Very good hotel, food with a large selection everything is very tasty, swimming pools clean rooms are cleaned every day, there are two water parks for children and adults. 2 friends we came to that hotel: the rooms are good and clean. Animation in the amphitheater and the shows are perfect. Lots of pools and bars and they are clean. Flexibility in terms of bars and snack bars. Localization is also good and you can make shopping easily. Thanks a lot for all.

I could not recommend this hotel enough!!! Absolutely amazing location first of all, waking up in the mornings with a beautiful view of the sun over the sea with palm trees felt like a dream. The rooms are VERY clean, they are cleaned daily by lovely housekeeping ladies. All of the staff are very nice and helpful, most don't speak English but google translate helped with that issue. After all, it's their country. The bar staff are all amazing, the drinks are very very strong. We were used to weak drinks from other hotel experiences so we asked for doubles here, turns out our double is their single!! There is a very large selection of food, the main restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. However, there are multiple other places that serve food all day. There's guaranteed a place that serves food during the 24hr a day. We cannot fault any of the food, we came with a large group of 11 of us (3 generations lol) and everyone found something that they enjoyed. We really liked the doner and the chicken corner! We had 3 people in our group with highly sensitive stomachs and no one experienced any vomiting or food poisoning or anything of the type. We brought loads of medication with us just in case as we read previous reviews but everything was fine. Most important thing is to not drink tap water! Even when brushing teeth it is important to use bottled water that is supplied daily and cartons of water are available from everywhere around the hotel. Pools are quite cold but they're fine once you're in them. Sea was lovely, very clean and the water was perfect temperature. You could see your feet even when you went far in. Entertainment was great, every evening there was a show at the amphitheatre followed by live music at the pool bar and then a disco until 2am by the beach. Thank you to all of the staff, we will definitely be returning!!

I was worried when I was booking this resort. But not disappointed at all. While we are on day 4 and 4 more days to go, I would recommend this to anyone who wants to experience this all-inclusive. The Kids Club staff are fantastic and accommodating. The lady who is in charge can speak multiple languages, so your child is definitely in good hands, and I would say without a doubt they are the best staff out of all the resorts we have gone to so far. So 10/10 to a Kids club team. Their price is very reasonable so I can understand it's overcrowded sometimes but in hygiene and the Gym on improvement need it and if they can pay more attention. ( no disrespect to the cleaning team without a doubt; they are working hard, and I always respect them, so thank you to all crew involved in this hard work, including the kitchen and restaurant staff ). One thing that surprised me is the multi-faith room, or prayer area, was missing here. If this can be added, then obviously, it can attract those religious personal or group with their practices available at resort. And as a Muslim country, this should be provided for staff and guests.
