Amazing value for a day pass! The experience felt like a mini vacation—perfect for a relaxing staycation. The food was incredibly tasty, with a great variety and quality. Everything was well organized and the atmosphere was peaceful yet fun. A great escape without the travel—definitely worth every penny for a quick, refreshing getaway!

Our stay was really good! The hotel is top notch. Staff are kind and polite. We were initially on the first floor which has a shared balcony. The hotel were kind enough to move us to another level with a private balcony. Breakfast, swimming pool and beach are really nice.

The hotel ambiance, location, and some amenities are excellent. We got a room upgrade; the rooms are clean, bigger, and comfy. It was great to see the natural and clear blue waters of the shore and feel the calm and serenity of nature along with this luxurious hotel in Ajman. It was nice that the hotel manager was able to reach out directly to its customers; however, we drove long hours from the busy streets of Dubai to Ajman, and it was a big disappointment that during my years of luxurious staycations with different hotels along the UAE, there were very few and unexpectedly very late check-ins I had (9:11pm), and I requested at least 1 hour late check-out prior to our request, and we were told to request it in the morning of the next day. Unfortunately, it went wrong due to the wedding occasion that we have never been part of or have nothing to do with the stay request, as if some guests would vacate our room or as if the hotel had been exclusively closed for a royal family wedding or whatever, but it was a big NO NO for us, especially for me. The service was just okay, nothing special. Hotel and room amenities: 8/10 Location: 9/10 Ambiance: 9/10 Staff: 7/10 Customer Service: 6/10 Over-all rating: 7.8/10

I had a fantastic stay at the Ajman Fairmont! From the moment I arrived, the check-in experience was smooth and welcoming, thanks to Paolo. He even upgraded my room to a sea view with a terrace, which offered a spectacular view. The room itself was comfortable and well-equipped. The pool area was great, and the beach was clean and inviting. I enjoyed a few drinks at the pool bar, and I was pleasantly surprised by the reasonable prices. A special shout-out to the exceptional team members – Rahul, Saad, Tony, and Siem – who were incredibly attentive and provided detailed information about both the property and the local area. Lastly, a big thank you to Sami for arranging a late check-out and Yassir for always being so helpful with our car. The service was top-notch, and the team really went above and beyond. I’ll definitely be returning to this amazing hotel!

Great hotel with brilliant staff. Our first holiday with our 1 year old daughter and it’s been perfect. The staff in the restaurants have been fantastic with our daughter, entertaining her and always making her smile. They’ve also been very patient, as she has been making a mess every day whilst she learns to feed herself! Special thanks to Mohammed in the hotel gym, who has provided personal training sessions (no extra cost) and has been far better than any PT I’ve experienced before. Very knowledgeable and very passionate - a true professional. Would recommend him to anyone visiting the hotel who wants to leave in better shape than when they arrived. We’ll hopefully be back next year!
