The hotel was wonderful the rooms were very spacious and comfortable. The rooms were kept spectacularly clean. The room service was really good. The hotel had a range of restaurants including the buffet breakfast which included a huge selection of food and drinks. Also the pool restaurant did a great lunchtime menu and the pool bar actually in the pool was nice. We also visited the Italian restaurant for dinner and it was okay. The pool and beach are easy to access with a good range of seating. The location is close to the beach but there is not much to do close by although a number of restaurants offer fish within walking distance

We had a wonderful stay celebrating our anniversary! The room was beautifully decorated with lovely personal touches that made the day extra special. A heartfelt thank you to Chef Khan and Chef Revali for the delicious food and to Shihad and Shein for ensuring everything went smoothly at our table. Bruno was amazing with the children and kept them entertained, which made our experience even better. Thanks to concierge Mark for always being helpful and friendly. And a very special thank you to Manager Hossam, who thoughtfully arranged everything and made this day truly memorable for us. Our kids were so happy and we were all able to enjoy such a beautiful celebration together. This isn’t our first visit we’re regular guests and every time we come back, it’s wonderful to be greeted with such warmth. I had a truly wonderful stay at your hotel. My overall impression is extremely positive. The accommodations were spacious and very comfortable. The food was great; the chefs put a lot of effort into diversifying the dinner menu, and everything was cooked well. All the staff were very polite and attentive, with a special mention for a young man named Ansan. He was exceptionally good at his job and paid great attention to our needs – thank you! Although the beach and pool are not huge, we never had an issue finding available sunbeds. I only have two small suggestions for improvement: please consider providing thicker toilet paper, and please serve your magnificent truffle pasta more often – it was absolutely delicious!

My recent stay at your property was quite disappointing and fell far below my expectations. As someone who travels frequently with family, I expect a certain standard of comfort and service, which unfortunately was not met during this visit. The overall experience was unpleasant and did not come close to what I would consider satisfactory. The only positive aspect was the reception staff member (Gaurav or Roshan) who was polite, attentive, and tried to help whenever possible within his scope. His professionalism stood out amid an otherwise poor experience. I sincerely hope management will take this feedback seriously and work toward improving the quality of services and facilities.

Without a question its a stunning property. The hotel itself deserves a solid 5 out of 5 stars for its physical excellence. ​However, the team, the staff, the service... they were truly 10 out of 5 stars. Their commitment to guest care is not just professional, it is deeply personal and genuinely unforgettable. We traveled with our toddler who has severe allergies, and this is often a source of significant anxiety for us, but the Fairmont team completely eliminated it. ​From the moment we checked in, every single detail was taken care of. What impressed us most was that every staff member—from the restaurant host, chef and the poolside attendant to the housekeeping team—was aware of our kid's dietary needs. We never had to explain ourselves twice. Chefs routinely came out to confirm ingredients, and dishes were prepared with meticulous care. On top of that the information was relayed to the team on different shifts which was truly amazing.This level of cross-departmental communication and proactive consideration gave us an irreplaceable sense of peace of mind. ​Thank you to the entire staff for going above and beyond the call of duty. This was not just a luxury vacation; it was a deeply relaxing and worry-free experience, all thanks to your dedication. We cannot recommend Fairmont Ajman highly enough!
