We stayed for a week in a 3 bed swim up room. The hotel itself is very well equipped. The room was brilliant, nice and clean, the house keepers kept the supply of soft drinks topped up all week. The food was good at the hotel, if a little stressful if you went during the busy periods, if you went after the rush it was far more relaxed. We didn’t use the main pool at all, which says a lot about the swim up room pool. The occasions we walked past though, it was very slippy so I suggest pool shoes to try and combat this. Also the flooring in general was very slippy when wet throughout the hotel. The location wasn’t the greatest in terms of getting out and exploring, unless we didn’t venture far enough. We did find a beautiful restaurant on the sea front called Star Beach Club which was extremely good food and value for money. We had a holiday rep looking after us called Sergio, we lost a suitcase and he worked hard to locate and get it returned for us, brilliant service from him. The beach bars on the island seemed quiet, I think these could’ve been utilised better and made to be more inviting, they kept the lights off until people wanted to use the area. We hired a gazebo which was serviced for a day, brilliant service, they kept our drinks topped up and even brought us all lunch which was delicious. Overall it was a nice stay and no real issues at all.

We stayed 10 nights and had 3 rooms Very disappointed for the value of money we paid.Not worth it. Very big hotel ,with too many people.Overcrowded everywhere,Poole,resturant,bar. Staff are good young people but the service they provide is not what you expect. They are tired working long shifts and so many people.They just don't care. One of our children bedroom had a sofa bed instead of a bed. Didn't have even proper pillow,despite trying to resolve it with the hotel ,they never tried to change with a proper bed. They refused and were really unhelpful. Our bedroom had bedbugs,toilets never cleaned 10 days,towels provided were with stains and dirty. Not even to.mention awful beach.To go to the beach you have to walk through the tunnel which smells very bad from the sweage waste of the hotels. The beach has big stones in the water ,that you can't even see as the water is very dirty. We injured ourselves while swimming there in the the first day. We had to book many activities to stay out of the hotel,as couldn't enjoy anything.No pool,no beach no food and drinks. The worst 10 days of my life. Please be aware and do your own search before you book any Eftalia hotels.They are all the same terrible.

BIG UP MR SOCKS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING HE IS!!!! All their staff were 10/10 even the ones who couldn’t speak great English Spotless hotel! Plenty of food around to grab all day! Plenty of drinks 24 hours! So many swimming pools! So many water slides! Upgrading your room at the hotel rather than through your booking online is highly recommended as they give brilliant deals at the hotel itself! This year we did not do excursion, so I can’t comment on these the hotel entertainment of a night time isn’t great, but there’s always the islands where something is going on Every night! There’s so much I could say about this place, but I literally got home a couple of hours ago and could not be bothered to sit and write it all all I can say though is it’s definitely worth going and worth every penny. I can’t wait to go back in 2026!! Ocean you have stole my heart I’ll see you next time I might add there was cats all over the place, but me and my kids love them so we were made up!! Also going off other peoples comments on the food isn’t wise because everybody’s tastebuds are different. There was plenty of it. I can tell you that for free!! Yes, the alcohol you pay for is way stronger than the alcohol on the all-inclusive, but again I’d rather not spend the days drunk on strong alcohol drinks anyway looking after two wild energetic children in the heat that we had but that’s just my preference! The drinks Done me more than enough!

a kid pooped in our pool and management refused to clean it and when they were caught in a lie that they had cleaned it, they would not produce the cctv or the clean test strips to prove it. this went on for four days and by the end of our stay there was /still/ poo in the pool. other than that, room service and restaurant staff were amazing. visit the google store and meet romeo, only redeeming part of this stay

Amazing value – we had such a great time! There's so much to do, with the island nearby as well as everything available at the resort. The schedule for activities is clear, and most things are included. The food on the island was very nice, and the majority of the staff were lovely. I’ve never seen a place cleaned so frequently – as soon as you put your glass down, it’s taken away! The hotel was spotless from top to bottom. The rooms were of a good standard; just be aware that duvets aren’t used – only blankets. Would definitely consider visiting again!
