Without a question its a stunning property. The hotel itself deserves a solid 5 out of 5 stars for its physical excellence. ​However, the team, the staff, the service... they were truly 10 out of 5 stars. Their commitment to guest care is not just professional, it is deeply personal and genuinely unforgettable. We traveled with our toddler who has severe allergies, and this is often a source of significant anxiety for us, but the Fairmont team completely eliminated it. ​From the moment we checked in, every single detail was taken care of. What impressed us most was that every staff member—from the restaurant host, chef and the poolside attendant to the housekeeping team—was aware of our kid's dietary needs. We never had to explain ourselves twice. Chefs routinely came out to confirm ingredients, and dishes were prepared with meticulous care. On top of that the information was relayed to the team on different shifts which was truly amazing.This level of cross-departmental communication and proactive consideration gave us an irreplaceable sense of peace of mind. ​Thank you to the entire staff for going above and beyond the call of duty. This was not just a luxury vacation; it was a deeply relaxing and worry-free experience, all thanks to your dedication. We cannot recommend Fairmont Ajman highly enough!

The hotel was wonderful the rooms were very spacious and comfortable. The rooms were kept spectacularly clean. The room service was really good. The hotel had a range of restaurants including the buffet breakfast which included a huge selection of food and drinks. Also the pool restaurant did a great lunchtime menu and the pool bar actually in the pool was nice. We also visited the Italian restaurant for dinner and it was okay. The pool and beach are easy to access with a good range of seating. The location is close to the beach but there is not much to do close by although a number of restaurants offer fish within walking distance

We had a great stay at Fairmont Ajman. The service was excellent, and the room upgrade was a wonderful surprise. The food was really good, and as gluten-free guests we felt very well looked after, with proper bread and options available on request. Huge thanks to the reception, concierge, room service, and especially the restaurant team — Rakshyak took exceptional care of us. The only downside was the limited sport activities and entertainment, but overall it was a fantastic stay.

I never stayed at this particular Fairmont hotel (Ajman) but I come to use their gym and swimming facilities via falcon on the weekends . Yesterday I had lost one of my items and realized I had lost it the previous day in the changing area. I contacted the hotel and Mr. Shiva was very helpful, sent me a photo on WhatsApp of the lost item and the whole process went smooth. The staff are nice and helpful. If there is some suggestions I could give it would be: 1. To make the locker facilities better near the pool/beach (bigger). 2. Increase the number of shower areas for guests who are using the pool/beach. Currently it is only 2 and at times there are long wait times. 3. Regular maintenance of shower facilities and if possible make the shower door non-transparent. Currently the shower room is semi-transparent. It would be nice if it was non-transparent please as I don’t want anybody to look at me nor do I want to look at others through that glass 🙏.

We had a wonderful stay celebrating our anniversary! The room was beautifully decorated with lovely personal touches that made the day extra special. A heartfelt thank you to Chef Khan and Chef Revali for the delicious food and to Shihad and Shein for ensuring everything went smoothly at our table. Bruno was amazing with the children and kept them entertained, which made our experience even better. Thanks to concierge Mark for always being helpful and friendly. And a very special thank you to Manager Hossam, who thoughtfully arranged everything and made this day truly memorable for us. Our kids were so happy and we were all able to enjoy such a beautiful celebration together. This isn’t our first visit we’re regular guests and every time we come back, it’s wonderful to be greeted with such warmth. The team always recognizes us and treats us like part of the hotel family, which makes the experience even more special. It was a wonderful experience and we can’t wait to return! Mr & Mrs Santiago
