I went to this beautiful hotel for a few days last week as I didn't want to be in work for my birthday. The journey from Antalya airport was in a minibus driven by Fangio but we just were transferred from the airport to the hotel. Reception at the main block is on the right when you come through the door. Fabulous staff make check-in smooth & the lifts take you up to beautiful curved corridors & rooms. I had a 1st floor sea view room with a balcony which was nice. I was quite close to the pool bar area though. The curtains didn't cover the window completely which was slightly odd. I had a triple room which consisted of a double & a single bed. A small wooden sofa which I moved to easier watch the TV. 4 lifts means you don't wait too long & the evening meal was still available despite my arriving quite late. Reception is on the ground floor with other features such as food outlets & the restaurant is on the lower ground floor which gives you access to the pool & water park areas. Spa gives you towels on a daily basis which is nice. Walking past the pool bar & then left gets you to a subway which takes you to the island area (mainly closed when I was there, so seasonal). Beach is clean with free sunbeds & cushions. A covered area at the back for more shaded resting. A wave break makes for a calm sea experience. Rocky seafloor but those are smooth. Good sea swimming possible. I had a plan to get into Alanya but there's no regular bus apart from a Dolmus. The transfer to Alanya might be too far from the airport so this place is well placed. I'd take my son here as he could eat well & he would enjoy the pools. Length swimming might be more practical at the maritim place next door. A fabulous place, a touch isolated though outside of excursions. Cupcake & drink provided on transfer to hotel which was nice.

One of the worst places I have ever been. Me , husband and children really wanted to go home after a couple of days. The jet 2 staff (2 guys) have a side business going with the reception staff of the hotel. They book things separately and split the money with the reception manager. They take advantage of people. I didn’t book my actually holiday with jet 2 but they all work together to try and persuade you and I fell for it. Took my money for an excursion and when I got to the excursion it was unpaid only booked for our name. The only thing they did was drop us off in the transfer and on the way back NO COLLECTION. I rang the hotel and they said catch a taxi (cost us £110 In English money) which I did and when I rang 3 more times after that whilst in the taxi I put it on speaker and asked the driver to translate and muted them. Thank you to the taxi driver for translating what he said “the jet 2 and reception manager, were laughing at us” I did some more digging and found out. The jet2 guys have a side business going with the reception staff of the hotel. They book things separately and split the money with the reception manager. The taxi man advised us to report to the hotel customer service manager and he was just useless. All he kept saying was go home and complain to jet 2 and he will deal with his reception manager. It’s overpriced hotel. They food all taste the same and it makes your stomach bad. the only thing decent was fruit. One night a male waiter was arguing with a women on holiday. All we heard was him shouting and her saying in English “wowwwww”. I went to see her after and asked if she was okay “ turns out he took her husband plate and he wasn’t finished with it so she asked for it back and he got embarrassed” I can go on and on. Eftali hotels are terrible. The staff are con artists. The pools were closed for a few days each time because disgusting people were pooing in the pool. What that hotel did to our family was horrible, let me include they were aware that my son is disabled but they still made us all suffer. Me and husband got into the worst arguement because of this holiday and that spoilt the mood more. when we returned from holiday we were relieved and we’ve decided to stay in the UK this coming year for our summer holiday despite going abroad every year. Eftalia hotel has traumatised me and I don’t trust foreign policies and laws anymore. grateful to be in the UK despite. God is good 👍

Not 5 star compared to other 5 star hotels I've stayed in in Turkey. Looks like a 5 star hotel but falls short when considering quality of food and dinning experience. Staff were on the whole friendly and helpful but no waiters for drinks. This resulted in large ques at the bar. But very clean with nice pool and water slides.

Foodwise it is what you would expect from an all inclusive, plenty of variety but seems to get very repetitive after a couple of days. Tastewise it ain't the best Variety of different pastries/cakes available daily at lunch and dinner times Lunchtime it's much easier to find a table and clean cutlery, as alot of the guests be around the pools or at the Island. Dinner time can get very mayhem finding a table or clean cutlery, so mainly went down for dinner after 8pm Cleaners always stocked up the fridge with water and soft drinks daily, fresh towels and bed made daily, the beds was quite uncomfortable to sleep on though Did end up getting a bug for 24hrs, as a number of other guests i spoke to mentioned the same 24//48 hrs bug, which definitely wasn't a pleasant experience Walking down to the Island, using the underpass/subway was a horrendous smell/ stench daily, which nearly makes you vomit Also if you want any snacks, my advice is walk to Migros, which is literally a ten minute walk from the hotel, as the hotel shop is extortionate, My ultra all inclusive fell far short in my opinion, was suprised for how many items you have to pay for extra

While the hotel presents a welcoming atmosphere and the staff are consistently courteous, several aspects of the stay fell short of expectations. Although the pool area is maintained to a high standard of cleanliness, I was disappointed by the restrictive policy regarding ice cream availability. Despite having paid for an all-inclusive package, complimentary ice cream was only offered between 12 p.m. and 2 p.m., which I found unnecessarily limited and not in keeping with the expectations of an all-inclusive experience. This policy detracted from the overall value of the stay, particularly for families.
