I am recommending Florida Spirit Vacation to my friends and family. The entire experience from check in to the day I left the home was fantastic. I was very impressed with how clean the vacation home was and how well stocked it was, from extra garbage bags to laundry towels, we didn't have to pick up any extra supplies and we were a family of 7. All of the appliances worked without issue, which unfortunately hasn't been my experience with other vacation homes. I also appreciated how easy check out was. There wasn't this huge checklist of tasks that needed to be taken care of prior to leaving. I will definitely be booking with Florida Spirit Vacation Homes in the future.

OH My Gosh!!!! I loved my stay at Florida Spirit Vacation homes... I had a great stay. We checked into our home and was greeting with a few items one being wine (I don't drink but, it was a nice gesture)!! The house was perfect enough for my crew and few. Each girl had their own room and bathroom and was comfortable enough for everyone. the kitchen was even equipped for me to cook each night and I did for 2 out of the 3 of them. The KIDS LOVED the pool and lets not forget the pool area at the club house. It was nice and relaxing... we enjoyed it and will def be back later THIS year for another stay. Cant beat having a space to be comfortable in and being able to see the "area" and then relax. Well be back for sure!

Dirty, disgusting, damaged, mice infested rental that we complained about from the moment we checked in…. We left early and then were billed for a broken tv!!! Their Maintence man even confirmed upon his first visit the night we checked in that there had been a wild party the prior stay…. Try evolve rentals…. Gwen saved our vacation!!

Home was great; super clean with plenty of space. Theater room was fantastic. Kitchen lacked some basic cookware (no pizza cutter, no 9x13 pan, no serving bowls, etc), but we borrowed from a neighbor and made it work. We paid for pool heat and by Day 3 the pool was still ice cold. I sent a text about it and they promptly fixed the situation and reimbursed the full payment for the pool heat. We visited both the Oasis Pool and the pool with water slides 1/2 block away which were both very nice. Gated community felt very secure.
