I recently stayed here to celebrate mine and my son's birthday. Overall we had a very pleasant experience. However, I have to say our hotel experience improved the last three days. We owe this to Mr Osama who was very charming and kindly offered us a beautiful sea front view which really changed our whole hotel experience the last 3 days so this was much appreciated. Other positives were it was a very clean hotel, house keeping were excellent and kept the rooms very clean. We loved the hotel pool - warm water! The beachfront location was lovely and very clean. Kids club was really just perfect for our kids and Lakshini was a great member of staff who my kids really enjoyed being around. Most importantly the restaurant staff I have to say were fantastic- they were super accommodating to my children's dietary needs and nothing was too much for them. Special mentions go to: Sachin ( restaurant manager ) Babitha (supervisor) Rachel Elizabeth Nazar Yoon Tushar Amir My only slight negative was the check in experience. We had two very tired children after a night flight and it would have been appreciated if they were accommodating. This would have been a good start to our stay. Overall, apart from this initial hiccup we had a very pleasant stay at the Fairmont.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Fairmont Ajman. We were upgraded to a suite, which was huge although the furniture could use refreshing. The staff was amazing especially Chef Kennedy who made the tastiest turkey and gravy I've ever had!!! Chef Yogesh also made some freshly grilled prawns and made it a point to bring them to the table and they were simply delicious! Moreover, I really enjoyed the morning Zumba classes with great music! Lastly, the water sports were super entertaining and fun! Overall, a must do again!
