We spent an amazing vacation at this hotel. Everything was wonderful, the rooms are clean and spacious, the cleaning is done daily, the food is tasty and varied, the hotel territory is large and well-kept, the beach is sandy, wonderful for couples with children, the entrance to the sea is gentle. At the guest service there is a young lady named Rodica, she speaks Romanian we being Romanians she was very helpful, always smiling and with a superb energy, ready to help us in anything. A big thank you for all your support during our journey. Near the hotel there are many places for those who want something more diverse, many boutiques with clothes. We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation, we were satisfied with everything and we will return to this hotel again. Thank u Oz hotel , we certainly recommend u !!!

Lovely hotel and staff are amazing we had a corner room overlooking the pool which was superb. Loads of activities every day and night, the beach party is not to be missed . Food good and choice of places to eat is good. Our favourites were beach house and bbq house. About 20 mins away by bus from harbour but there is a shuttle bus outside hotel that takes you there. Loads of malls shops and restaurants beside hotel.

I had an incredible six-day stay at this hotel, and my entire family thoroughly enjoyed the experience and the warm hospitality. We were greeted by the friendly staff who promptly escorted us to our room. The hotel staff were not only welcoming but also highly efficient. Our room was spacious, well-appointed, and extremely comfortable. The location was excellent, and both the rooms and facilities provided a high level of comfort. The hotel offered an all-inclusive package with a variety of breakfast, lunch, and dinner options. The food was outstanding, although I do wish there were more kebabs available for lunch and dinner. Overall, the dining experience was fantastic, and I have no complaints whatsoever. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel for your next travel adventure! I was very satisfied with my stay and look forward to returning for a longer visit in the future. The reception staff were exceptionally helpful, and the entire team at the hotel was incredibly welcoming and supportive throughout our time there.

The hotel is generally very comfortable. Cleaning service is very good. If you need any help or advice you will get it - just ask. Entertainment team is sharing positive vibes during almost whole day within scheduled animations which they provide and also very great interaction with hotel guests. One of the best teams which I will remember. The entertainment programm was giving us great show for every night and day like pool party, disco with DJ, visuals and lasers, dance shows, etc. Everything well organized. Regarding food: you will find everything what you need for every meal. For me it was sufficient at every level. This stay will be remembered for sure and if I would have possibility to visit again Side Premium - for sure I will do it

Good quality to price ratio - you get what you pay for. Bland and generally bad tasting food. Dirty glasses at the restaurant. All 8 of us got food poisoning - we had to take the 3 year old to the hospital - a real pleasure as you can imagine. Rooms were always dirty even after the maid cleaned them. Staff was only polite if you tipped them (and that was their only interest). You get what you payed for - it was among the cheapest hotels there. Location was ok but only because it’s well placed geographically. I would NOT want to repeat the experience.
