Ajman Saray, A Luxury Collection Resort

We decided to go to UAE for some winter sun after we read previous reviews about the climate. We decided to stay at the Ajman Saray after reading reviews and the experience surpassed our high expectations! The whole of the team at the hotel made our stay so very special! From the efficient cleaners, to the skillful, patient lifeguards (Nitin is a star and his artwork in the sand is exceptional), to the staff in reception, concierge, porters, greeting staff, and particularly the extremely hardworking, efficient and still, always, cheerful staff in the restaurants we used (Vista, Bab Al Bahr and Mejhana). The quality of the food was exceptional, even in the buffet restaurant (Vista) it was as good as home cooking, not mass produced. Every member of staff went the extra mile to ensure our holiday was memorable. Although the hotel is 38km from Dubai it operates a free shuttle bus once a day, except Thursdays. Ajman itself is a quiet place with a lovely, private sandy beach, all that is needed to unwind and get some quality downtime. In summary, it was a holiday we will always remember with smiles on our faces. My wife and I are 'well travelled' and we enjoyed the holiday so much that we intend to return next year for some more winter sun to this excellent hotel! Thanks Srini and team!

Ajman Saray, a Luxury Collection Resort is a beautiful resort with a great location, offering a perfect balance of luxury and relaxation while still being close to Dubai. The property itself feels gorgeous and truly luxurious, yet comfortable and welcoming. Everything is very clean and well maintained, from the rooms to the common areas, which immediately makes you feel relaxed and taken care of. This resort is very nice for families. The atmosphere is calm, the facilities are suitable for both adults and kids, and it’s an easy place to enjoy quality time together without stress. The beach area and views add a lot to the overall experience. One thing that really stood out was the staff. Everyone was kind, professional, and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. We were also pleasantly surprised when they prepared something special for our celebration, including nice decorations, which made our stay feel even more memorable and personal. Considering the quality, service, and location, this resort offers very good value for a staycation, especially if you want a luxury experience without traveling too far from Dubai. Highly recommended for families, celebrations, or anyone looking for a relaxing and elegant getaway near the city.

This is our home away from home! Very friendly and professional team. The rooms are well kept & the hotel is a nice surprise! If you want to stay next to the sea with a private beach, away from the noise of Dubai, but close to Dubai, this is the best option! Our family & friends love this place!

I rarely write reviews, but this hotel truly exceeded my highest expectations. Everything here was exceptional, and the atmosphere is created first and foremost by the people who work here. Every single member of the staff was incredibly kind, warm, and genuinely helpful — it really makes a difference. The hotel is not too large, which makes it perfect for anyone looking to relax and truly unwind. It has a wonderful chill-out vibe, a heated pool, and a beautiful sandy beach. We stayed in January and never once had a problem finding sun loungers by the beach. The breakfasts were outstanding — high quality, beautifully presented, and delicious. This place defines luxury at the highest level, but in a relaxed, effortless way. I will definitely come back.

Amazing experience at Ajman Saray Collection resort! 10/10 the staff super friendly/ kind and caring. It was my friends birthday and they went above and beyond to celebrate the room. Food in Bab Al Bahr was very good, with ambience and live music! Spa was incredible with great facilities, shout out to the spa staff - Putri Caroline and Melody! Definitely would come back here :)
