms are clean and nice and cleaned daily and the towels switched as well, they even provide pool/beach towels which can be changed every day if wanted. I don‘t have anything to criticize actually, and enjoyed the whole stay, especially for this good price!

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Castival in Side, Turkey. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean. Getting to the beach was easy thanks to the little shuttle car that kept going back and forth between the hotel and the beach all the time. (Ding dong :) ) The evening entertainment program was great and there was always something to watch or do. The food was amazing — there was such a huge variety that everyone could find something they liked. Our kids especially loved the ice cream! We also absolutely loved the hotel café — the coffee was excellent, and the little cakes they served with it were just delicious. A special thanks to the employee named Sila — she was very kind and always made sure we were happy and had everything we needed. We would definitely recommend this hotel

Fabulous hotel, staff very helpful. Guest relations lady Muattar was very helpful and always smiling saying hello. Big thank you to Mustafa at reception very helpful and polite went out of his to help me. Food was great plenty of choice what you normally expect at buffet. Pool bar was my favourite and had lunch at the pool bar instead of restaurant as the pizza are very good. Rooms are very clear and spacious the lady who cleans very nice person left a good tip as they don't get much. Had a great holiday.
