We stayed at Oz Side Premium and had a wonderful experience overall. The hotel has a fantastic approach to children – our little one felt welcome everywhere. The rooms are excellent, spacious, modern, and very comfortable. The meals were incredibly rich and varied, with something delicious for everyone. We also appreciated the very clean beach bar, which was always well-maintained. There were just a few things we felt were missing: – It would be great to have more animation or activities in the beach area. – In November, a heated outdoor pool would make a big difference. – We received a summer schedule for meal and bar opening hours, but in reality some of them were changed for the low season, so clearer information would be helpful. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would happily come back! A special thank-you goes to the restaurant manager (I believe he was the manager), who approached us every morning during breakfast and always took a moment to chat with our shy little daughter. It meant so much to her and made her feel seen and valued. And as every parent knows — when your child is happy, you are happy too. We are truly grateful for this kindness and personal touch

First of all, I would like to thank all the kind, very friendly, and polite staff at this hotel, and also congratulate the manager and the owner for having such respectful team members. I stayed at this hotel with my husband and our one year old daughter for one week, and everything was excellent. The environment is very clean, and we received a warm and polite welcome upon arrival. You can request room cleaning daily, and each time, the staff treats you with a smile. All the hotel personnel are well trained, professional, and truly know how to treat families with small children in a way that makes them feel stress free. Everyone was kind to our daughter, and honestly, my husband and I didn’t want our trip to end ،for the first time, we genuinely missed the staff after leaving. I want to be completely honest and tell you that if you’re considering staying at this hotel, you can be at ease about everything. Excellent hospitality, high-quality food, cleanliness, and plenty of entertainment options ، we had a wonderful time and truly hope to see all you amazing people again soon. Thank you again for everything!

I stayed for seven days this November at the Side Premium Hotel, and I’m extremely happy with my choice. The service was warm and attentive, making me feel truly pampered. The food was delicious, and I especially want to highlight the pastry shop — their cakes look straight out of Alice in Wonderland, beautiful both inside and out. The gym and spa were excellent, and the massage I received from a therapist from Bali was absolutely wonderful. The beach was very clean, and the hotel itself felt both cozy and elegant. Highly recommended!

We are two girls from Bulgaria, and this was our second time staying at this hotel — everything was absolutely amazing! We especially loved the beach party and the Oktoberfest event. The food was delicious, and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. We would like to give special thanks to Emre, the F&B assistant, the animation team, the receptionist Kaan, and most of all, the General Manager, whose kindness really impressed us. Even if we had a small issue, it was solved immediately with a smile. Thank you for a wonderful holiday — we’ll definitely be back again! 🇧🇬❤️

I visit the OZ Side Premium Hotel every year in both spring and fall, and I’m always very happy with my stay. The rooms are cozy and comfortable, the food is quite good, and the beach is very close — perfect for a relaxing holiday. Although the prices have increased a bit recently, I still find the value excellent. What really makes this hotel special for me is the friendly and welcoming staff. They always make me feel at home, and that’s why I keep coming back. Staying here truly feels like coming home every time!
