Excellent resort although limited pool space at this specific location but you can also utilize the Contemporary Resort pools also, but you'll have to walk a bit farther to them. The rooms are exceptional and large. We've had Magic Kingdom views which were fantastic for viewing fireworks and Magic Kingdom itself. Many food options at Contemporary Resort or you can travel to Polynesian or Grand Floridian on the monorail to expand your options. Great place to stay and relax and never had a bad experience. If you're going to Magic Kingdom, you can easily walk within a few minutes to the main entrance.

I loved my stay here at Bay Lake Tower! It was fun watching Magic Kingdom fireworks from the roof and watching the Electric Boat Parade on the lake later in the evening. The access to MK was phenomenal and made it easy for kids to take a mid day nap and return without missing out on too much fun. The monorail access was easy. The pools were fun and kept at a good temperature. I'd highly recommend the community room where cast members have movies and activities for families to enjoy.

Bay lake tower is a gem hidden in plain site at Disney. It is absolutely top notch. Unbeatable views, and the best perk at Disney... Being able to take a 10 minute walk to the Magic Kingdom. The 5th floor walkway over to the 4th floor of the contemporary gives quick access to the monorail and the top tier dining choices at the contemporary. The community hall is also an amazing perk.

Even the new tower, Bay Lake was outdated. Super expensive for what you get. The grounds are beautiful with lots of activities for everyone and the location to Magic Kingdom cannot be beat, but don’t expect much from the rooms. The couch seemed old and dirty, as did the carpet.

Personally, the room was to small for 3 adults. Living quarters and bathroom, are not convenient to accommodate 3 adults. Perfect for 1 adult. The staff are excellent. Gremlins must monitor this place. It is so clean everything shines day in and day out. You can walk to The Magic Kingdom in 5 minutes. The Monorail is right next door at the Contemporary which also has a small affordable Market place. With reasonable shopping and dining. Busses run regularly everyday to other parks including Disney Springs. Bigger room next.
