The food, staff, and hotel have been amazing. The hotel is so clean. There are so many different pools for all the family. Slides for everyone to enjoy. We have seen families, couples, and people on his/her own enjoying the resort. We couldn't recommend this hotel enough. The food caters for as many nationalities as possible. I don't even like slides and enjoyed ourselves, no end. Thank you to all the staff for making our holiday a lifelong memory.

An hour's drive from Antalya Airport if by private transfer.....even longer if on coach due to many stops. Hotel, excellent. Good, fab. Service, brilliant. The whole family loved this place as an ideal relaxation and chill....even the younger ones relaxed instead of running round. The downside.....the walls between rooms are thin. A few nights we didn't sleep well due to over zealous noisy room neighbours ....children AND adults. Banging doors will be clearly heard in your own apartment. But if this happens and a friendly chat does not work, go to the main lobby and speak to a member of staff at the reception desk. Managers policy is that all guests sold be mindful and respectful of neighbours and noise level. The beds are VERY firm too. The oldest child struggled to sleep as the mattress was too hard for him, so we placed many spare large towels and spare bedsheets under the mattress cover which did the trick

You get more than your monies worth here. Great amount of slides, well staffed and nothing is a problem. Food not amazing and spa sales staff are tortures, even bring you in to show you the turkish bath rooms whilst other people are in them which ruins their experience. You have to go to spa every morning to get fresh beach towels so hard to avoid them. Apart from that, very good resort. Top Tip: Big Ben pub just behind hotel shows uk football and serves good food.

Absolutely amazing service, great hotel a nd friendly staff. We enjoyed the outdoor slides and pools, plus the beach. We enjoyed our stay much. Highly recommend

Spent 10 days here with 2 young children. The facilities, the service, the hotel grounds and the size of the hotel is excellent and without fault. The only thing that lets this resort down is the quality of the food. There is a lot of food however very repetitive and very bland. The pizza available at the poolside is different and much better then the pizza at the buffet restaurant. The same meat dishes are repeated every other day. If you cannot get a slot for the a la carte restaurant you're not missing much. Whichever option you pick there is a set menu which is a selection of dishes from the buffet. If you're expecting an all expenses paid all inclusive resort this isn't for you. Fresh orange juice is charged at €2 a glass in the morning, however these same oranges are available at the lunch and dinner buffet just not juiced. The shops inside the resort are all overpriced but that is too be expected there is a Migros convenience store a short walk away where you can get snacks and premium alcohol for the correct prices. There are a few restaurants also a short walk away and you will need to visit these if you are here for over 4 days if you like to eat food that has flavour. We had a swim up room which was bigger than some apartments in London and it was well worth the €130/night that I paid. Very spacious with two sun loungers and the pool was never used but more than 3 rooms at a time, maybe we were lucky. The housekeeping ladies were always very helpful and very polite always gave extra towels, water and soft drinks. The entire resort is spotless with people always cleaning the public areas like the lobby and the ground floor. Didn't see anyone slip or have a fall throughout my stay. The spa is very good value for money. I booked the VIP treatment. This lasted two hours and included the sauna, jacuzzi, a coffee peel scrub, foam bath, full body deep tissue massage, hot stone massage and face mask. A private space for my family so our children were always with us and had use of the jacuzzi, chocolate face mask and foam bath. This was for €150. Yes they did try to sell one more treatment after everything was completed but they are only trying to optimise the opportunity, we politely declined and there was no issue or offence taken. If the food improved drastically I would return. I still feel it was valid for money and we did enjoy it stay and the kids loved the pool in the room and the water slides in the main hotel pools.
