Amazing hotel with amazing staff. Perfect for a family holiday. Really safe and we felt very looked after. Special mention to Libang in the pool, who is not only super friendly but also the nicest guy. The beach is super clean and water is perfect. Hotel facilities are fantastic.

This is the best hotel because of several reasons: 1. we have managed to book this hotel in 2 hours; our main tour to Taiwan was not approved for 5 days, but the will to spend vacation on the sea was invincible; 2. Service is really good. Especially Tony form the reception. This guy will make your appointment and accommodation really convenient.

I am writing this opinion because Mohamed asked us to do this by bringing small card with QR code to our table. The card had URL in QR code with led to the Google opinion website. I must confirm that the hotel is outstanding and food is delicious. The pool is clean, warm and nice. The service and people are very friendly and helpful. I am grateful for visiting Fairmont Ajman hotel and greeting to Mr Mohamed 😄

I had an exceptional breakfast experience at this restaurant, and the standout element was Ali's impeccable service. From the moment I walked in, Ali's attentiveness and friendliness created a warm atmosphere. His recommendations were spot-on, and he ensured that every aspect of the meal was enjoyable. The menu diversity and food quality were excellent, but Ali's exceptional service truly elevated the dining experience. Kudos to Ali and the entire staff for making breakfast memorable.

Overall it was good experience. The breakfast was having lot of option and so tasty. Tony take care the car parking and luggage from the entrance itself. He is so cool and always with smiling face. Kudos to entire team and Keep it up.

Our favorite destination when it comes to hosting any events in Ajman. Nearby our office and my home and this hotel offers a great view and stunning rooms with impeccable services compared to the other hotels around. They have so many different restaurants available with so many different varieties of cuisines from the globe. Beach is amazing and it is private and the pool is outside before the beach and offers an amazing view. Price is also very reasonable and many different types of rooms available around the year.

We celebrated our wedding anniversary with a delightful stay at Ajman Saray Hotel. As Marriott Bonvoy members, we were graciously upgraded to a suite, where we were welcomed with balloons, a special anniversary dessert, rose petals on the bed, and personalized anniversary greetings—a wonderful surprise that made us feel truly special, especially our 7-year-old son who was overjoyed. The suite was impressively spacious, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The pool area was a highlight, featuring not only a stunning pool but also captivating birds that provided a unique backdrop for memorable photos. We opted for the all-inclusive package, and the food options were excellent. However, the breakfast truly stood out with a wide variety and delicious offerings. What truly made our stay exceptional was the exceptional staff. Special thanks to Rafael and the entire team—from the valet to Syed who assisted with our luggage, Lana at the reception, and the diligent housekeeping staff. Each staff member went above and beyond to make our day special, and their genuine hospitality is what will undoubtedly bring us back. Thank you, Ajman Saray, for an unforgettable experience!

Overall, not the best. More of a 3-star service. Cleanliness is not that great. The hotel is new though. Gym access is weirdly inconvenient. Beach is small but cleaner than others. Pools are good. Lifeguards are friendly. The below is the restaurants: Lack of staff. Bad service and extremely delayed. Even when giving feedback it seems like they don't care. Policies that apply on some but not on others. Drinks such as smoothies, juices, iced coffees are simply not good. The baristas are amateurs lol. When giving feedback, one of the European supervisors wanted to say how the employees on duty are "superstars" for working in the heat. Ofc they are, but that is your problem as an un(professional) manager to be wise enough to takr action and have enough staff that keep shifting in this heat so they are comfortable. This isn't for us to solve. It is for you to solve. This isn't a 5-star hotel service. This is more of a 3-star service. Not up to this country's standards and it seems like we will file a complaint to the authorities to review.

Just checked in today. All our requests were ignored. Nobody even tried to understand them. My husband has severe allergies to dust and feather, we informed about it during check in, the guy assured us they would be removed, still when we got to the room, everything (duvet, pillows) was with feather. Old dirty and dusty carpets in the room, old stained furniture (see pictures). My request to change the room was again ignored. They told me “the housekeeping said the room was clean”. This is how they treat customers here. Before that we stayed in Fairmont and they were going far and beyond. Here they simply don’t care. Update: management offered several other rooms, but they were all more or less the same, so we stayed in ours. Also I want to especially thank the waiter Noel, always positive, smiling, ready to help. He made our trip really memorable! Very rarely you can meet such a bright personality.

I had an amazing 2 night stay at this hotel in their new executive suite. The room were fabulous with smart features. Great ambience, amazing view from room and good hospitality. Staff friendliness. We have access to public beach, they have adults and kids swimming pool. Breakfast was good but need to have a good main course. Staffs at the reception are friendly and helpful.

Peaceful, calm and relaxing. We got a day pass to enjoy the beach and had complimentary waters and towels. The changing rooms are clean. The food was delicious. W The service was great. In fact the staff were so attentive, kind and welcoming Everton was exceptional thanks for making our Saturday amazing. We’re definitely looking forward to try the buffet soon.

Friendly staff, room was clean, the beach was amazing, clean and big. Breakfast and dinner don't have a Variety of options. Breakfast was ok. I wish they informed the guests before booking that there was construction work going on beside the pool area!

Great hotel and great location. The restaurants and bars are outstanding. The service too is excellent. The receptionists Meryem, Fatima and Rochelle were very courteous and polite. All in all, a genuine 5 star experience.

The hotel is old, the rooms need renovation already. Between the hotel and the beach, a construction site that disturbed. If I had known this, I would not have booked your hotel. In the end, we tried to get the room handed over later, but it didn't work. They were told that the hotel is full. However, there were plenty of free rooms on our floor (7th floor). The breakfast was good and varied. The staff is friendly. I cannot recommend the hotel.

A gorgeous 5 star resort with stunning architecture, water features and exceptional service as well as food. Attentive and friendly service. The resort is beautifully landscaped and really feels like you’re away somewhere in the Far East. Stunning beach and gorgeous long pool. Great for kids or teens or couples. Gorgeous library with lots of interesting books. The only negative is the location - Ajman isn’t the greatest. But if you’re within the resort you forget about all of this!

Absolutely lovely experience! Pros: 1. We stayed at the deluxe room with garden(no need to overpay, you can stay at std room with garden, because all you get is a bonus corridor and a small terrace overlooking the green fence). Great room, plenty of space, high ceilings, bathtub and a shower, floor-to-ceiling windows, etc. 2. Dining. For breakfast you have a-la-carte menu, but the staff is able to fulfill almost any request. You can say, that the breakfast menu is not the largest , but we’ve always found something to try out. For lunch and dinner, there is also a menu, with ample options. Loved it. 3. The pool. 85m long, good temperature, plenty of space for the guests. 4. Territory. The thing is, it is very quiet. The resort was full of guests, but when you are walking around in the evening, you get a feeling, that there is almost nobody else around. If you are looking for some action, this is not the space for you. 5. The staff. Superb. No way to put it otherwise. Always smiling, always eager to help. They do everything in their power to make your stay perfect. Cons: 1. The only thing I can say, it is the beach. Not even the beach itself, but the entry to the sea. Rocks, with abrupt descent. Not the most convenient, especially with children. But the pool compensates this. But again - if you are looking for the beach and sea, you might have some inconveniences.

Highly recommended. This resort feels very different to Dubai, it is quiet and very restful place to visit. The staff are very attentive and pleasant to be with. Great dining options in both Aquario and Vinesse. Cocktail bar was small but good to have a quiet drink. One of the highlights is the art library where you can read their books and have a quiet coffee. Very happy with our stay and will be heading back soon for another visit.

The staff and team of the entire hotel are extremely courteous, quick in problem solving and made hundreds of stranded passengers feel comfortable with their warmth. I will never forget their hospitality in such a difficult time! Special mention to the entire kitchen staff, reception team, servers ( especially the sweet lady from Assam India) and Sayan!

An unusual vacation for Dubai. Yes, technically it is not Dubai, but Ajman. But 40 minutes and you're already in the Dubai Mall, so for me it's still one location. We had a vacation in January, but even this month there is a striking contrast in the sensations when you get into a car in a stuffy city and get out in the pleasant freshness of a green oasis. Yes, the hotel is not for party people (although, why not use it as a base for outings into the city)? If you stay more than 10 days, then the menu of two restaurants will definitely get bored - you will want something new. But other than that, I can't mention the disadvantages - a great green area. A magnificent long pool. Friendly and unobtrusive staff, ready to do everything to make your vacation not just good, but great. There is a construction site around. But everything already looks decent, and when everything is completed, I think that the district will be just great. Nearby there is a mangrove grove and a golf course, all of the highest class. There are villas closer to the beach. There are two buildings with rooms. I recommend taking a room in a building not by the pool (it will be quieter, especially in the season) and on the 2nd-3rd floor overlooking the sea
