Wow what a lovely week . The hotel is stunning with a fantastic flowing layout . The 2 duplex bedrooms layout has spoilt us . Worked so well , very modern and very comfy beds . The food was lovely . Staff were very friendly . Fendi is a credit to the hotel . Such a great , friendly happy guy and hard working . Burak, Alex ,Mario entertainment team , waiters, spa and coffee girl were amazing . Loved the darts everyday . Downside - pier not open . We will be back

Some hosts and bartenders at the resort are extremely inappropriate. I was aggressively touched by Burak at an organised event, even though I’m an UNDERAGE girl, which the responsible person was very aware of. After telling a hotel manager, everyone in the hotel knew about it somehow and bombarded me with questions, which made me extremely uncomfortable. I got no apology whatsoever. I was told he got fired in the end but I can’t be sure as there is no trust left for a resort like this.

I love this hotel and we shall be back. It was my first time in Side and we loved it. The hotel is very modern and chic with several places to eat and top spa. Food is important to me and I had seen the reviews for the hotel had been good. I was not disappointed . The food was excellent and always so fresh and the beach restaurant is a must with all the lovely fresh fish. The rooms were so clean and service within the hotel great. We were the only English staying at the hotel at the time of our stay but that really didn't bother us, the staff were so friendly everyone and spoke really good good English. There is even alittle beach buggy that drops you to the beach and collects you- although the beach really is a very short walk from the hotel..... we shall defo be back. Loved it see you next year x

Our very last minute trip turns out to be a real surprise! The hotel is clean, staff is very friendly, the we just watched was pure entertainment and the gym is one of the best I’ve ever experienced here. It could be a little more quiet at night but maybe there are rooms sided away from the center where guests are having party until midnight. Anyways, worth a stay! Even for children, although as an adult you rarely notice them 🤭
