The location is great, very close to the beach (a shuttle goes there every 10 minutes and takes only about 2 minutes). The beach bar was renovated recently and looks amazing, the vibes are great there. The staff is friendly and all of the hotel facilities are maintained and clean. The rooms are clean and nice and cleaned daily and the towels switched as well, they even provide pool/beach towels which can be changed every day if wanted. I don‘t have anything to criticize actually, and enjoyed the whole stay, especially for this good price!

The hotel’s territory was clean and well-maintained, which I appreciated. However, the service left much to be desired. It seemed that the staff prioritized German guests, possibly because they received tips from them. For example, I only realized on my last day that waiters in the main restaurant could bring drinks to the table, as I had only seen them offer this service to German guests. At the pool bar, the staff was unfriendly; they even gave the pizza I ordered to German guests and continued conversing with them, ignoring me. Additionally, the hotel staff approached guests in the lobby late at night, encouraging them to quickly leave positive reviews on Google, which might explain the high ratings.

We had the pleasure of staying at the beautiful five-star Castival Hotel in Side, and it was truly a wonderful experience. The hotel offers a wide range of entertainment options, excellent food, a fantastic swimming pool, and attentive, friendly staff. During our stay, we had the opportunity to meet Simon from Guest Relations, who was incredibly helpful. We needed to contact our airline to make changes to our flight, and she kindly allowed us to use her phone and assisted us with the call. Thanks to her support, we were able to successfully rearrange our travel plans. If you’re staying at Castival Hotel and need any assistance during your holiday, Simon is the person to go to—her professionalism and willingness to help made a real difference to our stay.

Fabulous hotel, staff very helpful. Guest relations lady Muattar was very helpful and always smiling saying hello. Big thank you to Mustafa at reception very helpful and polite went out of his to help me. Food was great plenty of choice what you normally expect at buffet. Pool bar was my favourite and had lunch at the pool bar instead of restaurant as the pizza are very good. Rooms are very clear and spacious the lady who cleans very nice person left a good tip as they don't get much. Had a great holiday.

Nice hotel & facilities- they have everything that you’d need or want on site. Helpful, friendly staff- always cheerful and willing to help. Close to beach with a shuttle service and snack bar on the beach. Eda- guest relations was helpful. Altogether, great trip & would visit again😊
