We recently visited Escape Bar and Bab Al Bahr Beach & Grill, and we were lucky to be taken care of by Sundar and Mehtu. Their service was exceptional in both venues. They were warm, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our time there. We enjoyed our drinks in both places, and their professionalism and friendly attitude truly enhanced our experience. It’s rare to find staff who consistently deliver such great hospitality across different outlets, but Sundar and Mehtu did exactly that. Highly recommend visiting both spots, and a big thank you to Sundar and Mehtu for making our day memorable.

Myself and my friend have just returned from an 8 day stay at this beautiful hotel. The staff at this hotel are absolutely amazing and go above and beyond. I just need to mention Joyce at reception who helped us with any enquiries and booked some of our trips. All the staff are brilliant but we would also like to mention Allen, Haris, Ans & Zayar who were very attentive and made us feel so welcome. Our room was beautiful, clean and cosy, the food & drink was great. The chef and restaurant staff would always go above and beyond to make sure your dining experience was a great one. The beach and pool area were well kept and extremely clean with regular waiter service for drinks from 11am. Absolutely excellent holiday, we would definitely recommend this resort to family and friends.

My husband and I have just returned home from spending 2 weeks at this wonderful hotel. We arrived at 2.30am to be greeted with a cool drink and speedy check in. Our room was beautifully prepared and very spacious. We were on the 4th floor with a sea view. Each day was spent lounging by the pool. There was never a problem getting sunbeds. The pool guys were very efficient and attentive. Parbat always greeted us with a smile and a chat. The poolside waiters were constantly checking to see if anything was required without being too pushy. Special thanks to Wube and Pasha both super guys. We ate most of our meals in the Vista buffet restaurant. Plenty of choice for both breakfast and dinner. Again the waiting staff were helpful and cheerful. Special mention to Aye Chan and Jony. There was no evening entertainment provided but that suited us because we usually went for a walk at the creek joining the locals. At no time did we feel unsafe or uncomfortable. Would we return to this hotel? Definitely!

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Everything is clean, well maintained and fresh. The food is great. The private beach is such a perk. The best thing of all though, is the staff. Out of all hotels I’ve ever stayed, the level of service and hospitality at Ajman Saray is hard to beat. Working in the travel industry myself, I know a lot of hotels out there don’t live up to their 5 stars. Ajman Saray does that without a doubt however. And it’s noticeable down to the tiniest detail that they put their heart and soul into making sure to keep it that way. They deserve all the praise possible. Thank you, Ajman Saray, for one of the best weeks of my life!

We stayed at the Ajman Saray early in October Beautiful setting with a private beach ,the sea was warm and clear Hotel was outstanding ,lovely decor and spotlessly clean There is good selection of food throughout the day Our sea view room was beautiful and spacious with all amenities. One of the most outstanding features is the amazing guest service ! First class ! staff were always available and very keen to help One example ,we visited the Burj Khalifi one day and my wife bought me an exclusive hat which is only available to guests on the top floors. On arriving back at the hotel I realized I had misplaced my new hat I mentioned it to the concierge on duty named Joyce Joyce made it her mission to help me Making several phone calls Joyce finally managed to secure a replacement hat from the Burj Khalifi Joyce then sent one of the drivers to pick it up Joyce called me and with a big smile Joyce presented the hat to me ,refusing any payment saying it was a gift to me because of my misfortune . I was very impressed at this level of service Very special thanks to Joyce who went beyond the call of duty to help us . We will definately return soon . Lefkios
