Our room was very comfortable with all you could need for a nice time. Every day the towels were changed and refreshments refilled every day too. Angelika for guest relations was most helpful, with advice on information and bookings and was always ready to help us. The restaurant staff were helpful and polite and there was a good variety of food on offer.

Beautiful hotel with lovely food. Beach bar is great on a sandy beach with good food choices. Patisserie is amazing and you can go as much as you like, lovely cheesecakes and gateau, coffee and fruit juices. Beautiful decor inside or you can eat outside. The staff are very friendly and helpful and thanks to Angelika from guest relation department.

I was in the middle of September, for 7 nights. the temperature outside was extremely pleasant, around 30 degrees Celsius, and the sea water was 28 degrees Celsius. For those who are more comfortable, the hotel offers a generous complex of swimming pools, with a maximum depth of 1.40m, as well as 4 low-height water slides. To get to the beach and the sea, you either have to walk about 200m on a paved path or wait for the hotel's electric car that makes the transfer on this route; this will leave you at the end of the footbridge over the river, where you have the opportunity to meet and feed the turtles, and after a short 50m walk, you will reach the hotel's private beach: you can choose between a deckchair (advice: don't be late) or directly on the sand because there is quite a lot of room. If you are fond of water sports, you have a location right next to you that offers different activities. The food was very tasty, plenty and very diversified; the place is kept very clean and the personnel is very friendly and always smiling.

The hotel is very good. The staff members are always available for any questions and very friendly, especially Muattar, she is very friendly and helped us with any questions, she is very cute. The rooms are cleaned everyday and the food is delicious! The beach is not too far away and we can go by foot (5 minutes).

I spent 10 nights in this hotel. I was very satisfied. The staff is friendly and kind, the room is nice and clean, the food is very good with big choice. The beach have big canopies what provide good shadow. The beach have good beach bar with drinks and food. Hotel pools are also clean with good pool bar. Only one thing i didn't like. That is very big noise from stage area between 21:30 and 23:30, because every evening party. We had room with see view and that room watch on pool and stage area and if you like to go to sleep earlier it is impossible because very big noise, like on concert. I can understand that, because people's like party, but if you don't like, better is take room on opposite side. View probably isn't soo good, but noise is less. Overall i am very satisfied with this hotel.
