You will get more than what you are paying for, I found everything is going well, good services, delicious food, breakfast and dinner meals are great with plenty of choices while lunch meals need some improvement, also there are not much choices for vegetarians. Pools are clean and slides are working well, beach is not too far and there’s free electric car shuttles to the beach, entertainment programs are passable but not great, I liked the evening programs in the lobby especially the show from maestro Murat. The area is full of shops selling fake clothes also you can find some genuine brands around. Towels inside the room are old and need to be replaced soonest possible. Also I think they have to put tissues on the table inside the rooms. In general if they pay attention to some small details it will be perfect.

5+ stars, we have been to Castival Hotel last week and I already miss it. We had an amazing time as a family of four adults and one child. Everyone of us had so much fun and lots of things to do and experience during our stay at Castival. It was not very crowded, we would always find sunbeds by the pool and by the beach early in the morning. The food was diverse and delicious, but I personally love Turkish food so it was such a blast to find such a good selection of traditional cuisine and desserts every day. The staff was amazing, very helpful and friendly with a smile on their face everytime, and the entertainment team would create such a great atmosphere with their performances during day and evenings. My daughter enjoyed the kids club activities and the mini disco that took place every evening. We have also enjoyed the Mexican night and the other live shows and also the piano shows that took place in the lobby. If we were to choose Side for our destination again I would definitely go back to Castival Hotel.

Terrible! The service is sometimes a real disaster. The hotel itself is run-down and the food really isn't that good. We also chose the hotel because of the positive reviews and were more than disappointed. There were problems with everything and it was no longer possible to book the late check-out, although it was announced several times on our part. There are only russian guests in the hotel, which wouldn't normally be a problem if they could behave themselves. They are very rude, push their way in and throw away so much food. Better save your money and take a better hotel in the area. The location of the hotel was the only positive thing because it is centrally located.

The hotel Was amazing, it’s worth the money. The food was delicious and the services was so nice. This is the second time I’ve been in this hotel and definitely recommend this beautiful hotel. Thank you Angelica for answering our questions and asking us if everything was ok!

We went to this particular hotel for the first time. My personal opinion about this hotel overall is positive. However, it was some small issues with the some member of staff, especially with the woman who cookes the turkish national dish on the beach during the day. Moreover, she always tried to finish her work earlier than she should be and sometimes tried to refuse in disrespectful way. But all other aspects of the hotel is amazing: rooms, other members of staff, restaurant, bar. Overall, it is a good place to go.
