We stayed at this hotel last year and we were surprised by its size and facilities. The food was very good, we found a lot of variety, the staff was very polite except for one guy who was at the beach bar, but it is understandable because they have a lot of work. They speak little English but for me that is secondary. The entertainment was very good. I would definitely stay at this hotel again, although a gym upgrade would be quite good. In terms of quality and price, it is quite good in my opinion. My daughter really enjoyed the water park.

We stayed at the resort for a week in July and overall we were satisfied with what it has to offer. The only downside is that due to the huge number of guests, it was a real struggle to find a free table inside the main restaurant. Otherwise the overall experience was satisfactory.

Came here with family, there is lots to do for the children and the adults. There is a great animation team, that hold activities all day and good evening shows- the best hotel club night I have been to. Drinks are good , and food is very good. The hotel is very clean, pools are very clean, and cleaned daily- the service is fast with friendly accommodating staff.

Nice resort, big and spacious service access. The food is good but the dishes and other kitchen accessories are not in good condition. There is a lack of communication in reception and staff. The service in pools and on the beach is really horrible and you should be careful not to lose your personal things. The room service is not very good if you don't give tips. In general they are happy to receive tips but don't give a good treat after the tip.

Decent hotel. Rooms are a little small for a family of 4 but we managed for 10 days. My daughter had to sleep on a sofa though.
Beds are awfully hard.
The aircon turns itself off and only goes to 22 °
The food is pretty good though, plenty of places to eat. If you go for more than a week it will become fairly repetitive. The main dinner hall has no organization and it's just a huge free for all with people filling as many plates as they can carry!
The cleaners expect a tip every time they clean your room. If you tip them, they will make towel art in your room. If you don't tip them, you get a basic treatment of your bed made.
Some of the bar staff are fairly ignorant but others are lovely. It just depends on what bar you go to.
It's a bit of a walk if you want to go to any shops too. I got charged 8 Euros for a taxi back from town. Fairly expensive to say it took around 3 minutes to drive.
Overall decent hotel. I'd book again but I wouldn't stay for any longer than a week.
