Just looking at the reviews you knew it was going to be big and busy but we thought the place was great especially for children. Food and service was very good. We paid the extra 50 Euros for a pool & sea view and the room was very nice. Would stay again

Hotel, rooms, staff good. Pool and flumes were idea for my boy aged 10. Snack food by the pool was okay. Fine for what it was. Total pool holiday due to weather being over 40C at all time. Hotel huge. Dinner hall is massive and just a rabble of noise. Can seat well over a thousand. Not a relaxing place for a dinner, but fine for us. Read lots of negative reports before going but none which really came to fruition. Food at meals times was fine. Plenty of choice but could be improved with few things like icecream. Although all inclusive, never tried alcoholic drinks so can't comment.

The staff are amazing here and the facilities are great. We upgraded to a swim up room and it was well worth it as I found the pool areas to be very crowded and noisy. Food choices were good. Only problem is that the hotel seems to have a monopoly on the area and prices are higher.

I have just returned from this hotel after an absolutely fantastic holiday with my partner and our 9 year old daughter. We read very mixed reviews before going and I was a bit worried about the negative ones. They couldn't of been more wrong. Everything about the hotel was great and we all had non stop fun for a week.
The hotel was immaculate and staff will do anything to help you. The all inclusive food was good in the buffet. A really large selection and choice. My daughter wasn't so keen and mainly ate burgers, pizzas and waffles 🤣. It was her holiday so I was fine with that. I ate mainly local food ..lots of stuffed vegetables. My partner loved the meat selection....one night there was duck or lamb and it was honestly really tasty. Snack bars around the pool have lush pizzas and jacket potatoes but big queues once they open. Ice creams are available near the pool for 2 hours and they're very generic s with them. Some entertainment around the pool bar at night as well as during the day. Best entertainment is on the island

Its a bit of trek from Antalya airport, we got a private transfer and it was an hour and 40 mins. An entry this place is very impressive, the hotel is huge with very good and modern decor. We got upgraded to a family suite when checking in and was taken up to the room. The room was huge, we had to request another bed however as there was only 4 beds including a double but there was 6 of us, but it wasn't a problem and the staff brought a bed up within minutes. We went down to the restaurant for something to eat. It was like a stampede, just no order whatsoever, people queuing for food only for other people to go up and fill their plate. The food overall was edible but if I had to score it out of 5, it would get a 2 and that's because I am feeling generous. I avoided breakfast completely, no sausages, no bacon, more of a continental breakfast. Anyways back to the room, the room was ok, for a 5 star hotel I would've expected better. The view was excellent though. Our fridge was replenished every day with water, pepsi and fanta. I can't fault the service whatsoever, the staff were brilliant.
Restuarants - Main buffet restuarant is on the bottom floor (Z) open for breakfast and tea. Whilst this is open, burgerland is shut. To book the a la carte restuarants, you need to book the day before you plan to go at the guest relation office, however you can only book these between 9-11am. Get there well before 9, I waited 50 minutes in a queue to book the Italian to be told it was fully booked, ended up going to the steakhouse, which was ok, nothing to write home about. During the day there are street food places to eat from which aren't too bad.
Pool areas - The slides and pools are brilliant, something there for everyone, the kids loved the slides. Around the pools, it was like walking on ice, they have these blue mats around the slide pools but the mats tear your feet apart. I ended up with cuts on my feet, it was like walking on the bottom of a bottle crate. Maybe the hotel could invest in some better mats that are easier on the feet. We invested in pool shoes for the kids, it didn't help. Just take your time around the pools. Make sure you get your sun loungers early otherwise you've no chance of getting one.
On the opposite side of the road, there is Eftalia Island, there are more restuarants, shops, entertainment and water slides over there, however you're sharing this with all the other Eftalia hotels. So again if you plan on going over there to sunbathe around the pools, then get there early. We didn't eat over there so can't comment on the food. There is a Starbucks on the Island. The beach is also on the Island, be careful when entering the sea, the first 10 yards you're walking on rocks and shells, mainly broken shells. Be mindful that you're not allowed to go to the other hotels, So if you're in Ocean, you can't go to Marin or Aqua and vice versa.
With the drinks, anything local is free, anything imported like Pink Gin is charged at €7. To be honest, it's quite expensive in and around the hotel, we charged €5 for a can of Fanta. There are restuarants outside the hotel grounds, but I would recommend having a walk up during the day to book a table, expect to a pay a deposit but you'll get that back or taken off the bill.
If you're lucky enough to be there on a Sunday, make sure to go to the Market. That was an experience.
Overall, it was a good hotel, the only thing that let it down really was the food. I always ask myself if I would go back and the answer is yes, but only with the kids. This is definitely a family hotel. I would also suggest the hotel has a smoking ban around the childrens area. People smoking around the kids pool and play ground isn't good for the kiddies.
