We enjoyed our stay at Bay Gardens and were pleasantly surprised at how beautiful the property was and how much they offered. They have 4 beautiful pools onsite, each with something unique, such as waterfall features. Our 1 bedroom rental was clean, well maintained, and had everything we needed. The staff was friendly, and we really enjoyed being able to spend the day at their sister resort on the beach, which provided so much to do. We would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I along with our daughter and partner stayed in early June 2025. We had an amazing experience staying at the hotel. The staff were very friendly, professional and accommodating to our needs. My daughter celebrated her birthday while we were there and the restaurant staff they made her birthday feel so special, they had decorated a special table with a Birthday Banner and tea lights shaped like a crown (they knew probably that she was our little princess), and though I believe they do this for other guests, just the thought that they put into it made this whole experience even better. The cleaning staff and grounds crew were all just approachable and took the time to speak with us ask

Staff at the Inn and the Hotel (where breakfast was provided) were warm and friendly. My friends and I stayed at the Inn, clean and well kept rooms, nice quiet environment and close to the hub of supermarket, mall and other shopping and a variety of food options in the Rodney Bay Area.

Amazing service! The staff is so friendly and cheerful. Nothing but good energy. In a convenient and quiet location. Tons of restaurants and shops near by, the beach was a 10 minute walk.

I rarely leave negative reviews but my experience at Bay Gardens Hotel was far below expectations. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that this property does not prioritize guest comfort or service. The room was not properly cleaned. I found hair, broke cupboards and roaches, which made it difficult to feel comfortable during my stay. I barely got any rest, which defeated the purpose of staying at a hotel. This stay was frustrating and disappointing.
