This hotel is very well kept.
The rooms are large and well-maintained.
The various pools and surrounds are kept in pristine condition, with enough loungers, umbrellas and seating available.

This is the filthiest hotel I ever experienced. The bed linen was stained and they don't change it unless you ask them, and when they come they swap it ( took the sheets that we in my friends bed and put them in my bed)
When you leave something like toilet paper on the floor they leave it there. We stayed for 5 days and nothing changed. Complains falls on deaf ears. I asked the cleaning ladies to give us the cleaning materials so that we can clean ourselves and they responded rudely by telling us that they are cleaning professional.
The Taps are so filthy that we have to use glove to touch them, not to mention the bath tub.
I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.
Breakfast: You need to be early to have what you heard other people said was delicious. If you come later ( by later I mean after 8am) you will find only basic

Could do better. Towels don't get changed even after requested took over an hour. Poor selection for breakfast. A very poor
display of a buffet, cold eggs, no bacon and chicken boiled sausages cold. Staff was friendly.

We are a little disappointed with this venue. The location is quite central in Kata, with everything in walking distance in this district.
The landscaping is lovely however the rooms are not what the pics depict and are old and run down. That being said, it wasn't awful, I'm just over hotels using old pictures and photoshopped pics as it's deceiving. We paid for pool access room which was nice. Beds were comfortable and room was a good size.
The cleaning staff didn't replenish our bathroom items like shower caps vanity kit etc, and didn't provide soap at all even though we left tips. They did clean well though.
The pools are lovely, the place has 4 of them.
The gym was pretty basic so if you're a gym enthusiast you're better off paying for somewhere else to use.
We found the hotel pretty stingy in general. Only provided 3 teas and coffees in the rooms as we'd only paid for 3 guests. Had to ask each time for more if we needed.
We had asked for a late checkout of only 1 hour and they wanted to charge me 250 bhat extra after already paying for 7 nights. Initially we asked at check in time but they said we had to wait closer to our checkout time as it would depend on bookings.
I checked again yesterday as hotel wasn't busy with empty rooms and figured it should be OK. Firstly it's OK for a late check out if we pay, but when I questioned the fee given our length of stay and we were only asking for 1 hour max they then said the room was booked. If the room was booked for next guests, I'm unsure as to why paying 250 bhat would make a difference?
The breakfast selection was not as great as a lot of other places we had stayed at of the same level.
Overall, it wasn't an awful place, just disappointing as it could of been a lot better. Customer service was definitely below expectations.

Good location, close to shops! That's the only nice thing I have to say for this place. Resort food was average. We order room service once, not only did they get the order wrong, the food was terrible. Front of house staff very poor comand in english. Service very average!! When trying to ask for assistance at the front desk, the staff(Artem) does not know how to control the crowd. Allowing g others to jump queue.!! I would not recommend this place. Rooms were dated and very tired looking.
