I have just returned from this hotel after an absolutely fantastic holiday with my partner and our 9 year old daughter. We read very mixed reviews before going and I was a bit worried about the negative ones. They couldn't of been more wrong. Everything about the hotel was great and we all had non stop fun for a week. The hotel was immaculate and staff will do anything to help you. The all inclusive food was good in the buffet. A really large selection and choice. My daughter wasn't so keen and mainly ate burgers, pizzas and waffles 🤣. It was her holiday so I was fine with that. I ate mainly local food ..lots of stuffed vegetables. My partner loved the meat selection....one night there was duck or lamb and it was honestly really tasty. Snack bars around the pool have lush pizzas and jacket potatoes but big queues once they open. Ice creams are available near the pool for 2 hours and they're very generic s with them. Some entertainment around the pool bar at night as well as during the day. Best entertainment is on the island

Read reviews before arriving and found many to be an entirely unfair overview. This hotel was amazing. It was clean (staff work round the clock cleaning). Food was nice, nothing spectacular but always something we each liked and enjoyed. Pools were nice although can get very busy. Would be nice if the slides were open the entire time the pools are. Staff were friendly and helpful. Onsite Doctor and shops. Rooms were massively spacious. Would absolutely visit again!

Went with a young family, autistic 6 year old boy and 7 year old girl. As a family, we thought it was great. Variety of different food which can be hit and miss but that’s what we expected. Street food through the day, pizza, waffles, jacket potatoes, nuggets etc which were great. The private beach is a big plus. The pool side and beach side-huts were good to get out the sun with the kids, they were between €20-€30 euros, but are worth it. You can book them in advance ant the pool bars. Overall my kids loved it! Windmill was great company to use for the private transfers, took a couple of hours of transfer duration. There’s lots of activities to keep you entertained within the resort, bear in mind we spent quite of bit £,€ and lira even though it was all inclusive, but did not ruin our visit at all!! We saw a lot of negative social media posts about this place, but deffo exceeded our expectations.

Rooms where nice, asked for room upgrade and was charged £200 gbp and then my friends also upgraded their room to next door and were only charged £100 when questioned reception about this they told me it was just the price system and wouldn’t really give a good explanation. Staff are friendly but can be rude and will not go out of their way to help, I tried to take a empty bowl to the room for my son to make him noodles as he is a fussy eater and was told I am not allowed and if I want a bowl I must go and purchase one myself out of a shop! The staff on the island are much more friendly than the staff in the hotel I would say. It was raining for 2 days while we was there and everything was shut, from the slides to the food stands. Finally on the day of checkout I left my trainers and jacket on the balcony to dry due to it raining the day before and when I went to retrieve my items they had gone. I informed reception and asked if the maid had moved them or placed them into lost property and they couldn’t care less as I was checking out that day they simply said they have no time to check as they have other things to do. The drinks are not very nice I understand sometimes you can pay to get the better alcohols but it was €8 for a single Smirnoff vodka. There are only 4 lifts to the top floor and 2 were broken for the full 10 days I stayed. The food for tea is appalling everyday. Would highly recommended to stay away from this hotel and if you do stay make sure to lock everything away as they will take what they can out of the rooms. Would definitely chose another hotel. Please please don’t make the same mistake I did.

The rooms were spacious and spotless, with a great environment. The buffet was delicious, with a huge variety of options! The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble. The only thing missing is the ATM machine.
