Staff at hotel are very friendly, professional and helpful they kept checking if we need anything or we have any issue. Beach was safe to swim.Rooms and all facilities especially pools were always clean. Daily events and beach volley every day, we never got bored. I also found this hotel by recommendation. Great choice for vacations.

Lovely service and very welcoming. Good food selection. I also like the activities they do in the pool each day. I really recommend coming here. The view of the hotel is stunning. Entertainment is good but somedays not as engaging as others. Good selection of shops in the hotel & love the golf cart ride to the beach so you don’t have to walk (even though it’s only 5mins away). Most staff are friendly and fun and make the effort to make conversation.

I would highly recommend this hotel, and especially Metin who looked after us every mealtime and catered for us upon our late evening arrival. An amazing waiter who genuinely cares about people. Brilliant facilities for children with their children’s club, restaurant, beach areas, swimming pools, rooms, decor, staff, evening entertainment, strawberry daiquiris and food!! So much choice and fresh food. We are missing the salads and watermelons!! Thank you for a very pleasurable 8 days family holiday.

Just back after a week staying in this fabulous resort. Firstly ERDAL who works on the entertainment team was amazing. He is so friendly and his laugh is fantastic, he made everyday so special and personal, he bought all guests together and made Darts super fun. What a guy. Secondly the food was good, rooms clean, bar staff and other entertainment team members all welcoming. Pool was a fab temperature and venture down to the beach where you can sit watching the world go by whilst having a fab meal and drinks. Special mention to KEVSER, also made our trip super special. Great staff. Great experience. Highly recommended. Oh and you must do the jeep safari! Blows your mind.

This is the second time we visit this hotel. Nice public areas per usual. This time we unfortunately thought the cleaning was insufficient/bad. We would like to give extra credit to certain people at the hotel who made our experience much better. Filiz at the lobby bar should get a promotion!!! She was at the hotel during both of our stays and she should definitely be the main manager at the lobby bar. She provides absolutely incredible service and is truly a wonderful person. We were happy to see here every day when she worked there. We also want to pay tribute to the waiter Aykut (tall man from the restaurant) who was the best waiter in the whole hotel. You notice that he is a good man, incredibly service-oriented, pleasant and respectful towards all guests. Give him a promotion!
