I stayed at the BW Phuket Ocean Resort for 2 weeks with my mother, and I was truly delighted with our experience. What really stood out to me was the incredible warmth of the staff. Every morning, Su and June welcomed us with genuine smiles and such attentive service. Their kindness and professionalism made each breakfast feel enjoyable. I also want to thank Yu whose constant smile and helpful attitude brought such a positive energy every time we crossed paths. The hotel itself was clean, well located, and the breakfast, though simple, was perfectly satisfying. If I could make one small suggestion, it would be to diversify the dinner options a bit more. In addition, be aware that there are quite a few stairs throughout the property, something to keep in mind if you have mobility concerns. Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel !

Exceeded my expectations! Value for Money! Great breakfast, super clean rooms and superb shower! Room was facing the road but I can barely hear any road noise! All staff are nice, lobby has a drink dispenser for guests and lastly location is perfect whether you want to go Rawai or Bang Tao direction.

A great property near Phuket’s beautiful yet less crowded Karon beach. Booked a hotel near Karon beach as Patong beach is usually very crowded. Wouldn’t recommend the place for people using wheelchairs as the property has a whole lot of stairs. They have 2 - 3 pools along with restaurant. Breakfast at the restaurant was decent but very limited choices for a buffet. They offer towels to use the beach which have to be returned. They give out a ticket or token which can be used to get a towel. The coffee machine in the reception is a very nice addition. I had a hot chocolate after every time I went to the beach or the pool which was comforting. The hotel has a good view of Karon beach.

We stayed here for a week in Feb 2025 and had a wonderful time. The hotel is clean and cosy, has a convenient location close to the beach and the centre of Karon. Its amenities were all that we needed. And the best thing about the venue was its friendly, helpful, cheerful and always-smiling staff. We especially felt well taken care of by Mr John Ervin Gulfan, who made our stay even more pleasant with his readiness to help and his positive disposition. Highly recommended!

Their dedication and kindness made us feel welcomed and well cared for throughout our stay. The hotel’s location is fantastic, just a short walk to the beach with beautiful surroundings. The pool areas were well-maintained and provided a relaxing space to unwind. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options to suit every taste. I honestly cannot find a single faultm, my experience was outstanding from start to finish.
