I am very disappointed with my experience at Saray Ajman, Luxury Collection Resort. While the property itself is beautiful, the level of service was far below what I would expect from a luxury resort. During our stay, we noticed that some waiters in the restaurant were speaking negatively about us among themselves because they assumed we did not understand Arabic. This was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. We also had an unpleasant interaction at the pool area, where a security staff member approached us in a rude manner and immediately demanded our room number simply because we had a swimming float with us. There were no visible signs or policies indicating that such items were prohibited, and the way the situation was handled was inappropriate. In addition, another guest spoke to us in a very disrespectful manner. Although we chose not to respond in order to avoid creating a scene, we expected the resort staff to maintain a comfortable and respectful environment for all guests. What was even more disappointing was that my wife experienced dismissive and unprofessional behavior from a member of the restaurant staff while trying to place an order. No guest should feel belittled when simply requesting service. Overall, the hospitality, professionalism, and guest experience fell far below the standards associated with a Luxury Collection property. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and provides additional training to ensure that all guests are treated with respect and courtesy regardless of their background or language. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet our expectations, and it has left us with a negative impression of the resort.

Our 2-night getaway at Ajman Saray was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we arrived, the team made us feel so welcomed with their warmth, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality, which made our stay effortlessly smooth and relaxing. The food was delicious, the pool vibes were perfect, and the private beach was the ideal escape. And the spa experience? Pure bliss — absolutely a must-try. Every little detail added to such a memorable vacation, and we’re already looking forward to coming back.

Everything exceeded our expectations—from the beautiful sea views and well-maintained facilities to the warm hospitality and excellent service provided by the entire team. A special thank you to Ms. Tannu for making our stay even more memorable. We had requested Jain food, and the arrangements were handled with great care and attention. The food was delicious, thoughtfully prepared, and served with genuine warmth throughout our stay. Her efforts made us feel truly valued and comfortable. We sincerely appreciate the team's dedication to guest satisfaction and highly recommend Ajman Saray to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway. We look forward to visiting again soon! I rarely write reviews, but this hotel truly exceeded my highest expectations. Everything here was exceptional, and the atmosphere is created first and foremost by the people who work here. Every single member of the staff was incredibly kind, warm, and genuinely helpful — it really makes a difference. The hotel is not too large, which makes it perfect for anyone looking to relax and truly unwind. It has a wonderful chill-out vibe, a heated pool, and a beautiful sandy beach. We stayed in January and never once had a problem finding sun loungers by the beach. The breakfasts were outstanding — high quality, beautifully presented, and delicious. This place defines luxury at the highest level, but in a relaxed, effortless way. I will definitely come back.

We stayed at Ajman Saray for three nights with the family during a holiday, and overall it was a pleasant experience. The food quality was good, the service was excellent, the room cleaning was thorough, and the overall package offered good value. In my view, this is a good-value 5-star family beach resort in the regional market, offering a pleasant overall experience even if it does not aim for the very highest ultra-luxury resort feel. The view is lovely, and the beach is family-friendly, with clean water and nice sand. Since it was a holiday, the hotel was quite full, and the pools felt a bit crowded because of their size. At times, the breakfast buffet was also very crowded, which suggested the hotel was operating at a stretched occupancy level during the holiday period. One issue was the balcony room’s acoustics, which made outside noise seem extremely loud as if amplifying surrounding background voice, even from the sixth floor. An unpleasant occurrence was that, despite having a restaurant reservation one evening, we were given a poor table, and it seemed that larger groups were being prioritized by the restaurant manager. A special thank you to Jony, Hakim, Van Rafael, and Nnamdi for their excellent service and professionalism. The lifeguard Daniel wrote on the sand 'Eid Mubarak' on the first day, and 'Happy Mother’s Day' (it was March 21). An amazing skill. Overall, a good family destination.
