We stayed at Sunscape Dominicus for 10 nights as a family of five and overall had a fantastic stay. The entertainment team was one of the best parts of our trip – a big thank you to Samson, Josue, and Angelita, who brought so much energy, fun, and warmth every single day. They truly made the holiday extra special. We also had amazing service from the restaurant and bar staff – Domingo at Kaleidoscope, Santo in De Mario, and Francis at the pool bar were all outstanding, offering friendly and attentive service throughout our stay. A special mention goes to Juan, the customer service supervisor, who was incredibly helpful and attentive. He went out of his way to assist us and even helped organise a small birthday celebration for our mum in one of the restaurants, which meant a lot to our family. Breakfast and lunch were both very good, with a wide variety of options. Dinner could be improved, as there was a lack of variety and the food became repetitive over the course of our stay. The pools were fantastic and the beach was beautiful – clean, scenic, and a real highlight of the resort. Our only suggestion for improvement would be the hotel rooms. We noticed a damp smell, and the cleaning wasn’t always up to standard – this area could definitely use some attention. Overall, we had a memorable family holiday made even better by the wonderful staff and gorgeous surroundings. Thank you to everyone who made our stay so enjoyable!

We stayed at this hotel in the beginning in June. The hotel is very nice and clean and the employees are very nice and polite, always with a smile, attentive and helpful. Our butler, Jose, was outstanding, he was the best we ever had. Helped us set up our reservations at the restaurants and anything we wanted. The restaurants were really good, food was tasty and well prepared. We paid for the Sun Club and it was worth it because they have a restaurant, Tierra, for Sun Club members that was delicious. Cons: If you are an older person that has problems walking or going up the stairs, this hotel is not for you. No elevators and if you get a room on the higher floors, you will need to walk up. Also, the hotel is really big and you will need to walk long distances. The beach has rock, big rocks at the entrance. You will need water shoes and be very careful when you enter. Once you get a bit into the ocean, you will be okay, there are patches of sand. Going in and out of the ocean is a bit challenging. The hotel needs to work on the bar area by the pool, specially the Sun Club area, sometimes they didn't have certain things for the drinks. Overall, for the price, it is a good hotel and the employees were amazing!

wow what an amazing holiday we had. the staff at the hotel work so incredibly hard. Samson was one of the best. Entertainment literally all day, couldnt fault it. Pool lovely and cleaned daily. Pool bar was nice to spend the afternoon at! beach amazing. clean, clear blue water. towels provided which is a bonus for the pool/beach. all water sports included which was great. food was good, lots to choose from. definitely return

Amazing hotel! Kids club is super professional and amazing kind! Kids always happy playing!!! Staff very nice! Always in good spirits! Beach is super clean but you need where a swim shoe before you go to the water! It’s big stones and they are sometimes sharp! So many restaurants and you don’t need to book, walk in!!!!!love that! Definitely recommend!

Upon arrival they had to switch our room several times because they smelled extremely humid and like mold. There was even mold in the walls and rusty floor drains. If you are traveling with infants and children I would suggest to not stay here. The attendant at the gym refused to give me a bottled water and instead told me to drink from the fountain. The pool water is murky and dirty. The entire floor around the pool is slippery, I fell carrying my infant, thankfully I saved him, but hurt my knee, now I cannot workout (which is my career) and busted my elbow, blood everywhere. When they took me to the clinic they said I had to pay for the evaluation, which I refused to pay for and then they somehow agreed to do it. The buffet food for breakfast and lunch is absolutely horrible. They do not clean the rooms efficiently either during or in between stays, they just make beds. They do not change the sheets in the room when they are dirty, they just make the bed as is. When I asked for milk for my baby, they told me I had to pay for it which I agreed but then they never brought it to me. The pictures posted for this hotel look nothing like it in person. The worst hotel and experience I’ve ever had.
