Good location, close to shops! That's the only nice thing I have to say for this place. Resort food was average. We order room service once, not only did they get the order wrong, the food was terrible. Front of house staff very poor comand in english. Service very average!! When trying to ask for assistance at the front desk, the staff(Artem) does not know how to control the crowd. Allowing g others to jump queue.!! I would not recommend this place. Rooms were dated and very tired looking.

This is a nice facility in a good location.
I feel they could make a better offering at pool bars and for food, I feel this is stripped down to the minimum. Meanwhile, signs in the facility advising 'fines' for consumption of food and drink from outside. Guests are not paying much attention to this however.
I think we'd probably stay again if we visited Kata Beach, assuming the same price point.

Hotel is great, pools are amazing, breakfast is average. Staff was very friendly and were always able to help out when needed, especially Artem who stood out of his way to help.

Pros: Location within walking distance to the wonderful Kata beach and Kata night market (though the smaller one towards the south - ie towards the beach - is better). Room is really spacious, cleaned daily, with two bottles of water daily. Breakfast is okay: love the omelette and fresh fruit, but otherwise unremarkable. Staff are always helpful and smiling. There was always a parking space for our car.
Cons: Rather expensive for what it is. Pool is big enough to do laps but can get overrun by kids. Water in pool looks dirty but was actually okay. Room has mosquitoes - we asked and promptly got the room sprayed by housekeeping staff, but bought and used mosquito coil for rest of stay. Old style tap in bathroom. Didn’t use bath tub as the shower was more than adequate.
Overall wouldn’t hesitate to recommend for a convenient stay in Kata.

Bad experience: this hotel need urgent renovation. Doesn't have any heat insulation, very hot inside the room like a sauna if don't keep the air conditioner on, but the air conditioner is very loud and is all inside the room, without remote control and bad smell air comes from it, was not cleaned for long time.
Bad smell inside the room from the furniture.
The mattress too hard.
The water smell badly, cannot even wash fruits with it.
The recepcionists are ugly and acne on the face and not very welcoming.
